There have been some rumblings around the office about the future of this company, and more specifically, your job. As you know, the economy has changed for the worse and presents many challenges. However, the good news is this: The economy doesn’t pose a threat to your job. What does threaten your job however, is the changing political landscape in this country.

Of course, as your employer, I am forbidden to tell you whom to vote for - it is against the law to discriminate based on political affiliation, race, creed, religion, etc. Please vote who you think will serve your interests the best.

However, let me tell you some little tidbits of fact which might help you decide what is in your best interests.

First, while it is easy to spew rhetoric that casts employers against employees, you have to understand that for every business owner there is a back story. This back story is often neglected and overshadowed by what you see and hear. Sure, you see me park my Mercedes outside. You’ve seen my big home at last years Christmas party. I’m sure; all these flashy icons of luxury conjure up some idealized thoughts about my life.

However, what you don’t see is the back story.

I started this company 12 years ago. At that time, I lived in a 300 square foot studio apartment for 3 years. My entire living apartment was converted into an office so I could put forth 100% effort into building a company, which by the way, would eventually employ you.

My diet consisted of Ramen Pride noodles because every dollar I spent went back into this company. I drove a rusty Toyota Corolla with a defective transmission. I didn’t have time to date. Often times, I stayed home on weekends, while my friends went out drinking and partying. In fact, I was married to my business — hard work, discipline, and sacrifice.

Meanwhile, my friends got jobs. They worked 40 hours a week and made a modest $50K a year and spent every dime they earned. They drove flashy cars and lived in expensive homes and wore fancy designer clothes. Instead of hitting the Nordstrom’s for the latest hot fashion item, I was trolling through the Goodwill store extracting any clothing item that didn’t look like it was birthed in the 70’s. My friends refinanced their mortgages and lived a life of luxury. I, however, did not. I put my time, my money, and my life into a business with a vision that eventually, some day, I too, will be able to afford these luxuries my friends supposedly had.

So, while you physically arrive at the office at 9am, mentally check in at about noon, and then leave at 5pm, I don’t. There is no “off” button for me. When you leave the office, you are done and you have a weekend all to yourself. I unfortunately do not have the freedom. I eat, shit, and breathe this company every minute of the day. There is no rest. There is no weekend. There is no happy hour. Every day this business is attached to my hip like a 1 year old special-needs child. You, of course, only see the fruits of that garden — the nice house, the Mercedes, the vacations… you never realize the back story and the sacrifices I’ve made.

Now, the economy is falling apart and I, the guy that made all the right decisions and saved his money, have to bail-out all the people who didn’t. The people that overspent their paychecks suddenly feel entitled to the same luxuries that I earned and sacrificed a decade of my life for.

Yes, business ownership has is benefits but the price I’ve paid is steep and without wounds.

Unfortunately, the cost of running this business, and employing you, is starting to eclipse the threshold of marginal benefit and let me tell you why:

I am being taxed to death and the government thinks I don’t pay enough. I have state taxes. Federal taxes. Property taxes. Sales and use taxes. Payroll taxes. Workers compensation taxes. Unemployment taxes. Taxes on taxes. I have to hire a tax man to manage all these taxes and then guess what? I have to pay taxes for employing him. Government mandates and regulations and all the accounting that goes with it, now occupy most of my time. On Oct 15th, I wrote a check to the US Treasury for $288,000 for quarterly taxes. You know what my “stimulus” check was? Zero. Nada. Zilch.

The question I have is this: Who is stimulating the economy? Me, the guy who has provided 14 people good paying jobs and serves over 2,200,000 people per year with a flourishing business? Or, the single mother sitting at home pregnant with her fourth child waiting for her next welfare check? Obviously, government feels the latter is the economic stimulus of this country.

The fact is, if I deducted (Read: Stole) 50% of your paycheck you’d quit and you wouldn’t work here. I mean, why should you? That’s nuts. Who wants to get rewarded only 50% of their hard work? Well, I agree which is why your job is in jeopardy.

Here is what many of you don’t understand … to stimulate the economy you need to stimulate what runs the economy. Had suddenly government mandated to me that I didn’t need to pay taxes, guess what? Instead of depositing that $288,000 into the Washington black-hole, I would have spent it, hired more employees, and generated substantial economic growth. My employees would have enjoyed the wealth of that tax cut in the form of promotions and better salaries. But you can forget it now.

When you have a comatose man on the verge of death, you don’t defibrillate and shock his thumb thinking that will bring him back to life, do you? Or, do you defibrillate his heart? Business is at the heart of America and always has been. To restart it, you must stimulate it, not kill it. Suddenly, the power brokers in Washington believe the mud of America are the essential drivers of the American economic engine. Nothing could be further from the truth and this is the type of change you can keep.

So where am I going with all this?

It’s quite simple.

If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, my reaction will be swift and simple. I fire you. I fire your co-workers. You can then plead with the government to pay for your mortgage, your SUV, and your child’s future. Frankly, it isn’t my problem any more.

Then, I will close this company down, move to another country, and retire. You see, I’m done. I’m done with a country that penalizes the productive and gives to the unproductive. My motivation to work and to provide jobs will be destroyed, and with it, will be my citizenship.

While tax cuts to 95% of America sounds great on paper, don’t forget the backstory: If there is no job, there is no income to tax. A tax cut on zero dollars is zero

So, when you make decision to vote, ask yourself, who understands the economics of business ownership and who doesn’t? Whose policies will endanger your job?

Answer those questions and you should know who might be the one capable of saving your job. While the media wants to tell you “It’s the economy stupid” I’m telling you it isn’t.

If you lose your job, it won’t be at the hands of the economy; it will be at the hands of a political hurricane that swept through this country, steamrolled the constitution, and will have changed its landscape forever. If that happens, you can find me in South Caribbean sitting on a beach, retired, and with no employees to worry about.

Army Prepares for First Homeland Active Duty for civil unrest/crowd control -- story says it will be PERMANENT

The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys.

Now they’re training for the same mission — with a twist — at home.

Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.

It is not the first time an active-duty unit has been tapped to help at home. In August 2005, for example, when Hurricane Katrina unleashed hell in Mississippi and Louisiana, several active-duty units were pulled from various posts and mobilized to those areas.

But this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.

After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one.

“Right now, the response force requirement will be an enduring mission. How the [Defense Department] chooses to source that and whether or not they continue to assign them to NorthCom, that could change in the future,” said Army Col. Louis Vogler, chief of NorthCom future operations. “Now, the plan is to assign a force every year.”

The command is at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colo., but the soldiers with 1st BCT, who returned in April after 15 months in Iraq, will operate out of their home post at Fort Stewart, Ga., where they’ll be able to go to school, spend time with their families and train for their new homeland mission as well as the counterinsurgency mission in the war zones.

Stop-loss will not be in effect, so soldiers will be able to leave the Army or move to new assignments during the mission, and the operational tempo will be variable.

Don’t look for any extra time off, though. The at-home mission does not take the place of scheduled combat-zone deployments and will take place during the so-called dwell time a unit gets to reset and regenerate after a deployment.

The 1st of the 3rd is still scheduled to deploy to either Iraq or Afghanistan in early 2010, which means the soldiers will have been home a minimum of 20 months by the time they ship out.

In the meantime, they’ll learn new skills, use some of the ones they acquired in the war zone and more than likely will not be shot at while doing any of it.

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

Training for homeland scenarios has already begun at Fort Stewart and includes specialty tasks such as knowing how to use the “jaws of life” to extract a person from a mangled vehicle; extra medical training for a CBRNE incident; and working with U.S. Forestry Service experts on how to go in with chainsaws and cut and clear trees to clear a road or area.

The 1st BCT’s soldiers also will learn how to use “the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded,” 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.

“It’s a new modular package of nonlethal capabilities that they’re fielding. They’ve been using pieces of it in Iraq, but this is the first time that these modules were consolidated and this package fielded, and because of this mission we’re undertaking we were the first to get it.”

The package includes equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets.

“I was the first guy in the brigade to get Tasered,” said Cloutier, describing the experience as “your worst muscle cramp ever — times 10 throughout your whole body.

“I’m not a small guy, I weigh 230 pounds ... it put me on my knees in seconds.”

The brigade will not change its name, but the force will be known for the next year as a CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced “sea-smurf”).

“I can’t think of a more noble mission than this,” said Cloutier, who took command in July. “We’ve been all over the world during this time of conflict, but now our mission is to take care of citizens at home ... and depending on where an event occurred, you’re going home to take care of your home town, your loved ones.”

While soldiers’ combat training is applicable, he said, some nuances don’t apply.

“If we go in, we’re going in to help American citizens on American soil, to save lives, provide critical life support, help clear debris, restore normalcy and support whatever local agencies need us to do, so it’s kind of a different role,” said Cloutier, who, as the division operations officer on the last rotation, learned of the homeland mission a few months ago while they were still in Iraq.

Some brigade elements will be on call around the clock, during which time they’ll do their regular marksmanship, gunnery and other deployment training. That’s because the unit will continue to train and reset for the next deployment, even as it serves in its CCMRF mission.

Should personnel be needed at an earthquake in California, for example, all or part of the brigade could be scrambled there, depending on the extent of the need and the specialties involved.

The active Army’s new dwell-time mission is part of a NorthCom and DOD response package.

Active-duty soldiers will be part of a force that includes elements from other military branches and dedicated National Guard Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Teams.

A final mission rehearsal exercise is scheduled for mid-September at Fort Stewart and will be run by Joint Task Force Civil Support, a unit based out of Fort Monroe, Va., that will coordinate and evaluate the interservice event.

In addition to 1st BCT, other Army units will take part in the two-week training exercise, including elements of the 1st Medical Brigade out of Fort Hood, Texas, and the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade from Fort Bragg, N.C.

There also will be Air Force engineer and medical units, the Marine Corps Chemical, Biological Initial Reaction Force, a Navy weather team and members of the Defense Logistics Agency and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

One of the things Vogler said they’ll be looking at is communications capabilities between the services.

“It is a concern, and we’re trying to check that and one of the ways we do that is by having these sorts of exercises. Leading up to this, we are going to rehearse and set up some of the communications systems to make sure we have interoperability,” he said.

“I don’t know what America’s overall plan is — I just know that 24 hours a day, seven days a week, there are soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines that are standing by to come and help if they’re called,” Cloutier said. “It makes me feel good as an American to know that my country has dedicated a force to come in and help the people at home.”

North American Army created without OK by Congress
U.S., Canada military ink deal to fight domestic emergencies

In a ceremony that received virtually no attention in the American media, the United States and Canada signed a military agreement Feb. 14 allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis.

The agreement, defined as a Civil Assistance Plan, was not submitted to Congress for approval, nor did Congress pass any law or treaty specifically authorizing this military agreement to combine the operations of the armed forces of the United States and Canada in the event of a wide range of domestic civil disturbances ranging from violent storms, to health epidemics, to civil riots or terrorist attacks.

In Canada, the agreement paving the way for the militaries of the U.S. and Canada to cross each other's borders to fight domestic emergencies was not announced either by the Harper government or the Canadian military, prompting sharp protest.

"It's kind of a trend when it comes to issues of Canada-U.S. relations and contentious issues like military integration," Stuart Trew, a researcher with the Council of Canadians told the Canwest News Service.  "We see that this government is reluctant to disclose information to Canadians that is readily available on American and Mexican websites."

The military Civil Assistance Plan can be seen as a further incremental step being taken toward creating a North American armed forces available to be deployed in domestic North American emergency situations.

The agreement was signed at U.S. Army North headquarters, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, by U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, or USNORTHCOM, and by Canadian Air Force Lt. Gen. Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command.

"This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation's requests for military support of civil authorities," Renuart said in a statement published on the USNORTHCOM website.

"In discussing the new bilateral Civil Assistance Plan established by USNORTHCOM and Canada Command, Renuart stressed, "Unity of effort during bilateral support for civil support operations such as floods, forest fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and effects of a terrorist attack, in order to save lives, prevent human suffering an mitigate damage to property, is of the highest importance, and we need to be able to have forces that are flexible and adaptive to support rapid decision-making in a collaborative environment."

Lt. Gen. Dumais seconded Renuart's sentiments, stating, "The signing of this plan is an important symbol of the already strong working relationship between Canada Command and U.S. Northern Command."

"Our commands were created by our respective governments to respond to the defense and security challenges of the twenty-first century," he stressed, "and we both realize that these and other challenges are best met through cooperation between friends."

The statement on the USNORTHCOM website emphasized the plan recognizes the role of each nation's lead federal agency for emergency preparedness, which in the United States is the Department of Homeland Security and in Canada is Public Safety Canada.

The statement then noted the newly signed plan was designed to facilitate the military-to-military support of civil authorities once government authorities have agreed on an appropriate response.

As WND has previously reported, U.S. Northern Command was established on Oct. 1, 2002, as a military command tasked with anticipating and conducting homeland defense and civil support operations where U.S. armed forces are used in domestic emergencies.

Similarly, Canada Command was established on Feb. 1, 2006, to focus on domestic operations and offer a single point of contact for all domestic and continental defense and securities partners.

In Nov. 2007, WND published a six-part exclusive series, detailing WND's on-site presence during the NORAD-USNORTHCOM Vigilant Shield 2008, an exercise which involved Canada Command as a participant.

In an exclusive interview with WND during Vigilant Shield 2008, Gen. Renuart affirmed USNORTHCOM would deploy U.S. troops on U.S. soil should the president declare a domestic emergency in which the Department of Defense ordered USNORTHCOM involvement.

In May 2007, WND reported President Bush, on his own authority, signed National Security Presidential Directive 51, also known as Homeland Security Presidential Directive 20, authorizing the president to declare a national emergency and take over all functions of federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments, without necessarily obtaining the approval of Congress to do so.

Ed and I were captured in the evening of Thursday October 4th 2007, after making our stand in our home since January.

The previous weekend, Dutch/Dan was introduced to us by one of our trusted friends and supporters. He and Dutch/Dan arrived unexpectedly at our home very late one night, around midnight as I recall. Dutch/Dan had been working his way into the confidence of our friend for some time, professing to be a supporter and sympathizer of us and our cause.

Dutch/Dan stayed with us for a day or so, offering to aid us in any way. He claimed to be a bounty hunter, living in New York someplace. I do not recall if he said exactly where. He asked to have some broken fillings replaced, which I did, and for which he paid me (which of course was then confiscated). When I told him I wanted to get the rest of my dental supplies from my dental office, he offered to get them for me. He went back and forth to New York a couple of times during the week, so he said, getting in touch with some associates to assist him in getting the supplies. He scouted out the office to see what kind of security was there. Again so he said.

I had asked him why he would take such a risk for someone he didn’t even know his answer was "because I love you guys"
I remember those exact words

On October 4th he arrived with 4 of his associates some of them, I don’t recall if 1 or 2 of them, remained at the house and were in telephone contact. They said there was an alarm on the office door, but they could get around it. Dutch/Dan had told us that he would love to get the supplies out of the office, that it would be a lot of fun to grab stuff from the feds.

They actually brought bags full of "supplies" (?) to the house they put everything in the garage. I never did get the opportunity to look in the bags, but I assume it was supplies in case I did open the bags when they brought them in.

Dutch/Dan also brought 3 pizzas, and we broke out the beer, we all sat on the front porch eating pizza and drinking beer, just relaxing. Suddenly they all jumped us. Dutch/Dan was sitting on my right, and he grabbed me securing my hands. Once he had me secured, one of the others tazered me on my left knee. The other four men had Ed on the floor, they had actually forced him out of his chair, through the front door, and onto the foyer floor we were immediately handcuffed. I behind my back. My memory of Ed is he was handcuffed in front and shackled feet and waist.

Shortly thereafter, Ed was driven to the Lebanon police dep. I was kept at the house for about another hour. Our dog Zoë was so frightened and confused. Fortunately she has a very sweet and passive personality, so she was not killed but was safely taken to the local humane center, as was our cat Amelia.

I was then taken to the Lebanon police dept. as we were driving there, on the road leading to our road; we passed 6 or 8 vehicles traveling together toward our house. Also after we were captured, several men in full bdu's heavily armed arrived at the house. thus there was a very large contingency of Marshalls, if that’s who they all were, gathered to come in. had we not been subdued as we were, I have no doubt they were prepared to kill us. All this for violating a law that does not exist.

Upon arriving at the Lebanon police dept. I saw Ed in a holding cell. I was taken to a cell out of sight of Ed. I saw on the wall of my cell "nhfree" so I know this was the cell Lauren Canario had been placed in. hi Lauren! One of the Marshalls kept telling me how glad he was that we were not shot. That they really didn’t want to hurt us. Of course they didn’t think, of the bad p.r. it would bring them.

He was shouting at Ed at the police station, about how he (Ed) broke the law, etc... This man alternated between concern and verbal abuse. He is the one who kept his hands on me the whole time, from the handcuffing to the police station. I don’t know if that is part of their training, or if he has a mental problem of some kind. for example, while at the house he held me by the arm even though I was handcuffed and surrounded by a number of armed men, he started shouting in my ear about my crime, how I should have paid taxes, how wrong we were, etc etc. i told him I would not respond to him, so he should stop talking to me. He said he was going to talk as much as he wanted, and I had no choice but to listen to him. I just tuned him out by praying silently.

After an hour or so, I was taken from the police station. I passed by the cell Ed was in. we kissed through the metal screen. That is the last time I saw my husband. I was not told where I was being taken. I was taken to the Wyatt detention center in central falls R.I. (a cosmic joke that is the city I was born in) unknown to me Ed was brought to the same place. I was driven here on Saturday morning, but Ed was kept there for almost a week.

While there I was kept in an observation room on suicide watch. I was not allowed to get my glasses or my meds from the house before I left. Friday night I had an asthma attack, and had to have a nebulizer treatment. I was not given any asthma meds until Monday night here, and then it was only due to my constant asking and kindness of a physician’s assistant, and after having to have another nebulizer treatment. I am ok but Ed has been and continues to be mistreated. He is still in isolation at Elkton, and our mail to each other is being held. My only word of him is from others who have been able to communicate with him.

Dutch/Dan was very good. Ed and I had our suspicions, but we let our guard down. Perhaps the situation was starting to get to us. I know I was starting to get itchy about being unable to leave, and having to rely on others. It had to end one way or another, and so it has.

We know god has a plan and we all have a part to play in it. He leaves it up to us to decide if we will play that part. Ed and I made the decision to do so. Looking back years ago when we started this. We did not realize that is what we were doing. But now we know why it always felt so right to us; we did what our hearts led us to do. What god has planned for us, all of us, from now on is up to him. To let us know in his own time.

That does not mean that I sit here and do nothing. I have met some amazing women here who have opened my eyes to a new path in our quest for freedom. We are working along that road now, in our continuing effort to expose the fraud in our government. Is this why I am here? Only the future will tell.

Be brave, stand up to oppression; injustice to one is injustice to all. Anyone who does not fight is part of the problem. That seems harsh, but these are harsh times!

Romans 12:2 says, “be ye not conformed to the world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove that which is the right and acceptable and perfect will of god."

Patriot-Danny Riley, Beaten, and Shot In Jail for Quoting the Constitution.

A young couple, now married, were arrested in May for using Liberty Dollars in Walworth County, Wisconsin.  Shaun and Svetlana Kranish were both arrested, after Shaun offered both Liberty Dollars and FRNs (Federal Reserve Notes – typical green “cash” or “money”) to an outdoor ice cream stand in the Village of Walworth.  Shaun and Svetlana (Lana) went on to spend the night in jail – solitary confinement for Lana – and then spend over $5,500 the next day in order to get out and get their minivan back.  The alleged felony charges – three each for Shaun and Lana – which never appeared in paper, and were used solely to extract this large sum of money from the couple’s family, never did surface on paper or electronically.

            Misdemeanor charges of “theft – false representation” and “as a party to a crime” were then lodged against Shaun and Lana.  They have since been forced, in an attempt to secure their safety from the state, to hire two separate attorneys, to raise the total costs on paper to nearly $12,000.  All of this and much more is the result of using, or attempting to use, a few Liberty Dollar solid .999 pure silver pieces for trade at three stores in the town.  The Liberty Dollars were happily accepted at the other two establishments, but were frowned upon at the ice cream stand and instead of accepting the green paper U.S. “cash”, Dari Ripple/Drive-In in Walworth, WI – had Shaun and Lana arrested.

            It doesn’t seem to matter to the state of Wisconsin that Lana wasn’t even present when Shaun offered the valuable silver in exchange for inexpensive food, or that she had no part in any transactions.  Lana, an immigrant from Russia, is now unable to become a citizen due to the ongoing prosecution, leave the country, or see her family whom she’s not see in over three years.  Shaun and Lana have offered to give the three businesses “cash” in exchange for the silver, if those businesses really don’t want the silver, but this is not enough for the state.  Shaun and Lana must now fight and pay thousands more to go to trial and hope to be found innocent and avoid jail sentences, all over a few exchanges valued at less than $15.

Ed Brown Gassed, Tortured In Deprivation Tank
Tax protester speaks for first time since arrest in prison phone call

In a disturbing audio clip, Ed Brown speaks for the first time since his arrest and relates how he was gassed by noxious fumes for three days in a detention center as well as being put in a deprivation tank for 15 hours.

Shaun Kranish of MaketheStand.com was able to call the Ohio prison that Brown has been incarcerated in and talk with him on the phone for 10 minutes.

Sensory deprivation is a form of torture and extended deprivation can result in extreme anxiety, hallucinations, bizarre thoughts, depression, and antisocial behavior.

Brown also said he had been prevented from making any phone calls or receiving mail.

For the first time, Brown reveals what happened when he was tricked and arrested by U.S. Marshals, including how he was tasered multiple times.

Brown said that he had a chance to fight back during the arrest but that he did not want to hurt anyone.

Brown said his captors were treating him with "professional cruelty" and mentioned that they had also done harrowing things to his wife following her arrest, but refused to go into detail.

"I guess Ed and Elaine Brown, the elderly couple, really rattled their cages, we must be a real terror to the federal government, the corporate structure," said Brown.

Following our article about Ed Brown supporters fearing Brown was being mistreated or tortured, U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier dismissed it, saying, "That's absolutely ludicrous."

If what Ed Brown relates in the audio clip is true, it's abundantly clear that he is being cruelly mistreated.

So sorry about taking so long to blog again, but hey, I think you can understand why...
The Secret Service asked me if I would be updating my blog (the day I was arrested) I explained that it would be updated, but not by me; but now I can. By the way, they wanted to know if I was planning to kill the president, I told them, "the President is an idiot." at which point I was cut off by one of the agents, (he did not like the comment/label of "idiot" I suppose.) After his interruption, I continued on, "he is an idiot; just a puppet, I do not care about him. (pause) NO. I do not want to kill the President. I want the whole administration held accountable for their actions."

Soon after, the FBI spoke with me. They wanted to know about my pending trip to Iraq. I asked him if he read my blog (yes), then you know everything about it already.
Now heres the kicker! I will not say who said what, but from the crowd of local law enforcement (SWAT), FBI, Secret Service, U.S. Marshals and ATF that showed up that day, and I spoke to them all except the ATF, most agreed with the claim being made by we, the "Truthers" their own research points to no law to force the American people to pay Federal Income Tax. One even commented "the U.S. is an empire, enjoy the ride while it last, when the day comes to pick a side I will."
Most if them did not know that the Federal Reserve is a Private Bank. All were shocked.

The whole raid on me was just stupid. U.S. Marshal Monier had told my father if he (my father) got me out of there ( Eds) then I would be fine. Monier also stated he wanted to talk to me.
Ed Brown kicked me out/asked me to leave because my fathers talks with him. (I was never around for them, I was visiting with guests) Plain and simple, Ed said I was the spawn of my father (I could not agree with that [more]!) so therefore I was a Godless communist. So I had to leave. Now this was a shock, since my father is the one that sent me to Sunday school, and had been married by the church. But I was a guest and my stay was over. New found friend Lisa M. escorted me to Vermont the very night my father and brother left. I called my father the next day. He told me that Monier would want to talk to me. After everything NO WAY I trusted them. Besides he wanted me out and I was out. I moved on, as all of you know.
I never hid the facts of what was going on with me. [The] only reason why I never said where I was, was because of the others that feared I bring federal eyes on them. It is very scary for many that are just starting to even think about standing up for their rights. Sad isn't it? Americans afraid of their government. But lets move on. Find a way Forward.... Anyways.....Oh yeah!
Thanks for your kind thoughts and warm wishes and thanks for your prayers. but can I ask a small favor? Could you use your talks with the Lord to talk to real people here on Earth? (God KNOWS I am in trouble already! LOL) That way, you know they can maybe tell others and just maybe others like ourselves will realize that this is not the land of the free. By the way, did you know that the USA has more prisoners per a capita than any other country? Its true!

Speaking of imprisonment! Who would have thought that our own U.S.A Federal government would be my biggest supporter! They give me food (crappy!) They give me room and a bed! ( I was sleeping in my car to save money). They give me plenty of time to think (lock down) and the most important, a captive audience to speak to! (at 250% max capacity than what I was told or read in the newspaper.) PLUS staff! They ARE people, they want to know the truth. What effects the staff the most? 9/11 truth movement. What effects the people in here in the inside? The Federal Income Tax NON LAW and learning the Supreme Law of the Land, which is our Constitution.
Want to know something that is interesting? A good 75%-85% of the people in prison are in for drugs or drug related "crimes." Want to know something else of interest? By our Constitution, drugs are not even illegal! In fact! Drugs themselves are not illegal either! Only the classification they fall under! Yet! What "DRUG" kills and hurts most people in our country? It is a toss up between beer/alcohol and you guessed them.... cigarettes!

So you see, these are the sort of people we need. You question that idea? Then you question the judgment of the U.S.A Federal government when they stocked the U.S. Navy with prisoners to work the ships back in the day, Now it is the worlds only Blue Navy! Of course lets not forget about my fellow shipmates that I myself served under, perhaps even you as well in the Army and Marines Corps. [It] was not that long ago if you broke the law you had a choice, Military or Prison.

Now not everyone sees what is happening. Least not right away and they counter with, "why do you do this?" my answer; "For my children." Their response after the shock of learning I have four children is this;"You should be at home with them." I smile. I ask if they have kids of their own, most refuse to answer (corrections officers, trying to be sneaky) Then I ask them, "Would you want YOUR CHILDREN to fight this battle? This scares you, you would leave it to fall on them?

My children... since we are in the topic of children, two quotes come to mind. The first; "To fear for your/oneself is selfish ( William Booth). The 2^nd is from the Movie to Catch a Fire, " When my children speak of me, they will say 'Here was a a man that saw that something must be done and did something' what will your children say about you?" (main character/Freedom Fighter).

I stood up to show the world there are people who are not afraid; and People raised their heads up then I was thrown in jail and the people ducked down and ran for cover.
That was good practice for combat! well done... (LOL)

I am in here, not them. I was placed in here to be kept silent. I will not be.
I didn't raise my children to be silent. I encouraged them to speak out when something was wrong. This "silence" I "considered" to save my skin... that is not me! This is not the example I want them to follow. This is not the example I will set for the Movement.
Believe it or not I became involved in all of this because of my "PEACE EFFORTS" to end the Iraq War. The 9/11 truth movement has hard facts that what happened to the "Twin Towers" was an inside job.

Since we are talking about the Iraq War (which was declared "over" by Bush himself in 2005 on an aircraft carrier). I was given/shared information just before my arrest and was not able to blog about it. It is a few weeks old now, but research the events in the past weeks and see for yourself how they add up.
This month and next will be the bloodiest for "both sides" and in both wars Iraq and in Afghanistan. U.S. Death toll will sky rocket. So sad. These coming holidays will be hard for many more families around the world. Not just for the new deaths but the high death count will hit those who suffered loss before. In case you forgot; for every death there is reported there are 1,000s more injured and I am not talking cuts and scrapes.... oh yeah I nearly forgot, who even knows how many more of our boys and girls will get sicker, adding to the unknown number already exposed to depleted uranium (DU).

Who am I to make a stand? No one special, which is why you can too, How do I do it? Baby steps, you can catch up!

If not I, then who?
If not now, then when?
