Since Ed will be considered a political prisoner we are afraid that he may be tortured.

First of all it is very uncalled for to cross post like this.

Second I called the US Marshalls office and their answering service picked up and told me that I can recieve that information on Tuesday when the office is open.

I left a voicemail in the media inquiry voicemail box for them to call me back.

The fact is that Ed should have been processed long before this NeoRaydon, he was not. That is against Federal regualations.

He did bring it upon himself. Freedom is not free and we all make our own choices.

Going to your city council meetings and putting your local state and federal politicans on the legal line is what will make the difference.

If you are inferring that he preached violence against anyone then I submit to you that you are parotting exactly what the US Marshals were going about and trying to do. They were trying to demonize Ed and Elaine so that they could justify doing what they did.

I am not referring to the false statements the Monier has made. If they are false and I am sure they are, Ed has the right at any time to sue for defamation with "Actual Malice".

1964 case of New York Times v. Sullivan, in the U.S. Supreme Court -- "Actual malice" means that the person who made the statement knew it wasn't true, or didn't care whether it was true or not and was reckless with the truth.

I am referring to his tax issues. He choose to not comply. He choose to go to a court that has no jurisdiction over him and that will not honor his jurisdiction. He choose his path and so did Elaine.

I choose my path everyday. If I choose to not comply with the IRS then that is my choice just as it is yours. We all have to live with the choices of our actions.

When I spoke with Ed I warned him that he should not trust every tom dick and harry that walks in. I told him that there are many of us in the patriot movement that have proven ourselves time and time again to be true patriots and we would be by his side to help him.

He said that everyone was welcome and that was his demise. I am an Intel Officer with a lot of experience and I tried to help him but due to his choices I personally had to keep my distance from NH.

Being available and being too available are two different things. He was just too available. Just because you do not believe you committed a crime does not mean that it will just go away even if you really did not committ one. It means that someone believes you committed that crime and they are going to do something about it so you take action to insure that you are defending yourself no matter who you are around including your own Brother.

If I would have known the they were by themselves I would have been on the first plane there and the feds would not have had a chance.

There is still hope for Ed and that ray of hope will come soon. Patriots have insiders just like the feds do and once Ed is placed that hope will start to shine I can assure you of that.

Ed knew he was an innocent man and tried to live his life that way...... as an innocent man.

What about Congressman Hanson when he too tried to speak out about this fraud.....................did you read his experience that is posted on the home page .....................This happened to an innocent Congressman in the United States of America.

It could be happening to Ed right now. Your comment, for me, was one of such insensitivity, lack of compassion and truthfully lacking in any high moral standard.

Do you really believe they had all of that equipment and all of those Law Enforcement Officers, including some frome the Maine State Police and the Mass. State Police there to serve a seizure notice on a piece of proberty some miles away in Lebanon?

You knew of that attempted attack on the Browns. If you have such great expertise then why the hell did you not go and stay with Ed and Elaine after that instead of pulling the cop out that you did?

Steve Monier said in his press conference "he was the face of the US Marshals" in that district of New Hampshire. I took him at his word.

The US Marshals were called in to enforced a non-law. Each and every one of those US Marshals know that there is no law and yet they were willing to arrest the Browns and their four supporters.

During the early morning of June 7th, while Danny Riley was walking the Brown's dog Zoey, he came upon the Marshals at the Brown property. It was before 8 a.m. There were all kinds of vehicles, weapons, mulltipule enforcement agencies, even state police from the neighboring states of Maine and Mass.

Danny was shot at twice and then approximately 12 agents along the driveway popped up handcuffed him and tasered him. He was taken to a garage of some kind and interrogated. He was told to go back to the house, lie to the Browns and say there were only two officers, and, try to convence the Browns surrender. He was told not to discuss anything with the media or go public relating what happened to him. As you all know Danny did the exact opposite.

Monier claimed that they had come to the Brown property to serve a seizure notice on the commercial property of Dr. Elaine Brown. The commercial property happens to be several miles away in Lebanon, N.H.

Well I don't know about you, but I have never in my lifetime ever known of any seizure notice being served in this manner, with the vehicles and forces in gilly suits, weapons and tasers, and God knows what else that was on hand that morning.

Monier lied. And being that he stated he was the face of the US Marshals, he therefore brings nothing but dishonor, lack of integrity, and disrespect on the whole organization. The only conclusion one can come to, by the presence of such a combination of officers and wepons is that they were there to perform a raid on Ed and Elaine Brown's home.

They were the ones who raised the level of violence by firing the shots and tasering Danny Riley. It was especially after that occurance that Ed Brown stated that they would not go to jail for a crime they did not commit. That they would defend themselves. Yet, the mainstream media and especially the Concord Monitor and the Union Leader continually chose to demonize Ed Brown by depicting him as being a violent man. All Ed Brown was doing was trying to defend himself, his wife and his property against these unlawful acts. The fact that he was not able to do so brings nothing but contemnation on the officers who arrested them recently and Monier "as the face of the US Marshals" in particular as far as I am concerned.

Danny Riley was arrested on trumped up charges and is in jail today because he chose to make the video that you see on this forum. He exposed the agent who even told Danny when he questioned him "there is no f-----g law." He did not remain quiet like he was told. Terry Melton, who was taken into custody Sept 12, the same day as Danny was told the same thing basically. He was not to continue making the documentary of the Browns that he was in the process of doing, even if he was offered $50,000. He was not to discuss his detention, the agent stated that Danny Riley had made a fool out of him. If he did go pubic the agent promised to hunt him down even if it took 15 years, make his life miserable and then he was threatened with sodomy.

Terry Melton is on record stating that he felt that Danny Riley's arrest and incarceration was a vendetta.

I have constantly held Steven Monier in contempt on this forum. For his lying, his posturing and his agreeing to do the selectmen of Plainfield's bidding by coming in and arresting the Browns. I will continue to do so.

I am not clear about this but I believe I read somewhere that there is a Judge who owns the property either abutting or across the road from the Brown's property. I want us all to find out more information about this judge and just where his property is located in relation to the Browns. It is my belief that the IRS will try to auction off the Brown's home with the hundred plus acres. I have read stories about officials acquiring these properties. I am interested in learning who will have bids on this property.

I have received private messages explaining to me in detail how well this person thought Monier handled the Brown situation. That he was local etc... and he prevented something like Waco and Ruby Ridge from happening. I responded to this individual by private message, however I now feel compelled to bring this out into the open.

I for one will never condone any of Monier's actions. Examine his demeaner during the press conference, he was just delighted with himself. I feel the man is immoral, deceitful, dishonest and dispicable. He claimed in a telephone conversation with David Ridley of NHFree.com that he would never do anything against the constitution. Daily this man commits crimes against the constitution! He did with the arrests of Ed and Elaine Brown and the four supporters. He is a Bush appointee, doesn't that tell you anything!

I feel, that Monier did nothing to help the situation or the Browns. Danny Riley saved Ed and Elaine's life on the morning of June 7, not Steve Monier. Their operation to raid the Brown home was compromised. The public out dry and the resulting condemination, because of the deaths by fire of the 80+ innocent children at Waco, acted as a restraint against the Marshals. The not guilty verdict and the awarding of $3,000,000 to the Weaver's, because of the criminal attack at Ruby Ridge, also held them in check.

As far as I am concerned Monier and the marshals got lucky when they arrested the Browns plaine and simple. He and the marshals will never receive a word of praise from me for what they have done to the Browns. It was Monier's first nationally covered operation and he gloried in it.

In future I would appreciate it if all members who have a different opinion or view on anything I post, please go ahead and post your views right here in the open. It may even be something I have not researched or do know about, and, something I would agree with.

I am expressing an opinion as a mature, well researched woman, who happens to care deeply about what has happened to two innocent people. Quite frankly, if/when I am accused of silly infighting I feel demeaned and discounted. I do not have time for silly infighting as suggested, I am too busy on a daily bases trying to right a grave injustice.

OK, everyone cool it. Let's not get personal with things. This shouldn't turn into in-fighting.

I'm not taking sides here, I think everything was alright until comments started getting directed at users.

If you're going to question someone's genuineness, it would be best to do it as politely as possible and attack their message. This is pretty much what MM did, although maybe not as polite as possible.

Then Ahmed referring to that as "silly" in-fighting seems to have torqued MM, who retaliated.

So, let's just end it here, or I can lock the thread. We're not hear to attack each other or dismiss others' viewpoints.

I would also like to know if what MM said about Neo is true. Neo, ARE you both a politician AND a mason? Is this true?

I have considered becoming a Mason to be honest but I just can't bring myself to turn in the petition. It just doesn't feel right to me and unfortunately for me by not turning in my petition it has caused me to loose alot of opportunities.

Also might I add that just because someone is a member of a group does not mean that everyone in that group is a tyrant. Some belong to it because of the values you can learn and the quality of life that it can bring.

Yeah, and a lot of that "quality of life" is in perks, little entitlements. Such as...

Getting your legal stuff thrown out (traffic tickets, minor offenses, whatever).

Getting government contracts

Preferred treatment for zoning, real estate, etc

the list is endless.

Well I for one am truly relieved to hear that NeoRayden. And if half of what is claimed in the different atricles that I have read, plus the interconnection at the top levels with jesuits, zionists, etc.......then I do not want anything to do with them.

Therefore I am sure that you understand that I was amazed at your endorcement of the masons in your August post along with your endorsement that women join the rainbow girls or whatever....their name is!

Nothing is ever what it seems anymore. I can tell you that from my own experience. My sweet, kind hearted and good little Irish Catholic mom would never believe what I have come to know about the catholic church. She was very devout and lived the commandments to the letter. She was always there to help with a kind heart and enjoyed doing it. She never did it out of duty or obligation she did it because it was the only behavior she knew to treat other human beings. She saw others as her brothers and sisters on this planet and that their life has meaning.

She did not live to see the pedophilia scandal in the Catholic Church and I for one am gald that she did not..........it would have been too heartbreaking for her.
