U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine! Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups. He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back. As recently elected OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL, I bring this issue of a Seven Year, (7 ) ongoing corruption and criminal conspiracy arising from the Circuit Court of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, the DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Attached to this cover letter is the latest AFFIDAVIT AND NOTICE OF DEFAULT/REVISED INVOICE sent to Judge THOMAS. M. HULL at the Josephine County Courthouse.
The Oregon Department of Justice has quite a large file on this issue, yet your predecessor, HARDY MYERS refused to act on any of it.
I formally ask that a full Investigation be made into this out of control criminal conspiracy, and charges be placed against the JOSEPHINE COUNTY Public Officials who know longer serve the Sovereign People of Oregon, but prey upon them.
Judge HULL, you are well acquainted with the following Maxims of Commerce recognized by the International Law of Commerce.
1. All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).
2. In commerce, truth is sovereign.
3. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.
4. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.
5. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.
6. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
7. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.
8. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither been damaged nor incurred a risk, and is unwilling to swear an affidavit -- i.e., "true, correct, and complete," the commercial equivalent of, " the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" -- on his unlimited commercial liability for the veracity of his statements and the legitimacy of his action, he has no credibility, and therefore no basis for asserting claims/charges or claiming authority).
9. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by counteraffidavit point-for-point, resolution by jury, or payment.
Judge HULL, it is on that basis of the above Maxims of Law with specific attention to #2, #3, #4. #5, #6. and #7 that I hold you accountable for your actions as a sitting Circuit Court judge on the bench of Oregon and Josephine County.
