Ed and Elaine Brown have agreed, from the beginning, to pay ALL taxes that they owe. They have sworn in court that if the government simply shows them the law that requires them to pay an "Income Tax," they would pay all owed taxes with penalties and interest. The government has yet to show the law. The government simply says, "you must pay, because we say so," and "if you don't pay, we will throw you in jail and take all that you own."

Since Ed and Elaine were writing to the IRS for approximately 10 years prior to their court case................So where do you come up with your disinformation CAkid?

1) The prosecutors showed Ed and Elaine the law in the pre-trial court filings. I've read them. Have you?

2) Ed and Elaine didn't have nearly enough assets to pay the back taxes (including interest and penalties) so the promise was empty.

3) Every attempt to show Ed and Elaine the law by email, phone, and in internet postings was censored by Ed and his minions.

Strange because they did not quote any law in
Whitey Harrelson's case either....................so what evidence or a law do you have?

You do understand that Whitey's case wasn't in federal court, don't you? It was a state tax case.

And Whitey will have a chance to try his tactic again. His new criminal trial is scheduled for October 20th.

Sorry to see you go! You never answered any of my questions about how you felt about the manipulation of the economy, loss of homes and jobs to your fellow Americans, horrific debt and the general mess the country is in. To say nothing of not being able to win a war in Iraq or Afghanistan and we have been in there for close to 7 years now!!!!! Pretty grim. Yet the idiots are saber rattling at Iran. Their little skirmish with Georgia attacking Russia was also a disaster and Putin handed Bush his ass on a plater...............making him look more the fool!

They lost big time as far as controlling the oil in the Caspian Basin and they could have signed a sweetheart deal if they had used their head. Get over it! No way will Russia, Iran and China allow America to have control of the oil there now!

Sad you think all I have posted about the Federal Reserve, international banksters, the IRS was nothing of substance. You can not see how you are being bled dry.

Since you can still read, I suggest you go back to 1913 and read how they conspired to get the 16th amendment passed. Read creature from Jekyll Island and read how they conspired to do it at Christmas when most members of congress has left for the holiday and only their paid off congressmen were there to run it through. They were all bankers. Then go through history and see how they financed WWI, manipulated the Great Depression, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq I and now Iraq II. They were the ones who benefited every time.

Read Beyond Tragedy and Hope by Carroll Quigley, The Grand Chessboard by Brzezinski and maybe you will be a little better informed. Finally I would suggest you read Confessions of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins to round it all off!!!

Oh shoot................I forgot you really do not read!!!

Now that explains why you can not distinguish substance from non-substance.

Whatever Ed and Elaine's belief system was I am not really aware. That was a side issue as far as I was concerned when discussing the federal income tax.
