Also want to point out to everyone on this site that Pete Hendrickson stated very clearly that the information in Cracking the Code was not his PLAN as CAkid likes to imply but it was CONGRESSES' plan......since they passed the legislation.

I fully plan on keeping CTC Warriors informed. But you all must get it out of your head that losing in the Tax Court, which is very highly likely, is not what I consider to be a "pitfall". In my mind, the Tax Court is merely a step in going through to the District Court.

They do not when 4852’s come attached. Someone needs to make changes to the systems data when one of these forms come attached to a return, and the machine is not allowed to make that decision alone it takes human intervention.

Show us some evidence, your empty words do not compute, and I’m not finding any anywhere. You have mentioned this a couple of times but still only your words no links to anything. We call this disinformation and why not ask Peter yourself? Why ask us? Ah to spread misinformation, intimidation and fear upon our blog I see. As far as any dissention on Peter's forum I see no evidence of that either. I may be paranoid but you will find I’m no fool. With title 18 being a Nullity.................this will affect all of the IRS cases that have been processed and hopefuly justice will be served.

Also we need to look into the bounty or merit raise that the IRS awards all judges for hearing an IRS case. This is conflict of interest even for the dumb as a post, dumbed down members of the population.
