OLYMPIA LAWYER ARGUES PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO SHOW ID ON DEMAND

TACOMA, Wash. -- Olympia lawyer Lagrand Jones says it's not a crime to refuse to provide identification to police.

That's why he pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Tacoma Municipal Court to charges of trespassing and obstructing a police officer.

Jones was arrested last week during an anti-war demonstration at the Port of Tacoma where a ship was unloading Fort Lewis equipment returning from the Iraq war.

He's accused of approaching a fence on port property July 30 and refusing to give an officer his ID.

Jones told the Tacoma News Tribune, "I don't have to show my papers on demand. I don't live in that kind of world."

The judge refused a motion to dismiss the charge, and the case will continue to trial.

Now if we can get 20 million of us with that kind of attitude we might be able to put a stop to this crap. I have the same attitude myself. Just how many people can they put in jail anyway. The jails are so overcrowded now that they are giving out work releases and sending people to half-way houses by the droves.

Our problem however is the huge amount of people that don't have any spinal column at all. And unfortunately they are high in numbers sad to say.

That's the imperical question>> What is it going to take before the people become mad as hell and just simply don't take it anymore? That could be the reason all these cops are brutilizing people here of late. They are hoping that they can pull over a bluff on the spineless population of this country to obey like puppy dogs at an obedience class. People need to ascertain right now>> WHERE IS THEIR LINE IN THE SAND???????????

But look what the criminal judge decreed, and he took an oath. He refrused to dismiss and is going to trial.

That should tell us just how connected these judges are to the establishment. The courts are stacked against you, everytime and we allowed them to get that way.

I hope this attorney uses what I posted that the Flynns do when they go into court right at the get go! Change that dam court from a fraudulent corporate administrative court and restore it to an Article III court!

Oh I agree Maidmarion>> most all of these judges especially on the Federal level are nothing but Judas-Goat goons working for the New World Order.

That utterly disgusting piece of vomit McCauliffe, who railroaded the Browns on bogus charges is a prime example of the pure cowardice of those in our current court systems.

And like I said in an earlier post the judges on the Federal level don't have to answer to anyone except the President. And that could be part & parcel the main problem with our entire judicial system. There are no existing checks & balances. It's sort of like a football team who gets to have their own officials and line judges. Really it is that rigged.
