This is a gentleman of 81 years of age who lives in Florida. Last night two teenagers broke into his home. They had been banging on his windows and when they finally entered the house, Benjamin finally fired a warning shot into the floor. The out come of all of this is that he was arrested.

At his arraignment this morning, (evidently the paperwork did not match anything that he could be charged with) the judge gave the arresting officer 24 hours to get it straightened out, otherwise the judge will have to turn Benjamin loose.

Right now Benjamin is being charged with two charges of attempted murder.

Some of the hosts of alternative radio were speculating that Benjamin probably owns some property, has a little money and a retirement..........and they are trying to go after it all.

The Sheriff's name is Johnny Smith and his telephone #is: 352-486-5111 and the town is Bronson, Florida. For all who care to please call and let this sheriff know that the whole nation is watching, to set Benjamin free.

That is the basic story as I understand it and will update this post as I find any story on it to post.

Because he is probably in on the whole fiasco if the truth were known. Crap!! they should have given this old man a reward and taken these 2 punks out and did a Rodney King treatment on them.

It apparently is now a felony to defend yourself in this new Amerika we are living in. This totalitarian government has literally done everything except officially declare war on us the citizenry. But I don't think that's too far away unfortunately.

This really angers me intensely because I have a special place in my heart for the elderly. I really treasure all of our old WW II vets and our remaining Depression era Seniors. They are truly a treasure trove of wisdom and guidance. Anyone who terrorizes women, kids and old people is truly one of the lowest forms of living trash.

How much more is it going to take to get the attention of our fellow Americans?????

You may be right..............but the host Jack Blood was asking that we call the Sheriff Johnny Smith at 352-486-5111 and express our discontent in a polite manner.

I was just posting the information.

Where this gentleman is 81 years of age...........this episode will be very traumatic for him. He needs to know that he has our support.

If this Sheriff got enough calls you can be sure that the deputy Sheriff who was supposed to have arrested Benjamin, will not complete or change any of the paperwork. In fact if he is smart, he will not even show up in court tomorrow.

So I called! I can not just sit here and do nothing. A phone call is the least I feel that I can do to right this injustice.

By the way the caller who called into the Jack Blood show was a police officer who was very upset with the arrest and especially the behavior of the judge. He called in anonymously of course. So even the decent police are maybe now finally getting fed up with what is going on.

Yeah I agree with you in principle for sure. And I will call that number sometime today. I wish there was a way I could contact the old man and talk to him. How outrageous is all of this going to get before we have the peasants storming the castle?

There should be no charges what so ever against the old man and there should be at least a half a dozen Felony charges against these 2 punks. It is terrifying to me and it should be terrifying to all of the elderly in this country that this Sheriff along with many other law enforcement shills are now more concerned with the safety of the criminals rather than the safety of decent citizens. This is a total outrage!!!
