EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

RESPONSE: I would expect them to take over any means of transportation if they need it, much like a police officer can commandeer a vehicle if he feels it necessary. This scenario is highly unlikely because there are plenty of government issues vehicles/military vehicles.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

RESPONSE: If by communication media you mean the media, you are far from the truth. Most major newsmakers fall on one side, democratic or republic. If they were to monopolize over one or the other there would be protests and extreme discontent amongst every American. This would not be a viable plan for them.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

RESPONSE: Pretty much saying the government can take the necessary resources to fulfill all logistical and military needs. Where is the problem in this. If they need my car to make a bomb because Al-Zaqwiri-Stoopid-MoFo is sending his buddies to blow us up, I would be sure to give ie to them.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

RESPONSE: This goes in the same lines as EO 10990. If they need your vehicle it is imperative you give it to them. They aren't just going to bully you to take your Subaru Sport.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

RESPONSE: We produce enough in agriculture to where no matter what amount of food they take from us we would still be the most obese country in the world. Also, America is not going to starve its citizens.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

RESPONSE: You did not read far into the EO on this one. It states they will train us to do specific jobs related to times of emergency. Such as when women were making bullets and shells back in WWI. This is not something that is new. And if your country is under attack and you don't help your goverment, your family, your friends, your a terrible person.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

RESPONSE: Hospitals still HAVE to admit you regardless of any health EO they put out. Education will remain the same, with 99% of the population over 15 being able to fluently read. We won't become retarded overnight. Welfare is a dumb proposition anyways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

RESPONSE: I have a birth certificate and a social security card, don't you?

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

RESPONSE: Compared to the amount of planes in use today this will never be a problem. In fact, this would never be an issue. We have a combined 8,000 miles of paved/unpaved runways, learn to share. Also, they aren't going to make a plane with 300 people on board land, then have a government official board and take over the plane under his discretion, that doesn't make sense.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

RESPONSE: Atleast they will be building you a new place to live, you act like it will be like Sudan and Iran.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

RESPONSE: This is an ineffective EO in its own right, plane is much faster than boat and railroad. Public storage, use a garage.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

RESPONSE: This just says they put all these into effect whenever they want, why did you waste your time posting this, unless you just copied and pasted from the FREE web hosting site Geocities from which you got this rediculous information.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

RESPONSE: Once again, all this says is they want to know who illegal or not is in THEIR country. And I don't mind if they take over the jails, they are overcrowded anyways. And I am so scared to have the Dept. of Justice advice the president.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the National Security Act of 1947 allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities. 1950 Defense Production Act gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy. Act of August 29, 1916 authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency. International Emergency Economic Powers Act enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

RESPONSE: This is a big paragraph of various of EO's mentioned above, get some new material pal.

I believe that all these orders have been put in lace by the (so called) moron who is presently the President right now. The constitution does not give the President the power to make laws, yet this President has done just that. He has also added more signing statements than all other presidents put together. So you see even though he looks like a moron.........he is doing the New World Order's bidding.......They are running over and trampelling the constitution. Everything is now just about in place for a complete fascist takeover..........and they will try!!

He is not that much of a moron, believe me, the powers behind the take over of the country have been planning this for a long, long time. The first dry run was Nazi Germany..........and unfortunately America is today using that blueprint to the letter. Forcing people to pay an illegal tax is only one of the freedoms the government has used.

Both parties are responsible for the fascist state that is being developed here in America for the New World Order.

I feel that getting rid of the IRS and then the Federal Reserve would be one of the greatest ways to stop them. It pulls at the foundation of their Globalization.

The Constitution is what some people refer to as Supreme Law. No matter what, it must be followed. The president cannot bypass it and grant himself new powers -- not under any circumstance.

As history has shown, whenever a "government" passes a "law" that grants itself absurd power under "emergency" circumstances -- a convenient emergency always appears -- what a coincidence!

It won't be long before the storm troopers are all over the damn place -- unless of course we can stop it before it starts Smile

Thank you Randy for that post. I have been looking for the info to put on my blog site. As for the persistent prohibitionist/fascist supporter's comments, it is useful to read his diatribe. Fortunately some of us have made a career of research, holding somewhat more credibility than others. Aside from a preponderance of irrefutable evidence that it is NOT our government, but a coup cabal of criminals & traitors, aside from the peoples stupid "patience" with their insurmountable task of legitimizing their government's crimes, covering their tracks, doing black ops and playing both sides, confusing and distracting the dumbed-down ambiened igrorants, the basic fact remains: They are TREASONOUS, and the Revolution of Patriots has begun. It will not stop until there is PEACE. The uncomfortable, painful truth is that there will be, of neccessity, Prophesy in JFK's words: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible {NSPD 51; HSPD 20} make violent revolution neccessary."
