what she needs is some common imformation about how we actually un-do our federal citizenship.

specifically... who do we call, what form to we file, who Do we send our notice of recission and or withdrawl?

Personally as i see it, i have the right to demand to renegotiate the terms of any contract if that contract was entered into with deceit and intent to force them to agree to things they were never aware off, hence the false pretence of the contract making it null and void.
she could file suet that the federal citizenship contract was forced apon them by the hospitals standard procedure and without issueing any understanding of the terms and conditins, which is ilegal in any contract court.
she retains the rights to re-negotiate the contracts the fed uses to take her children away.

if those contracts can be seen in court to actually exist, then the parties involved must be allowed the right to opt out of that contract. and the court must rule in favor of the mother and child, if both demand this right, and enforce it by refusing to contract at all.

that is my best advice, and I am no lawyer, but we are all free to discuss the law, for on the day we are not, then the law has become the enemy.
And no judge will convict me of discussing our meant to be constitutional freedom to defend ourselves in court.

Sovereigns aren't required to file any forms. Sometimes forms could be used by sovereigns as tools, like Ray uses them, but they aren't required.

All that's required to be a sovereign is an understanding and awareness of the fact. You, like most, don't seem to grasp that. You still think who you are, what you are, why you are, and how you are, is determined by some bureucrat's paperwork.

No MTzion, this is where you are so wrong. The constitution was written to keep the Government in check. It afirms and acknowledges our sovereignty.
