that state of emergency is still in effect... has been for over 70 years.

it is the basis of social security and medicare..

and is the legal means by which congress has passed 66 milion laws.

they killed the constitution... in 1933..

because they declared a state of emergency... and never intended ending it....

and no siting president... has choosen to end it.

until they do....

everything they do... everything the fed does...

everything... including killing you....

I am failure with this concept as I am sure many others are also. However the belief is on this site that s christ will rise up out of the shadows and suddenly eliminate all the evil that exists. However this is not the case. While I will be voting for Ron Paul and I will be attending the Republican Convention in my state to support him I believe that it will take much more than what is going on for enough people to support him. We must not forget that it will take voters at the convention not the popular vote for him to be elected.

By the time enough people really wake to what is really going on they will be enslaved and while sitting in controlled societies for their own good will then realize that the weekly vaccines (to supposedly protect them from the harmful effects of the looming ozone crisis) that are making them weaker and the stipend they receive for recreational purposes only (since everything else is provided for them as the cost of living will be to much for any one person to bare so it is better for communities to purchase in bulk and distribute your share to you) is not the result of a free society. However then it will 100 times harder to liberate themselves. It will then be much harder to teach your children the meaning of freedom while they are ward of the state and attend strict schools that tell the children that the job of government is to care for it's citizens and provide for their needs as any compassionate freedom loving society would. It will then be a common practice to have one or two state owned mental facilities that will take the place of prisons because it is easier to believe a criminal than someone with a so called mental disorder. Wouldn't want those freaks that speak of individualism and responsibility to corrupt our children of the future.

and used it to force A SOCIAL CONTRACT onto the people.

a contract we did not sign.... or agree to as individuals, and also, did not have the rights to put forth our own terms and conditions.

it was forced on us... and it was legal, because we no longer had constitutional rights... since it was not in effect.

nobody cared at the time... it was the depression.

if you are forced to contract... then you are a slave.... period.

UNTIL those staes of emergency are ended by a president... or an act of congress...

until then...

WE HAVE NO CONSTITUTION....!!!!!!!!!!

in fact the supreme court... only uses it as a guide... and often uses phrases like... does this fit the spirit of the constitution...

as if it matters.

the constitution is supposed to be the law.... but... ITS NOT ANYMORE.

THERE IS NO OTHER BATTLE TO FIGHT.

NO OTHER BATTLE THAT MATTERS.

IF THOSE STATES OF EMERGENCY ARE IN PLACE.... THEN LEGALLY, THE FED CAN DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IT WANTS... WHEN EVER IT WANTS.. AND ITS ALL LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
