Music slide-show with lots of pictures from Live Free or Die 2.  Hat tip to "livefreeordie2" from our forums.

Video from the Live Free or Die 2 Concert provided by Danny Riley.  Thanks Danny!

WeAreChange.org presents a brand-new video documentary produced this past week!!! It's so new, that I haven't even watched it yet! Check it out!

6/10/07

Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions.  Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

06/07/07

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property.  You can hear their helicopter in the background.  Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

06/07/07

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits.  He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head.  Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime).  He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

06/07/07

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine!  Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups.  He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back.  It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength.  These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants.  When will they learn?

The liberty dollar....

is or was the greatest effort to solve our nations problems by private persons that I have seen put forth in the last 100 years.

The only problem with them... is that not only did most people never hear of them, but all banks, will not accept them.

that should of been the issue.

to force banks to accept them... in trade.

The great thing about a barter system is that you cannot be forced into anything. You give and receive based on what benefits you.

I preform computer repair and website development services on a regular basis. I choose to accept many forms of payment. I had someone pay me in pearls from a broken necklace once because she was to lazy to go to the bank and pay me in a few days. I had no use for them but turned around and sold them to a jeweler in exchange for silver. She was happy he was happy and I was happy.

Now there have been times where I turned down accepting FRN's. I did this because I knew the person normally paid for items in Liberty Dollars yet he was unsatisfied that I would not drop what I was doing for another client and come running to him. He paid me in Liberties but never heard from him again. He actually started going to my cousin for computer work and my cousin set him motherboard on fire some how.

So while it might be nice and benefit the freedom movement greatly it also is not right to force it on someone. For the record however I never had a problem trading these at my bank for spot price. I never used them at face value since I never purchased them at face value. I mostly get rounds for spending from http://www.apmex.com or http://www.kitco.com or get bars for savings. The object is not to support one company or another it is to use a currency backed by something of value.

Notice that while I did not value the pearls I still accepted them because I knew someone that did and could give me something I valued. Value is the key to any barter system.

banks....

are not someone...

each is a branch of the federal reserve bank....

period.

If liberty dollars are legal currency, then those banks... since there really is only one bank.... only one..

that one bank... who holds the monopoly... could via.. lawsuit...

could be forced to accept liberty dollars...

or at the very least... the forex exchanges at banks...

should be forced to accept them.

they dont...

and they never heard of liberty dollars.

why???

Because no effort was made to force them to do so.

they are controlled by the fed... and wont be doing anything unless legally forced to do so.

you guys scream about law and justice..

but if someone had sued the fed to force banks to trade liberty dollars through the forex exchange..

then low and behold..

the fed... would be helpless to resist.

but no one did so...

and now ed and elaine... are in jail.

Without first looking it up I would venture to think forex means foreign exchange if so then you would have a point. However for banks to acctually hold these in any other form except in a safety deposit box would almost be impossible. Banks may choose the currency they wish to hold and if they choose not to hold liberty dollars then they do not have to. As I stated if you are talking about a foreign exchange then I can see your point however if your comment goes beyond that then you may need to clarify that for me.
