I see a need to weaken the resistance before following our founding documents advice and replacing government. The only way to bring down the beast is to stave it to death. Everyone stop paying everything they don’t need to survive, and at the same time take everything from them to which you are entitled by your designation as a person. Tax the system, break it, no money no resistance. When it is weak and suffering you move to replace it. Not when they hold all the power. Collapse is a necessity.

Use the money you save by not paying them, to prepare for what is to come. Stock pile everything, and be able to defend it. You are going to need it if they resort to violence. Our country has to suffer for our father’s indiscretion, but I don’t feel we have to promote violence nor do I feel it has anything to do with a god or a satan. It is after all a corporate entity, and not a supreme being. A legal fiction with a great big Achilles’ heal.

Such a daunting task ahead, but it could really be a lot of fun (not to mention infinitely constructive to freedom, truth, and happiness). The simplest of actions (or inactions) can send POWERFUL messages to the masses.

I think we have to start small -- on the local level. Then we can work our way up to the top.

This has to be on an individual (man/woman) level as much as anything. Groups are great, but groups must be made of free-thinking, Sovereign, thoughtful, men and women. We also cannot be centralized, as this has to be a very large grassroots effort.

We can't employ violence -- what I mean by this is assassination, "terrorism," and the like are NOT (in my opinion) effective tools. I personally hold these types of actions to be EVIL and IMMORAL. The governments use these all the time, oftentimes blaming it on their enemies (oftentimes us). That is why I personally cannot be involved in any such action or encourage it. I believe in non-violence with the one exception of self-defense! Now, like Ray said, this could mean storming and taking over a building. I don't see any problem with that, as long as the goal isn't to kill or commit violence (but rather, to avoid violence). At some point, there will be a violent confrontation, and I would like for the forces of freedom to prevail at such a time. Be read to defend yourselves!

We need to show people that there ARE two sides, but the two sides are NOT Republican/Democrat. The two sides are simply FREEDOM vs. SLAVERY. Nothing less! The two sides are those who PAY taxes, and those who RECEIVE taxes. The two sides are those who wish to live THEIR own lives, and those who wish to RULE the lives of others, nothing less!

99% of people are on our side. They want to live a life, raise a family, search within themselves and throughout the world, search for truth and happiness. They want to be free, to be left alone, they would not harm, steal, threaten, or victimize another person intentionally.

The other 1% are the deviants of this norm! These are the people who wish to victimize others. They range all the way from your common street-thief who would mug a person, all the way to your "world leaders" who would kill, maim, and enslave billions for their own interests. This has been going on a long time. These people are the deviants, the criminals! They are unable to convince us that they should rule our lives, so they lie, cheat, and confuse us! They create these systems of control like religion, government, law, race, and many more. They divide and conquer us. They are the ones who have created the MATRIX to serve their interests.

All we have to do is open our own minds, and open our own eyes. SEE the truth. Don't be afraid of it -- fear is just another illusion. Don't deny what's going on -- we all see it and it sinks into our subconscious. This is just one of the reasons why so many people are miserable and depressed these days! Let's confront our knowledge, as unpleasant as it may be, and join with one another in truth.

We all live in a prison -- a prison that cannot be seen, heard, touched, smelled, or tasted, unless we see through the grand illusion. The TRUTH of this prison, is that we also hold the key! It can be confusing and frightening, but we can use the key to free ourselves. Nothing feels better than being free! We don't fight for freedom on a regular basis for no reason! The non-payment has to include all your debt, not just your taxes. The government and the corporate world would have to be put on notice of the actions, the reasons for them and our prayer for relief.

This would require the assistance of multiple freedom organizations, as well as some top experts in common law and a few notaries. If we are going to resist in this manner we must make a huge statement, but notice and claim of right have to be done properly before we start. Then No more payments to any person you owe, except to provide food and security for your family, they won’t like this very much.

Can you imagine the effect of hundreds of thousands of persons resisting by simply not paying their bills. Unfortunately this will push The People to unemployment and that will compound the issue and further tax the system.

Notice them; they have 90 days to respond to our petitions. If there is no response we will start resisting, and then after the 90 days we re-send our petitions for redress and include our claim of rights. We would send a very powerful message. We are mad as HELL and we are not PAYING for it anymore!

The people have the power to regain control of their country simply by not paying for anything. This has its own serious side effects, but at least we are not killing each other.

Thanks, Munchie, you're very right in what you said. Putting them on notice is VERY important indeed. You don't use one of their forms to do it, either. You make your own form, sign it, get it notarized by a notary public, and send it to them. Having done this may be very helpful for you later on. I haven't done it since I don't pay taxes (even under their corporate policy "laws" I'm not required to pay), but it's not necessary for that issue. For other issues, it could be very helpful indeed.

If you plan on doing anything in a group, then for sure make your intentions and reasons be known, signed and everything.

However, just to make things clear with everyone. PLEASE do not use this as an excuse to delay boycotting the government. You aren't *required* to tell them anything -- you are a free, natural man or woman. You have the right to privacy -- even the right not to speak with anyone with whom you don't wish to speak! So start boycotting anyways, even if you haven't sent notices. If you go ALL THE WAY like a few people have done (Ed & Elaine and Ray come to mind), then notices may help you out. But in the meantime, just start boycotting little by little Smile

Right on, Munchie. Taxes are only the beginning. Luckily, it's relatively simple to understand how none of these taxes apply to normal people. www.originalintent.org is a great source of information for people just getting into this.

I'm on a journey, as we all are. I'm learning more and more daily. I hope that the journey continues on and on, and that a lot of it could be documented here for others to see. I would like to see us really get down to the "nitty gritty" stuff when it comes to this.

Right now I do believe what is being said here. I would like to learn more so that my own affairs can be in correct order. I don't have a nice safe place to be, like Ed and Elaine...yet...so I must be cautious. I know without any doubt that I'm not subject to any of man's laws -- the idea is preposterous. Unfortunately, I'm tangled in a nasty "legal" mess. I'm covered in razor wire -- need to get free the correct way.
