If the feds move on the people what equpment won't work? - Water. People can be quickly brought to their knees by a lack of water. In a city, it is as easy as turning off a water main. In rural areas it's a matter of contaminating the water supply. Good reason to have a still.

Nearly everytime I imagine what it would be like if they move on us I realize that I am not sure about many things. Maybe someone can answer some questions for me?

I am assuming that internet, phones and many other things will suddenly be stopped if/when martial law is imposed. What about some other things.

Do you think that cars with electronic controls can be stopped by the government?

Can they magically shutdown my computer?

Can they push a button and my mp3 player will suddenly start playing Hitler's favorite lullaby?

What nonlethal weapons could be brought against us? Is it possible that some people are chipped and don't know it? If so, can the chip stop us from resisting?

I would be interested to hear what you know to be true (and some of your speculations) in regards to their capabilities?
