I've created this forum because of the ongoing "legal" battle my wife and I are in. The idea of the forum is to give us a dedicated place to post the trouble we face so that the court of public opinion may be informed. We have done no wrong -- we've not threatened, hurt, stolen, or defrauded anyone. We've not in any way violated the rights of another.

We will be creating forums like this for other people who are in need of help. This is a public record of the atrocities committed against American Citizens -- the People -- by those very people who are supposed to protect our rights. The egregious acts of the so-called "authorities" under color of law cannot continue.

This is where we stick together -- this is where we take notes and names.

The federal government's attempt to stop a group of gold-standard activists from minting an alternative to the greenback is about to face its first legal test.

A dozen people around the country filed suit in U.S. District Court in Idaho this week demanding the return of all the copper, silver, gold, and platinum coins — more than seven tons of metal in all — that the FBI and Secret Service seized in November during raids of a mint in Idaho and a strip mall storefront in Indiana.
