Their homes are owned by the State, their personal property such as automobiles are owned by the State. That is why government can foreclose on homes and confiscate (Impound) automobiles for violations of unlawful corporate policies such as traffic laws. It is all done through agreement, ie. contact law.

rk: My issue before the unlawful corporate courts of Josephine County Oregon goes to that very point. I am not a 14th Amendment Citizen, nor am I subject to the rules of the Corporate Defacto Government courts which operates in every Contract Administrative Court law of our land.,

rk: I have exposed the fraud perpetrated on a daily basis by our unlawful Josephine County Courts upon slaveminded taxpayers of Josephine County.

rk: That is why after unlawfully being convicted in TWO TRIALS by an Administrative Court which cannot and will not prove its JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man and which threatened to jail me for 35 years as a "Paper Terrorist", I was thrown out of their jail, when I simply refused to accept their offer of contract of Sentencing, and Probation coming from an exposed Unlawful, Unconstitutional court whose findings and verdicts were thus null and void and carried with them no force of law behind them.
