Elaine, forgive me for not transcribing you letter and sharing it with Ed and the MTS forum. I could not make out a number of words and wasn't about to speculate as to what you meant.. I didn't want to do your letter a disservice.

Things are looking up. I think I fianlly broke the back of the beast after six long years of being the recipient of Government Stonewalling.

As you know, or may not know, recently I've been stopped on three Traffic Stops, One in the City of Grants Pass by Grants Pass Police, while taking Anita on an emergency run to the hospital. Once in Cave Junction by a Josephine County Sheriff's Deputy, and lastly by the Oregon State Trooper while I was on my way to pick up Anita's Ashes at the mortuary.

On the first two occasions I was cited and released (allowing me to continue on my way while travelling in my private, unlicensed automobile) for DWS (Driving while Suspended/Revoked License) all of which were bogus charges since I had rescinded my Oregon driver license in 1999 and there was no license to either suspend or revoke since that time.

At any rate, the former Josephine County District Attorney, CLAY EDWARD JOHNSON a real, slimey piece of work, even for a lawyer (who was forced into retirement as a result of his handling of my trials as a Paper Terrorist) pushed to have bogus suspension/revocation information inserted into the State-Wide Police Computer System advising any cop making a traffic stop on me that I was suspended. (A false charge and a criminal offense committed by the DA)

The last Traffic stop by the State Police was made by a "by the book" State Trooper. He impounded my private auto, a, clear act of Piracy and Theft due to the "Non-Commercial" circumstances of my present Lawful Status which places me and all other non-commercial travellers on American Highways beyond the Police Powers Commerce clause of "Traffic regulaton JURISDICTION of Corporate State Policies which masquerade as Color of Law.. .

As you know, for the last six (6) years, the STATE AND COUNTY have refused to answer the 23 questions of JURISDICTION over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man.. I have a Phone Hearing set for Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 to recover the towing and storage fees stolen from me as act of Highway Piracy by the OREGON STATE POLICE.

I sent my evidence and Statement registered mail, accompanied by Affidavit to the Lawyer contracted with the STATE OF OREGON to conduct such Administrative hearing as an Administrative Judge, along with the same 23 questions of JURISDICTION I had sent to the Citing State Trooper and his Supervising Sergeant.

Since all three are acting as agents fo the State, I sent the Proof of Claim to each of them accompanied by an Affidavit which compels them to rebut point, by point the 23 questions, also under oath or affidavit based on their own personal unlimited Commercial liability or else admit through Commercial Default, that My position is based in Truth.

In Commerce, An Unrebutted Affidavit stands as Truth. Truth stands as Judgment.

They have brought this down upon themselves, especially in view of the most recent admission by JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL in his court judgment which reduced the Driving While Suspended, DWS a serious offense, to "FAILURE TO CARRY/PRESENT LICENSE. His fine for such event, notwithstanding the bogus County Jail and Unitary assessments was a WHOPPING $8.00 (eight Dollars). They were fishing for me to respond so that I would GRANT THE JURISDICTION, they so sorely lack. , The hearing Judge and two officers will play hell avoiding answering the questions that all previous judges, Prosecutors, etc have so far turned tail and run from.

Oh, did I tell you, counting Judge Hull's contribution in defaulting on answering the 23 questions of JURISDICTION, the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE jointly are on the hook for $35,000,000.00 (Thirty Five Million Dollars) for their cumulative COMMERCIAL DEFAULTS.

Last but not least, after 6 years of posturing and intimidation, false imprisonment, holding me hostage for the debts of another, a combined 55 day hunger strike, throwing me out of their jail near death, they finally got the message that one day THEY WOULD ANSWER THE QUESTIONS or PAY THE PIPER, for they have turned my case over to their INSURANCE CARRIER for closure.

Who says YOU CAN'T FIGHT CITY HALL???
