Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions. Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property. You can hear their helicopter in the background. Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits. He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head. Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime). He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine! Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups. He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back. It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength. These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants. When will they learn?

I want to find out exactly what he's doing, cause he always appears confident, and getting a slap on the wrist (probably an expensive slap) for not turning in some paper is just the IRS's way of saying, 'Look, we're punishing him see. You'd better be scared'. A commenter said something about 'he's a sovereign, and so he doesn't have to turn in "tax returns"', so I wonder if he has copyrighted his name etc.

I got the feeling that he decided in 2000 to be part of the income tax truth movement. Then when he was faced with the possibility of doing 16 years he claimed to be an innocent victim of his other two collegues.
Now I am not judging the man..............because God only knows what I would do if I had to face 16 years in jail. However something does not feel right about this case.
Then we have that former IRS Commissioner Sheldon Cohen saying something to the effect that when it is a high profile case like Snipes the IRS has to go after them. Seems as though they were making an example of him...............just as people are getting ready to file!

I agree MT.
MM, you wrote, 'However something does not feel right about this case'. That brought to my mind that maybe the IRS knows that Snipes isn't going about this the right way, but the time for a take over of freedom is coming up, so maybe they're saying something like, 'let's use Snipes as bait (Snipes might be in on it to some degree) so it looks like he doesn't have to pay his taxes, then soo many other people will try the same but they will be fu>ked cause what Snipes actually did is illegal, we just wanted to jail or fine all the rest of folks out there for revenue and to lock them up and to get them on the list for when the time comes'. Just a thought.

Everything I have been able to research indicated that Snipes started out being like Ed and Elaine on the Federal Income Tax issue. Then when push came to shove it feels like there is some behind the scenes plea bargaining being done. Also I remember listing to Larry Becraft and Tom Cryer and they made no bones about the IRS being able to have a plant on the jury. It was not involving the Snipes case but was in the discussion about the Sherry Peel Jackson case.
So was there one or two people on the jury who were IRS plants who held out in favor of Snipes so that he would not have to face 16 years jail time and are they going to let him off with probation if he pays up plus a fine. He definitely caved ............ or at least it appears to me like he did!
Also there is a great fear factor here that the powers that be could be using...........if they can take down a man like Snipes with all his millions.......imagine what they can do with the average person. Ed and Elaine are an example of that. While certainly comfortable they do not have the millions that Snipes has I am sure.............so the IRS, Federal Reserve are flexing their muscles and showing us how powerful they really are! The fact that Snipes is African American, and one who is very dark complected is also an interesting factor. This year you have an African American of extremely light complecxion running for the highest office in the land. Those criminal bastards take all of it into account in their bloody think tanks and put the squeeze on in the most effective way possible!
With what is going on with the globalists world wide today anything is possible, aa. What you say about people following Snipes and using his method is illegal and they could be jailed. Ed and Elaine are. Prisons are now run by private corporations......... don't forget all the extremely cheap slave labor those prisoners provide! I believe Ed is working in his jail but Elaine is not at the present time because of her hand that she broke last summer which has not healed properly. Remember there are supposedly 800 "camps" up and waiting all over this country.............so what in the name of God could "they" be planning?
Ron Paul said he would not put non violent drug users in jail. That accounts for a huge number of people who are in jail right now! No wonder the NWO are afraid of Ron Paul! He would not only get rid of their collection agency the IRS but he would do away with their immoral monetary system and now also take away their cheap slave labor in the prisons. I am amazed they have not popped him off by now!

MM, so are you imagining that maybe Snipes figured out at sometime he could not win, so in order to get out of serving time he made a behind the scene deal with a couple jurors maybe linked to the IRS to keep him out of jail, but behind the scenes he's paying the IRS? I'm just trying to understand your intuitive thoughts. You mentioned Ron; quick reminder, good stuff at www.ronpaulforpresident.com

I just feel that Snipes did a complete turn around from the stand that he took in 2000. His attorneys seem to paint him as an innocent victim who was misled by the other two defendants who "led him astray." I don't feel that Snipes is a man who is easily led astray. I feel that he was capable of understanding what the IRS are doing when they enforce the Federal Income Tax at the end of a gun because of the corrupted judicial system and the aide of the US Marshals as we saw in the Brown case. I also feel that because he was a celebrity he was more than likely targeted by some smarmy little IRS agent who wanted to make a name for himself!
Having said all that...........I feel that there was a point when Snipes may have realized all he was giving up, career wise, financially and his life style. It is not easy for an African American to reach the life style that Snipes had. It is not easy to face a possible 16 years in jail either. I doubt if I could do it quite frankly. So therefore I do not want to sound as though I am being judgemental about Snipes choices. Rather I think he felt outgunned when he came up against the IRS, and the Federal Reserve.
Was there a backroom deal made ............... it would be naive to think that this does not happen all the time. Would the IRS have certain plants in the jury system...............the only ones that I can quote about this sort of thing happening are Becraft and Cryer. Can it be proven..............doubtful.
Ignorance is no defence against the law. So that is why this led astray or taking the council of the CPA involved seems like a very week argument to me. It would be like me telling you to go kill someone...........if you do commit the murder you are still considered guilty right? So just what the scenario was .......... I have no idea................But Snipes is a tremendous box-office draw for some heavy hitters and they could have also had an influence on the outcome.
Now Snipes is looking at a possible 3 years ..............I bet he gets probation and he will have to pay all back taxes. I would think that any deal that was made would have been between his attorney and the IRS attorney. I feel the "possible planted juror (s) would know how to hold out by what the IRS attorney said in that courtroom. It only needed to be a word stated several times that would give a juror his direction. No I do not believe for one minute that Snipes will pay his taxes behind the scenes..........that will be VERY PUBLIC and used as a means to frighten anyone else who might have been thinking of taking on the IRS! That is what they use .......... fear. They take away your business, careers, and homes. That is a lot for a person to bear and it has a tremendous effect on the rest of the family too!
At least Snipes gave it his best shot, which is more than most of us here have done. He gets some real points for doing that in my book. He did go up against some of the worst criminals this country has ever known and he knew his limitations. I for one do not fault him for his defense of his case, on the contrary I admire him for taking them on at all!
