Dutch or a dutch wannabe has resurfaced. I received a notice from Google showing an update for a search on the term Dutch as a username. Every person while they may change the surface structure of there personality while communicating cannot change the underlying traits.

I need you to analyze this link to tell me if in-fact this is the same dutch. I have a team of 4 IT professionals and 1 well connected individual in a federal government agency that are dedicated to tracking and exposing this man in the open. I need an answer on this as soon as possible if you can help at all with this.

I believe that if we find dutch we can then move to track down other members of the same task force and expose them as well so that patriots can not only be better prepared but also make these federal agencies uneasy knowing they are also being exposed from our side.
