John Stuart explains why we have not been winning in court. It is because we have been fighting the illegal income tax under title 26, which according to him does not apply.

The Internal Revenue (Government) subcontracted to the Internal Revenue Service (Private Corporation), which acts as a collection agency.

Notice how once again they used a similar name to confuse us.

Code 26 applies only to the Internal Revenue.

Code (title) 15 - chapter 4 subchapter 5 --1692 applies to the Internal Revenue Service.

Judges have known that we have been fighting under the wrong code for over 70 years. However they and the prosecuters have been laughing at us because of our ignorance. As far as I am concerned this makes them complicit with the IRS to keep this fraud going!!!

UPDATE

I was really excited about the above, but I still questioned it. So today I listened to the Tom Cryer Show on RBN.

While listening I was made aware that Larry Becraft was filling in for Tom Cryer.

I decide to call him and ask him about the IRS being a private corporation and about using title 15 when going against the IRS in court.

I called in and explained what I had learned to the best of my ablitiy. Larry Becraft then informed me that 15 years ago this was being used and from all of his research he did not find that the IRS was a private corporation incorporated in Delawear in 1933. His guest also informed me of the same thing. I never even got to ask if we could ask for a verrified assessment from the IRS under title 15 chapter 4 and subcharter 5 section 1692, that was when the IRS supposedly walk away.

So there we stand. I am back to confusion. I was going to erase the above post but I decided to leave it and maybe someone with real tax law expertise will be browsing and enlighten us on this point.

HOWEVER, FOR ANY OF YOU WHO ARE INVOLVED WITH A COURT CASE WITH THE IRS, WHAT I STATED ABOVE AND THE CLIP THAT I POSTED MAY NOT EVEN BE VALID LAW. I BEG YOU NOT TO USE ANY OF IT UNTIL WE CAN VERRIFY ONCE AND FOR ALL IF IT HAS ANY VALIDITY!

Let's see if we can get some kind of expert dialogue going..............because as far as I am concerned I am way out to sea on this issue.

Printing money out of nothing and profitting from it would classify the activity as a business. From what I have researched I have not yet a doubt in my mind that the Fed is incorporated. I don't know about the Delaware State thing since I have not been able to track anything on where the Fed is registered in. The Banks involved are spaced out in different places which makes searching for extended information more difficult.

Government is suppose to be transparent to the people but the Federal Reserve is it's own entity outside of Government so oversight is pretty fallible. What the Fed is engaged in is racketeering, though legal in the systems eyes. The tax was meant to be a corporate tax but yet it is unlawful in it's application to all and is in opposition of the Constitution.

rj, you are talking about the Federal Reserve here. I was talking about the IRS. They are two different entities.........right?

The Federal Reserve and the IRS work in tandem. If one goes against any one of them, the Gestapos arrive either way. As far as I'm concerned: They are both involved in the illegal activity and one in the same.

Munchie - I have read that posting and again I will reitterate: The income tax doesn't fall in according to the one of the two structures for applying the tax, thus all of said rulings are null and void. Those rulings are being applied to laws that are unjust and Unconstitutional. Of course there will be "obligatory" requirements from the Senate and the house but they don't mean a thing because they are unlawful.

If I worked at Stop and Shop and make a wage I am not liable to pay any income taxes for any service or business within the private sector. The income tax was originally meant for corporations dealing in foreign trade, and commercial activities within US territories, mainly to pay off war efforts which were suppose to be a temporary affair. This tax does not apply to the average American Citizen who works to make a wage or a living from their labor. Period.

When Congress instantiates a tax they do it and get done with it and then that's it. The tax doesn't continue on since there isn't a national emergancy of a war anymore. There's a max 2 year deadline in financing these thing then it is over. Congress can now go home and take their vacations to the bahamas if they so wish.

Taxation without representation, justification and with incorrect application is slavery. The Founding fathers were against this sort of thing.

I feel that way too rj. But what I am trying to become informed about is how best to fight them in the courts.

The Federal Reserve is classified as a corporate cabal and not a part of the government. The IRS on the other hand has been identified to me in a telephone conversation with Larry Becraft last saturday as a part of the government. See why I am confused? Or am I missing something here?

I believe any honest judge knows of the confusion but because of how the courts are structured, they aren't able to make the kind of calls they would like as order of Constitutional law. The mergers of the three branches of government have destroyed our court systems among other things.

The courts use the method of what I would like to call "test-breaking" Meaning: test the defendent on whether or not they know which law they are up against and if they know of any loopholes within those laws and if not then beat the defendent down, instead of the courts knowing there isn't a law and by not applying order to do what is right and within the law. This has been accomplished by design. One has to just follow the trail of money back to the source to realize how the court system is functioning.

There's a disconnection of Internal Revenue system from the Government since working within the scope of the Fed Reserve. They have full holdings of the treasury. Remember Ron Paul talking about this; on how the Fed made the statement on how they were securing and holding on to our gold for the treasury? Personally I believe the gold is gone. Moulded into structural objects, including select palaces and buildings, for the elite to relish.

Now that makes sense to me. I guess what we have to force the judicial system to do is clean up their act and stop all these smoke and mirror machinations against the people. Damn it those are our courts, not theirs and we damn right well will clean them up regardless of who the bloody judges are! They are only political appointees anyway..............so what were we thinking! Clean up time is here and now............no doubt about it!

I, like you, also believe the gold is gone too. I don't have a clue where, but, I have my suspicions! Wonder if there is anyway to get it back!

I may have not know Aaron personally, but when he died it really hit me. In the next couple of centuries I'll bet he will be in history books as one of the fighters for freedom.

I agree! I would love to know how many millions Aaron woke up with his documentary America: Freedom to Fascism.

His truth rings out loud and clear. I think we all felt a profound sense of saddness with his passing! You are truly honoring him by using his picture as your avatar. Great idea!
