I'm current doing some research into the law to see what in the world is going on. i'm reading a book ironically titled "the oxford companion to american law" which is good when it comes to research but i've already found that they leave some stuff out. i just read all about the income tax and strangely enough in the pages covering this issue there was not one mention of any case law establishing the federal income tax. up until 1895 the supreme court declared the federal income tax a "indirect tax" and therefore unconstitutional. The supreme court declared in Pollock v. farmers' loan and trust co. that the income tax was a direct tax. In 1909 congress proposed the sixteenth admendment. it was ratified in 1913. This strikes me as odd considering that up until after the civil war the income was ruled as unconsitutional. i'm not a conspiracy theorist by any means but considering that bohemian grove started during if not after the civil war, it proves that bigwigs have been pulling the strings for over 150 years.

I also checked into the militia and the right to bear arms. this book reads kinda like a liberal handbook on these issues. they try to say constantly that the militia is truly the "select militia" i.e the national guard but they also shoot themselves in the foot. to quote directly from the book: "the unorganized militia is part of the founding fathers' effort to provide a popular check on government tyranny." it's so funny to watch the government prove our case for us. the word "militia" in 18th century discourse refers to the general population of law abiding citizens, not the national guard, regular army or any other faction of the military. it's our job and duty to keep the government in check. It also states that it is against the second admendment for the federal government to regulate gun ownership, sales or access to firearms because of the fear of federal suppression of our rights.

it also strikes me as odd that there's no law establishing the income tax. three cases have proved the illegality of the income tax so you'd think there'd be a huge uproar by the people at this point.

which brings up my point yet again. since there is no law on the books stating that we must pay a income tax and 3 people have proven in court that there is no law, then what's the government's case exactly? THEY HAVE NONE WHATSOEVER!

Johnny82, there are a lot of trolls on this forum right now. Don't let them get to you. I did recently with one who was applauding Doom who ended up being banned. They are here to cause us to fragment. I know, one almost made me do just that. It feels like they have sent in their A team. They are not as stupidly transparent as the last batch but they are trolls just the same.

It stands to reason that they will hit and hit hard since they have arrested and jailed four of our members with made up charges! How can you arrest and jail supporters of Ed and Elaine when there is no law on the books that mandate that we pay the federal income tax? Google in IRS Vs Kuglin and find how she won against the IRS. Are the people in New Hampshire so stupid that they will allow the IRS to harrass and jail their people while in the state of Tennesee they are finding their people NOT GUILTY? If that is so, I recommend that the people in New Hampshire move to Tennessee!

Do not let them shut us up, we can not allow them do that! That last remark is as much for me as it is to all of us who are determined to see that this criminal abuse is lifted from the American people. Now is the time to work even harder to right this wrong.

here's the thing. AA presented an excellent argument that given the charges that our four friends have had imposed upon them, the inmates at their present facilities might look upon them in high regard and the message can stread within the system and outside the system. considering this entire NAU business it makes you wonder what exactly what'll happen to the prison system? i don't think correctional officers will work for a currency that is worth a little more than a peso.

seems to me that tst was only repeating the cry of the rest of the movement. why do you two see it differently? why do you two think he is a troll, etc? has tst said something else that i missed that would justify j82 and mm's posts about tst?

i know that i'm right but why would he ask us to present a law that doesn't exist. why wouldn't tstdanny say "you are right so IRS SHOW ME THE LAW" i realize i might've reacted wrongly or read too much into and if this is the case then i'm sorry but considering the amount of troll activity as of late we need to stay on our toes.

My remarks were not really directed at tst, but at the past activity that has gone on. I too though felt that he was being redundent by asking Show me the law. Maybe he/she can clarify. As I said I just felt it was redundent.

I feel that there are a lot of trolls on the fourm monitoring right now. It only stands to reason seeing that four members have been arrested. I just don't want to see amy of us, who have a true comittment to desolving the IRS, and then the Federal Reserve with all of it's criminal behavior, be taken in and incriminated in anyway by the trolls. Look at the trumped up charges they have come up with. One has to wonder .... are they making them up as they go along? If we continue to let it slide how much control will they want and take?

The Federal Reserve has certainly shown this past month or so how they are not there to propp up the dollar as they claim but to bail out their friends on Wall Street. The dollar continues to pummel this week and people are loosing so much of their hard earned money by the consequent inflation. Now the dollar has become unpopular and investors are running to the euro. It is all by design folks.............this is all planned and has been in the works for decades.

Take for instance the handout that America gives Israel every year, this is the first time that Israel has had the nerve to ask for payment in euros. Rice of course is complying! Just a tad put out over that announcement!

Now upon reading this again this morning, after Ed and Elaine's arrest............I feel he is a government agent troll, and he is of the mindset, [like that US Marshal James who told Danny Riley that he knew there was no law etc...], that because he has the guns, and the power behind him ........he is the law. I take his statement to be a taunt!

Go shove it!

He is back here monitoring the site and has not made one post since his one and only........good to watch these guys, espose them for what they are and do not be afraid of them they are bullies of the first order!

Keep in mind that we can never be sure of who is and is not an agent. For all you guys know, I could be a troll with a higher IQ than the rest.
Also, another possible tactic of smart agents is to set up two accounts with two different personalities. One is the obvious troll, one is the supposed ally who may have even caught that first troll!
