For those of you who have read this statement, in the Concord Monitor by Margot Sanger-Kratz and feel outrage at McAuliffe's pronouncements intimating that he was threatened with violence please respond at their news email ...........Never once was he threatened with violence. Stop the demonising of Ed and Elaine and the four supporters by responding!

Danny Riley was shot at and tasered and threatened with jail if he spoke out. Terry Melton was threatened with being hunted down and making his life miserable even if it took 15 years and that Agent who we believe was Alandydy said he would sodomize him. I cleaned up the words he used.

The only violence has been on the part of the agents when they took two shots at Danny and tasered him.

Flood the news room with these facts............call McAuliffe the lier he is and go ahead and quote the winning case in IRS Vs. Kuglin. Also you can quote Judge Jon Phipps McCalla response to the US Attorney Joseph C. Murphy Jr. "I don't work for the IRS." Murphy had the audacity to demand that the Judge insist that Kuglin file and pay taxes!!! Murphy's behavior is unheard of in a court room. This Murphy guy must be mad or have the biggest cajones on the Planet!

McCalla's response was "I DON'T WORK FOR THE IRS." And guess what McAuliffe neither do we! You are the paid whore...................but you don't look good!

Isn't it sad that Judge McAuliffe and the people of New Hampshire are so cowered by the international elite, that they have no idea who the judicial system and the government are working for any more?

McAuliffe is not above the law. We can file criminal charges against him. All kinds of things come to mind because in Ed and Elaine's case he abused his discretion when he prevented due process.

There was a general remark made about in the past history of this country people were hung for treason. Well when McAuliffe is found guilty, all I ask is that for his punishment I be allowed to hang him over my fireplace for a month or so by his scrotum....................oh hell we can't do that either ........I forgot he is a ballless wonder who has been trading on his dead wife's name. Shame on you McAuliffe.............We the people are awake and we will not tolerate your JAG courtroom. Do not forget who pays your salary!

Considering everything that is going on MM with the north american union almost a reality, proof that the amero is being minted and confirmation from the media that it will replace mexican, american and canadian currency, it should be easy to spot who the government is really working for. we will lose everything and the rich will get richer. we will be slaves and our constitution will be tossed away forever. our rights and freedoms are on the line and we the people are the last and only line of defense. let's arm up and put the fucking government in check permanently.

It was in the Concord Monitor Newspaper and the article was written by Margot Sange Kratz. Sorry guys but i am new at this and i seem to always leave out my source I did send a response to their news department! Let me look through my notes but in the mean time you may find their site.

O.k. here is how I got it ...........I googled Concord Monitor Newspaper, Judged mcAuliffe Recusal ...........when the page comes up click on the top one and there is the Bitch Margot's article. It was briefly mentioned very early this morning on one of the talk radios i had on. Was not really listening............ and they just said that the Judge ...........well I knew who he was ................and since i was born and lived in the NE i new Concord was the capital and I seemed to remember that the newspaper was called the monitor............There it was with all his smugness.

I was going to ask every one on this site to send a letter to the editor refruting what this Judge is saying............basically he is saying that his life has been threatened..............that Ed is talking about violence when he is not he is talking about defense...........big difference! If for any reason yo do not want them to know your name and number you can sent it to the news department........they have a list on that page with emails to the different departments. Talk with rj and see his post he sent a letter to the editor via yahoo somehow...........he can explain it ..........I sure as hell can't

Judge drops out of Brown aid cases
McAuliffe recuses himself, citing threats

A federal judge has recused himself from the cases of two men charged with helping Plainfield tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown escape capture, saying that threats made against him by the Browns and their entourage might lead to the appearance of a conflict.

According to an order signed by Judge Steven McAuliffe, who presided over the Browns' tax evasion trial, he has declined to oversee the cases of Cirino Gonzalez and Daniel Riley, two men accused of providing security for the Browns and bringing them weapons.

"I think recusal in this case is both warranted and appropriate, given the close circumstantial relatedness between the charged conspiracy and reported public statements by the Browns and others associated with them over the past several months," McAuliffe wrote. "Because these public statements included threats of violence and physical harm directed at me, a reasonable person, fully informed of the facts, might understandably question my ability to remain impartial."

Since a jury found the Browns guilty of a series of tax-related felonies in January, the Browns and their supporters have made repeated calls for retribution against McAuliffe, whom they've described as treasonous. Numerous blog posts and radio hosts have called McAuliffe a criminal, and some have suggested that he should be hanged for his crimes.

Locally, Brown supporters have suggested publicly that McAuliffe deserves death for his part in the couple's case, although some have since distanced themselves from those comments.

Bill Miller, a friend of Ed Brown and a member of the U.S. Constitution Rangers, a national anti-government group that Brown once led, sent an e-mail in January describing his outrage over the Browns' treatment in court.
"Here are the reasons why I am going to see federal district court judge Steven McAuliffe (husband of astronaut Christa McAuliffe), hanged for treason against our Constitution, and hence, the People," it read. Miller later said he was not calling for the hanging of the judge.

Ed Brown, for his part, has named McAuliffe as a possible target for his followers on several occasions, identifying him as part of a "Zionist Illuminati" plot to rob Americans of their freedoms.

"This is a warning," Brown said in a February radio broadcast, mentioning McAuliffe by name as a member of the "Zionist Illuminati." "Once this thing starts, we're going to seek them out and hunt them down. And we're going to bring them to justice. So anybody wishes to join them, you go right ahead and join them. But I promise you, long after I'm gone, they're going to seek out every one of you and your bloodline."

In a video posted on the internet later that month, he mentioned McAuliffe again.

"I wouldn't want to be this judge or these other people. . . . Their names are already out there," he said. "They are just as vulnerable as I am. And if they're so foolish and stupid to think that they're not, hey, doom on them."

More recently, Brown has said he has provided followers with a list of targets in the event he is harmed by federal agents.

The Browns and their supporters say that McAuliffe did not give the couple a fair trial because he prevented them from presenting evidence that no law compels ordinary Americans to pay the federal income tax. They have said that McAuliffe colluded with IRS officials and prosecutors to punish the Browns for bringing the truth to light.

For nearly eight months, the Browns have been holed up in their home, threatening that any attempt to arrest them will end in violence.

Neither Riley nor Gonzalez has said much publicly about McAuliffe, but both have been close allies of the Browns, spending time at the couple's fortified concrete home and lending assistance and supplies. According to court documents, they are accused of brining multiple high-powered rifles to the house to defend the couple from an arrest attempt, providing security for the couple, and performing other tasks designed to thwart U.S. marshals charged with arresting the couple. They are among four Brown supporters who were arrested outside New Hampshire last week.

Many of the threats against McAuliffe were issued between the Browns' conviction and their sentencing hearing in April, but McAuliffe did not recuse himself from the couple's sentencing. At the hearing, he opted to give them prison sentences in line with a probation department recommendation of 63 months.

McAuliffe's order said that he had "no doubt" about his ability to remain impartial in Riley and Gonzalez's case; he had chosen to recuse himself to remove "even an appearance of partiality."

The cases have been reassigned to Judge Paul Barbadoro.

Being of the older generation, I did not learn anything really about computers until this past January. I decided that I was being silly because I stayed clear of them. I was just being lazy and fearful that I would never learn how to use one. Well I hate it when I am feaful, so I decided to walk through my fear and I just bought one online as a christmas gift for myself! I have a dear friend who hooked it up for me. He taught me a few things and said play with it you will learn so that is basically what I have been doing.

I apologize to all of you for the fact that I still really don't handel the information I researdh well. I constantly forget to copy and paste etc.
Shaun has told me how and I can do it here on this site but if I am taking it from one site to another site...................I still don't know how to do it. Shaun says it go to a clipboard somewhere...............I don't know where the hell that clipboard is!!!!

Thanks for bearing with me.................I am sure I frustrate the hell out of all of you.

where the clipboard is doesn't matter. just copy from one page, then go to the page where you want it pasted, and paste. the computer does all the work for ya. and don't feel bad--i'm just now figuring out how to use these codes for url's, bold, quotes, etc.

MM: i'm not a computer whiz either and i've been messing with computer systems since i was 8 so don't feel bad. I'm just a grunt, a frontline soldier. i know my limitations and that there are far more skilled men than i in this outfit.

like UE said, if you want to copy something, just use your mouse to highlight the text or the link and right click on the screen and click on copy.
