I'm still trying to find out which guys have public defenders, and which guys have private attorneys.

Does anyone know? I could really use clarification. I've held off asking for contributions if these guys all have public defenders. But if any of them have private attorneys -- we need to collect funds BIG TIME. I've been through the ringer using private attorneys (shit, I'm still going through the ringer right now), so I know how those fees can be.

Anyways, info would be appreciated. I will be on later, but I've got to run right now.

Here are the attorneys involved with the IRS Vs Kuglin case that she just won. Larry Becraft and Robert Bernnoft. It would be great if we could some how have these two as consultants on the arrested four's cases. I am sure they are very expensive and God knows where the money will come from.............but you know somehow that happens doesn't it. Do any of you think it would be advisable to contact them and just outline the case and get some ideas.............or is this out of the picture? The might take it pro bono for the publicity.

What do you guys think?
