I am still looking around and I am finding history pages on them but not a real official site for them. There is a Mass Constitutional Militia info page but haven't yet found any place that would have a forum of any kind.

I'm in Hampshire county. I don't have a car and I am financially incapable of distance travel but I'm willing to get info and maybe talk to someone who can provide info on the Minute-men. Thanks.

Hi! I am in Massachusetts also in Norfolk County. I would like to know where the info is on the Massachusetts Militia.
I think we need to reconstitute the militia and am trying to educate myself on how to go about that. Of course, according to the Constitution we are all already apart of the citizens militia and as such we should already be 'well regulated' in the use and ownership of arms (I've fullfilled that requirement). I dont' think it would be very difficult to organize a citizens militia group. I think it is simply the gathering of like minded and well regulated citizens to practice together and educate each other about issues around defense and civil defense and to let the county sheriff know we are active. If all the p eople across the country were active in an active militia we wouldn't need the Homeland security department. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HOMELAND SECURITY. We the people ...through the militia are supposed to provide for our defense. But today's citizens do not know that. They do not know, as a citizen they are obliged to take on this responsibility.

according to the mentally challenged individuals in the government, the national guard is the militia lol. it's so funny. you have to remember that the majority of the american people are blind either on their own accord or because they have not seen the truth.

the department of homeland security is useless. it's up to us to show the government that they cannot push us over.

What I would suggest for you folks in Massachusetts is to form a historical society. You could study battles in your state, and architecture. Of course, you'd need lots of maps and blueprints. You'd need to make field trips every once in a while.

You could do historical reenactments with black powder weapons. It should be easy to get all the necessary licenses, even in gun-hating Mass. Of course you'd probably need some modern firearms for security.

Who knows, you might get some government grants Smile

Having lived in New England for a good number of years..........I can tell you that the six New England states are inundated with historical societies!!! They are steeped in the history and each site and battle is well preserved.

There should be no problem with the added demention that you suggest.

As far as Mass. being such an anti-gun state, I believe that is because of the assassination of two of her beloved sons, John and Bobby. When the people of Mass. realize who really are behind the NWO and why they want everyone disarmed............there will be an awakening! Hopefully it will not be too late.

A government grant would indeed be lovely and money well spent for a change.

Remember I truly and sincerely believed in gun control without even knowing anything about the whole issue. DON'T EVER GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. THE FOUNDING FATHERS WERE NOT STUPID!
