Alright, one thing I've never heard or seen asked. The Browns somehow believe they are exempt from paying income tax, believing that this is illegal taxation. The Browns are also all about "freedom" and seem to use alot of the constitution when it suits them. My question is, if you're not paying taxes, you're not paying your share toward the military that defends the liberties that we all have, how is this justified? I fully expect this thread to be deleted, but it would be interesting to see a few responses.

Well RealisticCitizen that's a really funny title-name for someone who is NOT being very realistic. If you even had a clue at all as to what's going on in this nation you would be supporting the Browns ( providing you are not on the government payroll). First and Foremost>> There is NO LAW>> There is NO LAW mandating individual people to pay income tax. That's what this is all about. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because obviously yourself being one of the brainwashed general public, you know very little about the actual law as it is written. The Brown's, throughout the entire scope of the trial kept telling the court that if you "SHOW ME THE LAW" then he would write them a check immediately. Well the ( Kangaroo) court never did show anyone any law requiring any individual to pay Federal Income Tax. So if there is NO LAW then a person is not at all mandated to pay income tax. Even in something as minor as municipal traffic court they always read off the law you are allegedly being charged with. They never read any law to the Brown's or the jury or to anyone involved in this case. And as far as PAYING YOUR FAIR SHARE? Well just for your information none of that money that the IRS collects in taxes goes for any services or functions of this country; it all goes to pay interest to the Federal Reserve System who is not even part of the Federal Government. They are a private banking system owned by less than 20 big families who own the majority of the stock. Go look up the Federal Reserve Bank in a big metropolitan phone book. They are not in the Blue Government pages they are in the white business pages the same as Federal Express and other corporate, non governmental entities. So RealisticCitizen before you come in here throwing your assertions and accusations around like a bull in a China Shop you need to get your facts straight and know what the hell it is you're talking about. The Brown's have the raw courage to show all the world what a dispicable fraud that the IRS and Federal Reserve System is. And if you could open your eyes and try to see what a total fraud that the IRS is you might all of a sudden realize why all of the American public are being totally fleeced ( including yourself). But being you are seemingly so smart maybe YOU could show us and the Browns the law requiring them and us to pay. JD

You know, when I first found this site/topic, after I found a quick blurb on Yahoo news about the Browns, I wrote something on the forums. I got a reply back that recommended I watch the free online movie by Aaron Russo called America: Freedom to Fascism. It opened my eyes.

Ahmed and "AA" I have read your replies to this thread and have re-read the one that I put up when I first awoke this morning. There comes a time when a guy has got to admit when he does wrong. So from a standpoint of politeness and courtesy I will say right now that "I STAND CORRECTED". And RealisticCitizen ( RC) I will apologize to you for being over assertive and being somewhat caustic with my reply to your questions. It did appear to me at face value that you had the trappings of just being a government antagonist like a couple of obvious ones we've had in the last month i.e. Dr. Pepper, Randy, ect,.. But now that I've had my coffee and I am wide awake I am taking heed to what brother Ahmed has said and he is right that we need to try to show you the truth in a polite and dignified manner. GOD knows I wasn't treated very well when I first joined this Forum about 3 months ago so I guess I need to apologize from that standpoint. But I will stand on what I said about there not being any valid law that mandates us to pay Federal Income Tax. And I also stand rock solid on what I said about the Federal Reserve System being a total farce. Realistic Citizen, I feel, that your questions are genuine. I too was much like you and had no idea about what the Federal Reserve and the IRS' relationship was to the government. So I decided to find out what the truth was about income taxes on the American peoples wages. What I learned was shocking. Then when I considered that the IRS were actually killing, beating, stealing my fellow citizens property and incarcerating them, I was genuinely outraged.

I determined to take some kind of action to stop this criminal behavior against decent, hardworking Americans. I hope you too become as outraged and are motivated to stop this illegal income tax. We pay approx. $50 million AN HOUR just in INTEREST to the Federal Reserve. Howabout we use THIS money for defense instead? I think that kinda money could go pretty far myself!

Why do we PAY a private corporation to print money out of paper -- back by NOTHING -- instead of minting our OWN money like the Constitution says? We've traded all of our gold and silver for worthless paper. We've been robbed.

JUST THINK OF IT 50 MILLION AN HOUR IN INTEREST ALONE!!!!

Chief Justice John Marshall warned "the power to tax involves the power to destroy." Daily we are seeing the stock marked drop over two hundred points, along with jobs being lost, do you not agree it is time for all Americans to heed those words?

With the sickening economic news, this site will be the becon to generate the interest and publicity necessary to expose the Federal Reserve, IRS, government and all Federal Judges who misrepresent income tax laws. We the American people are no longer innocent about their actions and can not be party to their fraud. We can no longer be conned into believeing these laws are sufficiently complicated, or benign so that we the puplic can not understand and figure out what they are doing!

It is time to ask .....Is the government's illegal enforcement of the income tax responsible for the following:

a) Destruction of America's industrial base
b) Total dependency of America on importation of foreign goods

I feel that the answer is a resounding YES! Thanks to our own government America's forthcoming economic collapse is inevitable.

There is also an "unseen" cost to the Income Tax. Peter Eric Hendrickson gets into it in his book Cracking the Code: The Truth About Taxation in America.

I will have to find those pages and read them again. He goes into some of the TRUE costs of the income taxes -- it's not just what we pay!

The money that we pay would be used to support our economy. We would be BOOMING if it weren't for the tax. It's costing us many trillions per year.

And think how much better off we'd be if the IRS agents-including all the guys with calculators and pencil protectors, and all the secretaries and gofers, and all the managers--were sent down to the southern border to act as border patrol agents. Then they might do some good instead of sucking on us like parasites.

Of course, some taxes, like the excise taxes and import duties, are entirely legitimate, and some other agency would be needed to administer that. But the IRS has long ago gone over the line into criminality. It needs to be eliminated entirely.
