Music slide-show with lots of pictures from Live Free or Die 2.  Hat tip to "livefreeordie2" from our forums.

07/14/07

Video from the Live Free or Die 2 Concert provided by Danny Riley.  Thanks Danny!

6/12/07

WeAreChange.org presents a brand-new video documentary produced this past week!!! It's so new, that I haven't even watched it yet! Check it out!

6/10/07

Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions.  Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

06/07/07

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property.  You can hear their helicopter in the background.  Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

06/07/07

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits.  He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head.  Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime).  He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

06/07/07

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine!  Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups.  He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back.  It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength.  These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants.  When will they learn?

Truer words have never been spoken. There is no time like the present to make yourself heard. This country was FOUNDED on rebellion! The politicians are all too fat and comfortable in their high paid positions of power to remember that it is THE PEOPLE that control the government, NOT the other way round! Why are most Americans sleeping? Apathy is the precursor to slavery! OPEN YOUR EYES! If you don't wake up and start paying attention to the vile nature of the acts being committed by the government in YOUR name, YOU are just as responsible for those acts as they are. I hate to have to say it like that, but it is the hard truth unfortunately. If you wait to speak up until they come for you, there may be no one left to speak up on your behalf.

Not only do some ignore the acts being committed in their name, but many FUND AND PAY FOR those acts as well. This is immoral! Our fellow Americans are funding terror and torture throughout the world!!! They are funding the next 9/11 attacks -- possibly a nuke in one of our cities!

Unfortunately we have a dumbed down America whereby greater than 50% of our citizens are on the dole and benefit from the status quo and are therefore unwilling to paticipate in change ... they like the bureaucracy and that rosey road down which they've been led. Until that majority awakens and only God know when that will be, I'm afraid there will be a lot of suffering on the part of the patriots among us and our freedoms.

You can use that "ignorance is bliiss" argument to your advantage. When you get the "swith off" (you know what I'm talking about, the blank stare followed by the nodding, smiling and backing away...) just ask: "Are you of the belief that ignorance of the facts is bliss, and therefore you really don't want to know?" And if the answer is anything other than "no" the response is simple: "Why go to the doctor then? Because if he tells you that you only have three months to live, do you REALLY want to know? If you really believe that ignorance is bliss, then just continue on in life without knowing anything informative. You might as well quit watching the news of any sort (not necessarily a bad thing, the way the media "fixes" everything for you) as well, as you don't need to be informed of anything going on anywhere around you anyways. And hey, when the feces impacts upon the oscillating air movement device, you can just sit back and relax, and waith for the "authorities" to save you from it all, or better yet, place your head between your knees and kiss your ass goodbye." This is a VERY convincing argument for MOST people that would use the old "ignorance excuse" as it illustrates that ignorance is most certainly NOT bliss, it is simply ignorance. If a cop pulls you over for running a stop sign and you tell him that you don't know what a stop sign means, do you think that is going to get you out of getting a ticket? They will tell you that "Ignorance of the law is no excuse." And I agree. Ignorance is reversable, it is called LEARNING! So to all those ignorant sheep, the blind and the stupid, I say GET SMARTER! BE INFORMED! And last but not least, DO SOMETHING! This is your life and freedom that we are talking about, not some abstract intangible object that cannot be measured.

I am in full support currently of Ed and Elaine. I am willing/and wanting to pay some taxes because I like the convenience of roads, fire protection when available, and some other things. Things like the funding for going to other countries and shooting people or trying to take over others' countries oil I am not in support of. Thanks E and E for bringing to light that paying taxes is not mandatory. One of the best ways for the people in the gov. to control people would be to make it mandatory. How can we keep it voluntary? Do you (E and E) have any seeds for sprouts, or a garden there? Hope your getting your fresh vegies. -Aa

Hi Randy, I am much more informed than a few days ago since watching the movie you recommended and others, and am sending emails to people I know that know more people and do more public speaking than I. I have also posted links on creative simplicity discussion group although many people living simply, simply don't have high speed internet to have smooth viewing pleasure. Luckily I have a friend that does. As far as working 2 or more jobs to sustain myself, I don't choose to do. I am practicing taking an alternative approach: I catch rainwater( and don't pay city for water), I just built a very simple biosand filter (so if filter companies go out of business I still have know how to clean water sufficiently), I pump irrigation water from a spring using a non electric, self-running ram pump I built myself(and have designed a simple ram pump for '3rd world countries that uses 2 small pieces of pvc pipe, rubber innertube, marbles, and 2 pvc T's), I have some berries, and fruit trees growing, and am starting some veggies/ grains for some food, I read the humanure handbook by Joe Jenkins, and get fertilizer from it without having to buy a porcelain throne or cut holes in house for septic pipes(I feel more empowered everyday as my compost pile grows), other things, and one thing that helped raise my awareness eventually leading me here I attribute to Nonviolent Communication tm by Marshall Rosenberg self researched on internet and read the book. Water independence, soil fertility, reduced erosion, carbon sequestration, landscape simplicity and beauty, land layout, and the simplest irrigation practices among other things can be found with the concept of Keyline landscape design. I got some inspiration for simple living at http://earthstar.newlibertyvillage.com And as everybody on this site is most likely aware of, keep govt. out of solving 'global warming', we the people can easily do it. -Aa

Here are some ideas to chew on and perhaps provoke some discussion.

The First Amendment only prevents the government from squelching your freedom of speech. There are no First Amendment protections on private property.

Something else that many people do not realize, the First Amendment actually contains FIVE protections:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

1. Free exercise of religion
2. Free speech
3. Free press
4. Assembly of people
5. Petition of government for redress
