Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions. Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property. You can hear their helicopter in the background. Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits. He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head. Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime). He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine! Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups. He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back. It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength. These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants. When will they learn?

MakeTheStand.com :: View topic - Militia Leader charged with being part of the Militia
Everyone should be aware of what is happening to Hollis Wayne Fincher of Arkansas. Fincher's case is to the second amendment as Ed Brown's case is to the 4th and 5th amendments.
Wayne Fincher, age 61 (IIRC), is Lt. Commander of the Militia of Washington County, Arkansas ( www.arkansasmilitia.com ). He has done a great deal of legal research and argues that present firearms laws are unconstitutional and that if arms are necessary to a militia for defense, then logically military weapons such as machine guns should be legal. Therefore he assembled a Sten submachine gun and posted his photo on the militia's home page, carrying the fully operational Sten. He has published a legal paper, The Silver Bullet, on this subject.
The BATF brought in a confidential informant, and based on his information they raided Fincher's home and seized several automatic weapons. He was then sent to one of the worst kangaroo courts I've seen. The judge made Fincher testify for an hour in the absence of the jury to see what he was going to say, and then the judge decided he didn't like it, because Fincher was challenging the law rather than trying to claim he had not possessed the weapons. So... well, see for yourselves:
FAYETTEVILLE -- Hollis Wayne Fincher's machine gun trial will go to the jury today with the defense having presented no evidence or witnesses to the jury.
The defense rested Thursday after U.S. District Judge Jimm Larry Hendren ruled Fincher's proposed testimony inadmissible.
Fincher testified for more than an hour with the jury out of the courtroom so Hendren could decide if his testimony was admissible.
Hendren has repeatedly ruled the defense can attack the government's evidence but not the law that applies to the case.
A major issue has been whether the Militia of Washington County is a valid state militia for second amendment purposes. Hendren ruled it's not.
The judge disallowed Fincher's entire defense, not just his testimony.
Incidentally, Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, a presidential candidate who claims he supports the second amendment, furnished the court with a statement that the Washington County Militia was not an official state militia. On this basis, the judge ruled Fincher had no right to the weapons.
So Wayne Fincher is looking at jail time unless his appeal is successful. A few days after his arrest, the militia building was attacked by an arsonist.

Weeks ago I came to a conclusion that the anti-gun laws were to prevent people from defending themselves and from possible revolutions. Now a Miltiaman being charged? This steps things up to a new level of an existent tyranny.
My question is: If the Militias become less, can the regular, average, citizen lawfully protect themselves and others even though they aren't in a Militia?
In Massachusetts, getting permission for a gun is very difficult to impossible unless you're a hunter or part of police. technically, in Massachusetts, citizens are not allowed to have firearms. Fireworks and mace require permits as well.

Hi rjisinspired,
Why? ask for permission (permit) from anyone, ever. period. If you want to get a gun, get one. If you want to defend yourself, defend yourself. Don't you agree? Unless one wants to be ruled by another, right?

One of, if not The Most common of perception errors exhibited and unrecognized is the delusional precept that TODAY's Situation is somehow a future possibility. We are NOW within the opening stages of the Revolution, perceived correctly as ongoing or not. We Today must not miss that chance to say, as Wyatt Earp did to Sheriff Behan at about 2:30 pm October 26th 1881: "I don't think I will allow you to arrest me today."
"Justice", and "America", the Ladies of Liberty, have been violated unto death. DARE to Call It TREASON, say the WORD often, with conviction, and this endless beginning, forestalled by the clever enemy, will not be the unwritten song of our rescue...say the WORD, sing of Our Noble Revolution- be The Hand Of GOD and be Just as Merciless-now, here, today. Decide that IT HAS STARTED, not that it is immanent.

Wouldn't you need paperwork before getting a gun? I'm sure a store would ask before selling one?

A license is defined as "permission to do that which is otherwise illegal."
However, the Constitution actually gives us the right to bear arms. Truthfully, the founding founders never believed that we needed permission to own a weapon for self defense. Anyone should know that you have the right to defend yourself or anyone else that you see endangered.
Tell me, where the Constitution ever gave this criminal government the right to invade and conquer other countries for money, oil, the banksters, and greedy corporations.
The Supreme Court is a joke. A bunch of old sold out corporate "harlots" who do what they're told to do. Just consider how they changed eminent domain so that the corporations could rob the people of their property. These swine don't deserve a respectable position in history.
There was a time in America when the "jury" could over rule a law passed by the Supreme Court and could declare the law void and turn the accused loose. They could decide both the law and the facts of the case. It can still be done, but most jurors don't know the power that they have.
The jury was actually made up of twelve judges.
Now, most of the damned so-called judges (and they are damned) think that they are the jury. They decide the law and the jurors are lucky if they get to decide even the facts. Much of the time, the facts are withheld. As in the tax cases.
Of course, these black robed hypocrites bend over and bow for their position and paycheck. They must like the position of being bent over. Like the good little whores that they are.

A store probably would ask. It is up to you if you choose to give your personal information upon making a purchase. They may not sell something to you, and you can choose if you want to go elsewhere. It is a choice. Asking permission from someone, or getting one free of name signing, etc., because that is included in the Liberty you have, simply because you are a living spirit like everyone else. Do you voluntarily choose to ask someone else if you can have a gun, or have, or do anything? Do you do things simply because there is a law, or someone else tells you to? Do you do things because of life within you, a universal need, maybe of safety, privacy, respect, autonomy, freedom,...? I don't know, does that make sense?

I saw a video with Mike [sic}badnarik? on the constitution. It's amazing how simple things were at one time. I had read the documents online but listening to the files that I put on DVD by Mike really made me think. About 95% of the stuff today isn't necessary at all.
Four months ago I wasn't as aware as I am now about the way the system is. I always had the thought that something wasn't right but didn't understand what that something was but after going to alternative media and doing my own research, things started adding up.
When I'm downtown I have this feeling like there is a blank void, looking around as people going by thinking "do they know what is going on?" I'm going to be making DVDs of Aaron's film and pass it around to people downtown and if it was alright with the Brown's, make a second DVD describing their situation? The videos I have aren't the best quality but it should be good enough.

Hi rjisinspired,
I'd love for the chance to see your videos when done; maybe on you tube or google video or something. Please post with a link when they're available.
I can relate to your statement about 95% of stuff today being unnecessary.
I personally love clean fresh water, fresh air, healthy, vibrant totally-organic/biodynamic locally grown food, simple shelters, close genuine community and companionship,....

I only have one correction for you, Rella. The Constitution didn't give us any rights.
Rights are NOT given by government. We are all born with rights -- many of them -- so many you can't name them. We are born with the right to be COMPLETELY UTTERLY FREE -- sovereign -- and do whatever we would like to, as long as it doesn't violate the rights of another.
The Constitution DID guarantee the right of the people to own and carry guns AND other arms.

Please, DO find this videoposting = Encouragement!
Aaron Zelman of Jews for the Protection of Firearm Ownership interviewed Mr. Fincher on July 24, 2007. That interview is available to listen to or download in the Talking to America section of the JPFO site: www.jpfo.org. I recommend you all listen to it ...more than once. At the end of the interview Mr. Zelman asks Mr. Fincher what gun owners can do. You need to hear his answer.
We do need to reconstitute the citizens militia in this country. And we need to do it now. Mr. Fincher addresses that briefly at the end of his interview.
Not only are unalienable freedoms and rights not granted by law, but they are not yours to surrender. A person make act as if he has no freedom, but it is still there to be claimed when he finds the courage.
