I have already linked to an IRS document citing numerous court cases
that show how worthless kook defences have been over the years. There's your precedent.

I have to hand it to you. Being able to turn some minor traffic
misdemeanour into a decade old crusade involving court appearances,
false liens, legal threats, jail time, hunger strikes and lots'o'ranting sure is impressive. A whole ten years of your life just wasted on a krazy krusade that makes no sense to anybody.

Saner people may have just paid the lousy fine and moved on.

Here on planet Earth it is called the law. If you do not wish to live by the laws of the United States, vote for someone who will repeal them, or failing that move somewhere which does have those laws.
