I'm happy to announce that the felony with which I've been charged for nearly the last 14 months has finally been dismissed. I got lucky and got a good judge -- that's really the only reason it was dismissed.

I never committed a crime (victimized anyone) or broke a "law" (violated any statutes with "unlawful" behavior" yet I had to get an attorney, pay tons of money, and suffer extreme emotional and financial anguish over it all.

What was the "crime?" Well, I was charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapons. In Illinois, this can simply mean having an unloaded gun outside of a gun case. I had my gun encased, unloaded, and I even carried around a copy of the exact law that has that exception from criminal prosecution.

Because of politics, and because IDIOTS feel threatened by others taking steps to ensure their own safety (and not relying on others and the system that doesn't work), I had to fight bogus felony charges.

Congrats!!! Are you going to counter and ask for expenses? They owe you. If dismissed you have a right to ask for reimbursement of cost and papers.

I am not sure they are as ignorant of the law as it would seem. Without being considered paranoid, I see a great bulling and intimidation of the police in America now. Well why not look at what the present Administration is doing dismantelling the Constitution, Patriots Acts I and II getting rid of Habeas Corpus, the Geneva Convention, illegal wiretaping and now finally Bush signing NSPD-51 and HSPD-20 making that crazy Bastard a Dictator!!!!! They are breaking laws right and left right now!

With this type of abuse in mind, I would like to ask you to go to showedthelaw and watch the latest video of the Jamboree. You will see a plane flying very low over Ed and Elaines place and that SOB is spraying them with Chemtrails, over and over and over again!!!! This is done intentionally!!! Can we not take that (government) plane to the (corrupted) courts and see if we can not do something about this!!!
I would like to see this on mainstream media!!!! God knows what it was that they were spraying. We have a right to peaceful protest without being sprayed like insects!!! I am absolutely outraged about this and never thought I would see this type of thing in America. Aren't any of the rest of you feling outraged.

I did hear on Alex Jones that the Chemtrails are used to keep people docile. It certainly seemed to be working, just listen to the fellow who is doing the Video. I am sorry but I think that even I would habe taken a shot at that plane for this abuse!

Then there was a Fed (?) helicopter, evidently they don't have any of thes in Plainfield, that kept going over head time and time again! His call sign was N187AE........he was flying very low. I also think that a case could be made against this type of intimidation, because of aviation regulations about how low planes etc can fly over people.....Please your best ideas on this and any ideas who, what, when and where you think we should let our voices be heard. Also I would appreciate it if you would pass along the information to Ed and Elaine and ask for their input. I have directed friends to this video and everyone of them (approx. 25), were appauled that this could be happening and want to help do something about this.

Hey guys am I the only one who is outraged about this!!! Wasn't our government supposed to protect us????? What the hell is this!!!! Everyone of those people at the Jamboree needs to be checked out medically and there were children there too!!!

Maybe we need to start a legal defence fund. I would be willing to participate.

This is truly something else and at least those people who were at Ed and Elain's have the right to know what it was that the plane was spraying on them so that they can take the necessary steps to have medical care.

Could be one way for the Feds are using to stop people from showing up at functions like this and it needs to be stopped!! Note how the Chief of Police Gordon Gillen (?) remarked about the black flies eating him........another way to disuade people from showing up!!! The Jerk......he is so transparent......we are taking names!!!!

Just one thought I had..........I am going to try to get through to Alex Jones and ask him to watch this video and tell people about it on his radio show.........the people of Plainfield/Lebanon area should be made aware of it.........whatever that shit was, you can bet your life it will affect them also.

I think we need to call the Governor, the Chief of Police and US Marshal Moniner and express out outrage........this is truly evil and so criminal!

MORE JUSTICE I HOPE

THIS IS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN MY POSTS DEPLORING THE VIDEO ON showedthelaw

This video shows how a plane came overhead and showered tons of Chemtrails down on the peaceful Jamboree that was going on down below!

I have written to the State Coordinorators for the different counties in the State of New Hampshire. I asked that since the Chemtrails could not be contained there is a strong possibilty that these chemicals have drifted over most if not all of their counties. I asked that they notify the citizens of their county by radio or TV about the spraying as it can and may cause grave hazards to their health.

I also asked that they contact the powers that be government and law enforcement, on the local, state and federal level that this type of action not ever again be employed against the people of New Hampshire.

I wanted all people notified in case of possible legal action that may occur in the near future.

I am not suggesting that you go to showedthelaw and watch the video. If you feel motivated please start contacting and emailing. This is truly a horrible thing for them to have done.

Here are the County Coordinators for the counties that have one. I believe Ed and Elaine live in Sullivan County but there is no coordinator for that county. That is why I thought it would behoove us to notify all counties who do have one posted. This is from the site givemeliberty.com

Anyways. Yeah I was at Ed's on Saturday when they were spraying. They hit the area pretty hard. At one point, it looked like they brought a storm overheard (all of a sudden huge dark clouds came out of nowhere). But the clouds passed over us, so we didn't get rained out.

The chemtrail stuff is pretty sickening. I'm sure it has all sorts of effects on us, not to mention it has killed probably 10s if not 100s of thousands of people. Respiratory illnesses have shot up from #8 on top 10 deadliest killers to #2 or #3 in just the past 10 years.

What we saw on Saturday was bad, but I wish I could say it was very unusual. I see that kind of stuff all the time where I am. It was one of the worst at Ed's, no doubt. But it's everywhere all the time now.

Look at the sun during the day -- there is a huge reflection of light all around it. It's not a bright circle anymore, it has GIGANTIC reflections off particles all around it. Look at the moon at night -- this is perhaps the most telling. The moon has a glow around it, and it's very easy to tell it's coming from CRAP in our atmosphere. It looks like smoke -- like you're in the bottom of a fishbowl filled with smoke and someone is shining a light down to you.

Look at clouds during the day -- they hardly ever have distinct lines/borders. They usually melt off into the sky. The sky itself -- even when it's blue -- is filled with particles that can be seen with the NAKED FRICKEN EYEBALLS. You can watch this shit move. Clouds used to be like leaves floating in clear water. Now the leaves are melted into merky, muddy waters.

I would like to see this thing go down non-violently, but I'm really not sure how much more time we can wait around.

Most of us would like to see this go down non-violently. History, sadly shows that this is not the case.

When you consider how long the NWO have had, to set this up it gives us a good idea how entrenched they are. Here is a little trip down recent history lane.

Back in the 50s and 60s ........we were aware of the State Department.......even called them "The Foggy Bottom." These were the "career" civil servents who were there year after year until retirement or death.

The take over began overtly with Carter I feel. Carter was a decent man, but very naive. The NWO manipulated the hell out of him and in 73 was when the Trilateral Commission showed it's ugly head during the Carter Administration. Brezinski was David Rockefeller's flunky and this Commissions author. Approximately eighteen Trilateral Commission members were part of the Carter Administration. During Carters Administration intrest rates on just home mortagages when up to 18-19% in California!!! Quite frankly the big boy Zionists have played him badly. Look at recently how they attacked his latest book Palestine Peace Not APARTHEID. They went after him like a pack of jackels. He even apologized for a line in his book..........I truly whished he hadn't. I do feel he is a truly honest and decent man..........but he had no power whatsoever while he was president. They used his four years to stir up chaos and then started to put the neocon/totalarian agend in place. So chalk up 4 years. (Keep in mind that Kissinger had been running foreign policy for Nixon before this, and we all know that kissinger was a minipulitive chess master for David Rockefeller.)

Since Raegan we have to face the FACT, that the poor man may have had Alsheimers while President. He couldn't remember a thing and Nancy was always prompting him. . Of course the P.R came out that he was slightly deaf and that he liked to DELIGATE....remember how Regan was always hovering around handeling Raegan. Make note how similar their names are. Everyone was always confusing them. Do you really think this was a concidence.......I don't. Plus it freed the Vice President BUSH up to do his dirty deeds during the Iraq Irand war and the Iran contra caper. All part of the dumbing down and the confusing of the American public. They are slick......got to hand them that!!!!

Now Bush II with his 8 yrs. =28 And I am predicting that they want Hillary ( she is onboard with the NWO) that would be possibly another 8 years for a total of 36 yrs.

Right now they have had 36 years to do their dirty work and they have done it well.

I see that if Hillary or even one of the others with the exception for Ron Paul, the next 8years will see them completing gun control, censuring the net, passing of the "amnesty bill", North American Union becomes an accepted reality, America will be reduced as a Nation Financially, the growth of the euro, permanent troops in Iraq, and a falseflag that will of course lead us to war with Iran, and possibly Syria, N.Korea.

MAKE NO MISTAKE THEY WANT PERPETUAL WAR AND PERPETUAL DEBT RIGHT NOW FOR THEIR NEW ONE WORLD AGENDA. It is the only thing that makes any sense to me.

Please if there is anyone out there who has done other research than leads down another path, for goodness sake post it and let us look it over.

It is time to realize that these Elitists are not benevolent. They do not care about the people on this planet. In fact they want to reduce it by 1.5 billion. Five Billion planet population is what they feel is sustainable.

IF THESE CRIMINALS (That includes The Crown of England, The Vatican, The Bilderbergs, The Rothschilds, The Rockefellers, etc....) are not stopped soon..........the have total control, and where do we go then.

I really do not see how it is avoidable. I am even now not 100% convenienced about global warming. My suspicion is that when (and this is coming) we eliminate the IRS/Federal Reserve......... the Global Tax, that they are pushing for now, is what will be used as a replacement. Just my take on it folks.........we'll just have to wait and see.

Approximately 52% is now what Aericans pay in total Taxes. When will we revolt.......when it is 60%.........at 70%? Enough is enough folks!

1) I think I understand concealed carry much more than this guy -- I've spent years researching it.

2) I wasn't doing it only to make a statement -- I was doing it to carry for protection. The only statement is possibly "I'm not ashamed to carry a gun."

3) It's not a loophole -- they couldn't completely outlaw carrying of arms.

4) Why are you waiting for other sheeple to vote for CCW? You deny that carrying a firearm (or other tool) for protection is a RIGHT. You are waiting for a privilege granted to you by the state -- fool.

5) How was I irresponsible? I was carrying actually in an extremely safe manner. Someone would have a very difficult time disarming me, stealing my gun, etc. Considering I didn't commit any crimes or threaten anyone -- how exactly was it irresponsible?
