JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON OATH OF OFFICE, The Buck Stops with You!

Sheriff Gilbertson, At the Sheriff's Candidates Night on the 14th of October. You and I spoke briefly before the meeting while you were passing your material around.

You'll remember I asked you what your intentions were in rebutting my Affidavit sent you on the 27th of September concerning my acceptance of your Oath of Office. . You said you were turning it over to "Legal", referring, I assume to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY ATTORNEY.

Perhaps you are not getting the legal advice that you should be getting. When you took that oath of office, which you admitted to openly during the meeting, it was you who made an open ended offer of a contract with the People, NOT YOUR OFFICE, NOT THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT.

I ACCEPTED your Oath of Office and thus a Contract was forged between you, the public servant and I, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural man of the Sovereign People, the Creator of Government, your superior, your employer..

My affidavit and acceptance of your Oath of Office and Demand for Proof of Claim BIND you, and you ALONE personally to rebut point by point, the proofs of claim, accompanied by your own sworn affidavit based on your personal Unlimited Commerical Liability.

I made no contract with your office as Sheriff. You cannot claim immunity as you would were I to have been a consentual subject of the Corporation as Corporate administrative rules, regulations, and legislation do not apply to non-corporate natural persons who stand in Common Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign people. "The law states: "There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent." CRUDEN v NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70."

. I accepted your offer and made a contract with you.

You well know that I am not a corporate subject, a "person" as defined in the Codes of the Corporation called the COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE and various enforcement Codes of the STATE OF OREGON.. The details of my Status are on file with the County Criminal Court Clerk's Office. and are repeated in my previous Affidavits sent you of which you have repeatedly commercially defaulted. See:

Here are the 10 MAXIMS of COMMERCE which pertain to our contract:

1. A workman is worthy of his hire.

2. All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).

3. In commerce truth is sovereign.

4. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.

5. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.

6. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.

7. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.

8. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.

9. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither been damaged nor incurred a risk, and is unwilling to swear an affidavit -- i.e., "true, correct, and complete," the commercial equivalent of, " the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" -- on his unlimited commercial liability for the veracity of his statements and the legitimacy of his action, he has no credibility, and therefore no basis for asserting claims/charges or claiming authority).

10. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by counteraffidavit point-for-point, resolution by jury, or payment.

So you see, Sheriff Gilbertson, "LEGAL" CANNOT BAIL YOU OUT OF THIS CONTRACT WE HAVE FORGED.

I have given you every opportunity to cure the damage you have caused me and my family, and you have seemingly sneered at such opportunities. I assure you, should you TURN THIS OPPORTUNITY down to cure your commercial dishonor via another default, LEGAL will not be there to BAIL YOU OUT.

Your Bond/Insurance Coverage will be Forfeited and you will no longer be allowed to perform as Sheriff, nor will you be able to get a job in Law Enforcement Anywhere in the Nation. You will be in COMMERCIAL DISHONOR.

Sheriff GILBERTSON, you are facing a Moment of Truth. Public Relation Images will not be able to protect you. It is time for you to reveal to the people of JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON, the INTEGRITY you claim to have.

I await you sworn affidavit and rebuttal or you Dismissal as Sheriff of JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON.
