I have been looking into this Plan by Dr. Sam Kennedy, Tim Turner and others. I am hoping and praying that this non-violent plan will work.

Time will tell and we will see. But if it works Ed and Elaine Brown could be released from jail and set free.

I suggest you listen in to Dr. Kennedy's broadcasts on http://republicbroadcasting.org starting with the Jan 31/2010 and continuing weekly on Sunday evening/night (depending on your time zone) up till present to become informed.

First Lesson

Romans 12:2
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind . . ."

For most men and women, what you will hear, see, and read on this instructional and educational site will challenge your mind beyond where you're at, at this moment. It will be normal if you go through the usual steps of shock, "how could they??," and anger regarding the past and present "public servant employees." And for me, in 1996 when I first learned that the 16th Amendment (income tax) was never ratified, I couldn't believe that "elected officials -- people who were born as 'Americans' and had what I believed to be the best opportunities in the world!!!" . . . that these people had and were undermining this country!!!!! This was before I learned of all the banking / money control through the centuries.

So after your anger subsides, you'll wish you could change the system, but now, instead of feeling as if it's an impossibility, one person at a time has (those who became part of a Grand Jury) and will continue to actually do it. In due time we will sign alternate jurors for each Republic's De jure Grand Jury on a Declaration in the Republics . Without knowing it, since 1910, you and I have been educated in a progressively increasing socialistic and humanistic worldview.

We have been led to believe that there is one (1) constitution in this country, but the fact is that there are 51 (50 states, of which 13 had constitutions or similar governing documents prior to the forming of the federal government with a federal constitution in 1787). It is these 50 states which will rise up and once again take their sovereign position as the foundation of the Constitutional Republic government.

We've been indoctrinated to believe that government controls us, yet it was the people in 1787, representing the 13 states, who created the federal government. And the "created" can not be greater than the creator.

Also, you can ONLY be a subject or a sovereign . . . there is no other choice. You were born to be a king or queen upon this land as a sovereign in carrying out a Republic form of government based on the cornerstones of self-government, not any one man or woman ruling as a dictator king or queen! YOU created the government and the government is to serve YOU!! That is now becoming a reality.

And the main change people need to learn and understand and speak out loud to their current elected reps who are running a corporation in this country on the state and/or federal level, is that the Federal Constitution (or mirrored corporation charter since 1871) ONLY HAS JURISDICTION OVER THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA!!- - -and purchased/ceded land within the 50 states, and the 14 territories. Every bill voted on & passed, every law created in Congress --- Washington, D.C. ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE LIVING IN D.C.!!- - -and working in federal government/jurisdiction buildings/areas of land within the 50 states, and the 14 territories of which 5 are inhabited. It does NOT apply to you and me who are in the 50 states!! There's a lot more history to learn about this, but begin to transform your thinking to this constitutional concept for the Restored Republic. Read the federal constitution (7 articles & 27 amendments). It only applies to a 10-square-mile-radius of land. We're going back to a "limited government of, by, and for the people."
(Hint . . . every time you read "United States" in the federal constitution, substitute the words "District of Columbia" and it will make it a lot easier to understand the concept, because why else, throughout the entire 7 Articles and 27 Amendments would dozens and dozens of references be made to "United States" and then to "any State, another State, the State, one State, New States, every State, any particular State, each State, the several States, a State, the same State, different States, and the list goes on! Do you know about the Hooven Supreme Court case which says the term "United States" has at least 3 definitions?
Also, everyone born in a "State" claims his "rights" [which are from God] via his State constitution. In order to be a State, the State must agree to adopt all of the Amendments which are in the federal constitution, into the State constitution.)

If you're hung up on Romans 13, insert "We The People" everytime you read "government." We do NOT have a Caesar in this country . . . never did! The people ARE the government in this country, beginning with The Mayflower Compact. Study constitutional taxation and learn that the IRS income tax system is illegal, unconstitutional, a rape and pillage on the American people, etc., and learn what the Bible has to say regarding usary.
