rk: The funding issue is a sham. Were Deputies allowed to become generalists in investigating crimes on their beat rather than just specialists in taking preliminary reports, much of the crime reported would be better followed up. The patrolmans time would be used more efficiently, and more criminal investigations would be closed.

rk: My viewpoint is that the Josephine County Sheriffs system is purposefully stacked against the people and is in favor of empire building via their budgetary, staffing. and training practices. It is all done by adding more personnel required to do a job when one man could handle it, if allowed to. It is all done via their current training policies of turning these patrolmen into specialists instead of generalists. (How many cops does it take to screw in a light bulb). The people of JOSEPHINE COUNTY are being strangled by corporate policies which benefit the corporation but not the People, those who are called upon to fund the operation. You, the People of Josephine County, the sovereign people who are the TRUE GOVERNMENT have, and are being conditioned toward worshipping positive images and authority symbols and you have fallen for it. Its all a matter of Hypnosis. Mass Mind Control. You have lost your Sovereignty and now have adopted the chains of slavery. Why would you do that to yourselves?

rk: Such venue of specialist training does not utilize the patrolman's time efficiently in fighting crime, ie. burglary, thefts, etc. As such they have plenty of free time to prey upon lawful travelers exercising their Unalienable Right to Liberty, which includes their Right to Travel. Travelers are not required to be licensed, Commercial Drivers and hoodwinked innocents who are intimidated into securing a license when one is not required -- ARE! Noncommercial users of the highways accept all terms of the Commerical Driver's license application, IE. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE CODE when they surrender their Right to Travel, in return for a License to Drive.

People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, you are funding your own fear, your lack of security, your unlawful imprisonment, fines, etc. The provable fact, which can be witnessed on any given day, is that JOSEPHINE COUNTY Deputies routinely infringe upon the Rights of noncommercial travelers and in doing so, commit acts of piracy upon law abiding travelers bringing in $100 to the Sheriffs office for each impound release. Slick moneymaker is it not?

rk: Heaven help the Josephine County victim of such crimes in their attempts to hold Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON responsible for the actions of his men following his unlawful IMPOUNDMENT POLICIES, or to get him to answer a question(s) of law, which goes to this authority to arrest noncommercial travelers. The Sheriff's office, backed up by the District Attorney, judges, etc. swing into the age old Law Enforcement tactic of CYA (Cover Your Ass) and throw up a STONE WALL OF SILENCE.

rk: IN 1992, I was arrested kept in jail for 128 days for the very same things I still do now, today, this moment, that is, Holding my elected officials and their henchment accountable for their unlawful, and criminal behavior, but TODAY, the Sheriffs Department WILL NOT ARREST ME for the same offenses. CURIOUS, IS IT NOT?

rk: They won't take me before a judge. They will not answer the question of their "fictional" authority over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Man of the Sovereign People -- Their Boss. They just steal my car and motorscooter repeatedly

rk: The trials I went through were a joke, were it not for the serious consequences of anyone being railroaded by their corrupt and criminally acting public servants. I went through two KANGAROO COURT TRIALS. Was not allowed to present my evidence, was not allowed Discovery (which is the Law), Was not allowed to subpoena witnesses, All motions were summarily denied yet the prosecutor had free reign to put on his/her cases on unimpeded. Stacked Deck-- YOU BET! That's JUSTICE IN JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTS.

rk: To this date, SHERIFF GILBERTSON and company still refuse to answer the questions of JURISDICTION which have placed JOSEPHINE COUNTY and the STATE OF OREGON in Commercial Default in the millions of dollars. Yet the people of JOSEPHINE COUNTY slumber on, dreaming of the PR images conditioned into them by their Public Officials..

rk: That's a simple FACT! Yet how many people, who fund these operations KNOW THAT? The Sheriff's Department, prosecutors, courts, etc primary purpose is to Serve and Protect The Corporation, NOT the People. Yet the People fund this insanity.

rk: If the People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY only knew just how incompetant and corrupt their Sheriff's Department is, and understand what is coming at them in the future they would be OUTRAGED and would find the motivation within them to do something about it. However, They continue to Slumber on in their government imposed hypnotic trance.

kh: > These are POLITICIANS, they act in a political manner, spend an awful lot of money, and get poor results-and you all don't seem to notice....you're all thinking about an idealized idea of who cops were when you were growing up, maybe he was a familly friend, or walked a beat in the neighborhood, or in some way was"there" when someone needed him...well, he was replaced by politicians and political,money-making agendas ,crappy training, self-rightous and bulleying attitudes, and expensive radios....and you pay for it.

rk: Curt don't hold the taxpayers feet to the fire with facts, they can't handle the Truth. They want to cling to the comfort of their illusions.

rk: Such is the nature of the Stockhold Syndrome. That's the psychological condition when the hostage begins to love his captor, feeling that the captor will go easy on him. BASSACKWARDS, is it not?

People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, open your eyes. See how you have come to your present state of fear and peril today. IT IS NOT BY ACCIDENT.

kh: > To all the good cops out there, whoever you may be, I'm not talking about you...and i'm no expert, but I've seen and experienced the local level of police work, and it just doesen't exist (because the people won't fund it??). I did grow up in a cop's house, though, my father was on the San Jose Police for 30 years, retired as a lieutenant, taught at the academy, and i knew hundreds of cops growing up, and I couldn't get away with anything!!
Remember this-it's a proven fact that if you get rid of your cops, the crime rate goes down!!!!
