Dear Ray,

Well, Ed was sentenced on Monday. He was given 440 months or 36 years. 8 months.As I only have 35 years. I told him I will visit him when I get out. No surprise there. I understand Ed interrupted the judge, said he wasn't going to sit there and listen to any more of their lies, and proceeded to walk out of the courtroom.

He is still as Strafford at least as of Tuesday, so I don't know when he will get moved back to B.O.P. I thought he might be moved directly from the courtroom as I was.

In your last letter F M is definitely not our friend. People get emotional about their beliefs, and until the person gets beyond the emotion, fact and logic do not have any impact. The introduction to "Common Sense" addreses that. When emotion and reason clash, emotion will always win out.

Our friend Marie visited Ed on Tuesday, and she told me on the phone Tuesday night.that he was in very good spirits. We still have friends working on our behalf. They all say that when we have don all that we can, we must stand back and let Yahweh do the work. So that is my plan.

Apparently, much has changed since your case as Ed and I did pretty much what you did, but with way different results.

So we see the decline of law and morality in our country. Once a country loses its morality, the end is not far away.

It was so good to hear from you. This letter of Jan 14th was not posted from your facilities until Jan 25th, 11 days after your wrote it. It did not reach me until today, Feb, 10th, along with your letter of Feb 2, 2010. There are many cruel tricks authority can play upon those who are isolated in prison and who are cut off from their friends and life on the outside.. Control of mail is just one of them.

Elaine, be strong. Know that you and Ed are a symbol of Strength and true Patriotism to those remaining Americans, who have not sold their souls for the deceptive lie of promised Security by a government that it shall never deliver as it no longer follows the Constitution, but dances to the tune of Corporare World Order.

It contains the accurate history of my extraordinary ordeal with the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. regarding the issue of Proof of Jurisdiction. The usual government/media disinformation who stalk me everywhere I post on the Internet, tracked my down and began their typical campaign of misdirection, although I must say, they have sanitized their approach from their usual "no holds barred" vicious,
libelous/forgery signature material.

Haven't heard anything from them since Feb 8th. My take is that the Forum Moderator gave them enough rope for them to hang themselves and finally called a halt to their input.

What is unusual about it all is that, the forum gets plenty of views, but no responses (aside from the disinfo folks.) That, Elaine, is, I perceive to be the greated curse upon the American People. They have lost their courage. Their conditioning is so great, they cannot and/or will not take action while the opportunity for action is available. They talk the talk, but seemed crippled when it comes to walking the walk. Unlike you and Ed, they cannot transcend their "politically correct" satanic conditioning and ACTUALLY DO
SOMETHING about their Straitjacket way of life..

I felt, your case in standing up to the IRS was a no brainer when you DEMANDED the court SHOW YOU THE LAW you and Ed violated and they blythely REFUSED to do so. Any reasonable man/woman must ask themselves, how is that possible for a court which has life/death/freedom/imprisonment license over human beings, will not answer simple, fundamental questions of authority demanded by their own law.

My case was based on demanding the fictional court PROVE JURISDICTION over a non-consentual Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People, the Creator of government. It is remarkable that your courts and mine which no longer follow the Constitution have the audacity to pull off such unlawful scams on the American People, AND GET AWAY WITH IT!. Yet they have, the Sovereign People, the creator of Government, sit by and utter not a word. This can only be traced to the true effects of long-range, incremental, satanic mind control exercized upon the
unwary, gullible minds of the American People.

I've done what I can to WAKE UP the people, but the SHERIFF and DISTRICT ATTORNEY have gone so far as to refusing to accept Registered Mail containing process from me, and sending it back to me unopened in their attempt to wiggle out of answering the question of JURISDICTION which has condemned the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, for tha last 7 years. No such luck, I followed the hard copies with email messages of the process, sending it to the Attorney General, District Attorney and Sheriff's office. They really can't plead ignorance. What they can only plead out to is their corruption, their conniving, and their criminal coverups.

Elaine, what I do know however, is THAT THEY SHALL NOT PREVAIL. How do I know that? Satanic Illusion can NEVER TRUMP Divine Truth. What you, Ed and I are engaged in is a Divine Battle with the Satanic driven Laws of Mammon, armed only with the Sword and Shield of Truth. When years of the encrusted shut eyes of the spiritually blind, mingle with the dissolving solution of Truth and finally open giving sight and emerging clarity to the previously spiritually blind led by the blind, you and Ed, along with thousands of innocently imprisoned souls will walk out of your prison cells and those who bring our Constitutional Republic to the brink of destruction shall take your place.
