Dear Ray

As you must know by now, our sentencing date has been continued to Sept. 30. I told the court appointed attorney to file the motion, because the law states we must have our PSI (Pre Sentencing Investigation) report no later than 35 days prior to the sentencing hearing. I got mine 30 days before, Ed got his 2 days ago.

Ed refused his, sent it back "refused for cause", along with 2 letters we both signed "Refusal of Judgment" and Refusal of PSI/ "Response of Secured Party." I had responded to mine, prefaced it with a statement, reiterating my position as living, breathing, etc, and wrote a scathing report of my own at the end, again referring to consent. But we will state in court as well as write our refusal of the sentence.

We still have a few good people who continue to work for our release.Unfortunately, 2 of them, husband and wife were arrested a couple of weeks ago charged of advising their clients on how to hide money from the I.R.S. It goes back a few years to when they were living in Massachusetsl, nothing to do with us, but the news of course, links them to us. Three other couples were arrested, clients of theirs. The Satanists do not quit.

Obama's fast track to tyranny seems to be getting the attention of a lot of people. I guess we should be grateful for him for helping to wake up the masses.

On Thursday, the marshalls took Ed out, told him they were taking him for eyeglasses, as his had broken. They took him into court instead for a hearing. His court appointed attorney is again requesting to be allowed to remove himself from Ed. Ed has fired him and refuses to see him any more. The judge denied the request. But Ed said a lot of good stuff which is on the record of course.

Ed has such courage. I wish I were as brave, but to my shame, I allow myself to be intimidated. I pray for more courage.

In Rick Warren book "A Purpose Driven Life" he states that one of the ways of doing God's work is fighting tyranny and injustice. We are all on the right path.

One of the officers here told us the other day, how it kills him to see us in here. Many of them feel the same way. When will they act?

Dear Elaine,

I'm glad you received my last letter even with the wrong zip code. ( Sorry, I have difficulty reading your writing sometimes.)

Chin up. All is going along with God's Plan unfolding as it is. You and Ed are playing a major part in it from the inside of prison to the millions of people who are finally awakening to their satanic imprisoning on the "outside."

Few have the opportunity to serve God's Plan as you and Ed have.
You are a spiritual light to millions who live in darkness and curse the blinding light of Truth which attempts to lighten their lives. Theirs is a life of anger, frustration, and resistance. They must learn for themselves they are being ruled by outside satanic forces which control their every thought through remote media sources. Such is the nature of culturing a populace. It engenders political and spiritual correctness. It creates divisions, hatred, and violence. It is HELL ON EARTH.

The civilised world has always been ruled by Satanic Forces, for such is the Training ground for spirits whom have lost their way. The trials and tribulations of Hell becomes the classroom and lab work for millions who learn by being tested and are left wanting.

Attached to this letter is a piece I wrote for the Internet. It is titled: "Ed and Elaine Brown: LET FREEDOM RING!!" I wrote it because of the blackout of news from the Concord Monitor subsequent to the September 3rd scheduled Sentencing hearing. I'm glad you received my August 19th, letter regarding the refusal of sentencing. It sound like you covered your bases.

Do not be dismayed by the trickery and deceitful techniques used by the courts and Marshalls to enveigle you and Ed into compromising yourselves through emotional reactions (such as the unexpected "eyeglass" hearing pulled on Ed) They are satan's minions, they must use such trickery and deceit in order to offset the facts, the truth, to discredit and destroy your reputations.. As long as they control the outside imagery through news media bought and paid for, they retain their satanic power. However, they cannot stand up to the Mirror of Truth which is immovable. That is what you and Ed are providing for the American People -- THE MIRROR OF TRUTH..

Remember, You and ed have been forcibly brought against your will and without your consent before an Administrative Court. Your God-given, Unalienable Rights have been infringed upon by the present, satanic, Administrative (Contract) Court's refusal to answer under oath or affidavit your challenge of JURISDICTION. Whereas the courts may control the public mind through "conditioned imagery", you and ed STAND IN TRUTH.

As far as courage goes, you are doing just fine Elaine. Ed is a warrior. You compliment him. You are his support. The two of your brought together is what marraige is all about. The fear you are experiencing is the product of your worldly conditioning. That is burnt off through the dross in the crucible of Spiritual trials one comes to face in life. You and Ed are doing it bigtime.

Elaine, your last paragraph, pretty much say it all: i.e., " One of the officers here told us the other day, how it kills him to see us in here. Many of them feel the same way. When will they act? Soon I think, I pray,"

I experienced the same compassion by my jailors who sided with me in my exposure of the corrupt judges of Josephine County Oregon but who were put to the test when they had to support a corrupt system in order to keep their jobs. That is their subtle but unrelenting dehumanising. That results in their fall from integrity. That was their spiritual trial. That very satanic hold shall be put to the test when bloodshed is all that is left for people living in darkness and pain to resolve a broken country. Will they sell their souls for a badge, a job? That will be the moment of Truth for millions of men and women now employed in Law Enforcement and the Military. Will they imprison their own families, will they kill their own for a job?

That scenario has been played out in every scenario of Revolution since the beginning of time. Those doing God's work shall be protected. Death is not an event to be feared. It is merely a transition, a spiritual transition. When one has died to the illusions, though he/she be alive, the false images conditioned into them throughout a lifetime of unending, incremental, mind control falls away and they are freed to merge with the understanding that comes with everlasting life.

Elaine, you won't hear that in the pulpits of America. That comes from one's spiritual emergence resurrecting one from the crucible of life's experience. It allows for the satanic scales to fall from one's spiritually sightless eyes.

You and Ed are in the process of doing that. Hang in there kiddoo!
