I sent you an email earlier in the day, don't know if you
received it. Basically it stated that after all the computer printer problems and down time I've experienced, I downloaded the Removal Files, and Instructions, only to learn that it would not address my problem.

My need is to bring my cases before the International Court of
Claims for adjudication and award of damages. My assumption was that
those of the legal capacity such as David, could assist me in the
preparation of such suit, with forms and instructions much like those
which accompanied the Case Removal suit. (Good job, David.)

I, however, understand that it may not be possible as it would
put David and/or other county notaries in a position of a Conflict of
Interest in the growing Sovereign Court Movement.

Put it like this: You have the Law, I have the Truth, Satan has
the guns, power, jails, etc., and is not going to give that up easily.

Your power, as I perceive it in the present, comes in the
injunctive realm. I have nothing to stop. My case is over and I am
stuck with the stigma of false felony charges, imprisonment and
damage to my health and my wifes's health because of the tyranny
experienced at the hands of corrupt Law Enforcement and Judges in
Josephine County and the State of Oregon.

I perceive my case, along with Ed and Elaine's case, to be the
Watershed Event which together, brought forth simultaneously, could
break the back of a Corrupt Justice System operating throughout our
Nation. Mine is the rock in the sling of Ed and Elaine Brown, held
in the hand of David, which slays a modern day Goliath.

The people are fullup with theories and coulda, woulda, shoulda
possibilities cluttering up their "Saviour" consciousness. They want
to see something that actually works at the level which knocks the
slats out of the support system the Satanic Judiciary has relied upon
for years and years, Hell, Centuries.

I know I have them over a barrel, I just don't have the procedural knowledge (nor inclination) to spend the next 35 years of my life to acquire it as you have David.

If assisting me in bringing my case before the International
Court of Claims would not compromise you in any way with the future
of the Sovereign court movement, would you consider assisting me in
bringing my case to the level where it meets all the criteria of
presentment for a fair hearing?

I have no doubt that if that should occur, the ruling for damages
would be in my favor and that would break the back of the fictional
court system in which I was falsely tried, convicted and imprisoned.

As I have repeatedly stated, for me and my wife, time is of the
essence in this matter. She is battling for her life and her time is limited.

I am a servant of Truth, as you and Cheryl are. Let's make some waves!!

The links being promoted in this thread are just a smattering, a sampling of literally hundreds of forgeries written by disinformation agents such as the one who calls himself "Diana the Rarely Diplomatic," one who posts out of the Netherlands IP: RIPE Coordination Centre. Diana is just one amongst a hardcore cadre of government provocateurs assigned to infiltrate Usenet Newsgroups and Forums and use a host of aliases to commandeer the dialogue, thereby preventing serious dialogue from occurring. Their mission is to keep communication input at the lowest and debased level, thereby assuring confusion and apathy prevails amongst forum contributors.

These shadow-dwelling anonymous spin specialists have conducted an unrelenting, organized, "conspiracy to libel" 12 year Government/Media Disinformation smear campaign designed to destroy the credibility of this simple man of Truth, this Christ as the indisputable resonance of my posts have shattered the 2000 year old, here-to-fore effect mind control trigger of "Christ" established by Political and Religious mind control to control a gullible and suggestive, partially aware public.

No one, I repeat NO ONE has succeeded in bringing to light a single, actual "Contradiction in Essence", a purposely-delivered deception in any and all of my writing in the past 12 years on the Internet.

What better evidence of Truth, of Christ Consciousness is available? What does it take to break the Satanic mind control hold over the mass mind, over your mind?

You, each of you shall continue to hear many statements attributed to me by these disinformation specialists who have manufactured such "contradictions in essence" in the past. But you will not see any evidence or proof accompanying such statement in full context, as is required in establishing Truth.

These devious specialists in deception operate on the Disinformation Tactic known as Hitler's Big Lie. They throw out indiscriminate sound byte projecttions repeated endlessly until lies are seen as Truth by the undiscriminating.

When you read these deceptive statements, these forgeries, look for the accompanying evidence. Be not swayed by the source quoted from a newspaper such as the "Pacifica Tribune". That particular ploy is a complete forgery, yet most undiscriminating readers rarely go beyond the sound bytes fed them by those who control their minds.

Those of you addicted to sound bytes and one-liner statements are too shallow and frittered in your consciousnesss to determine Truth for yourselves. You live your lives as "sheeple" ruled by remote satanic mind controllers.

That stands as your own self-condemnation of Satanic IGNORANCE.
