Demand the Court Follow their Own Law and PROVE JURISDICTION over Ed and Elaine Brown Before making a further Mockery of Justice in America.

Existing Case law states: "Once jurisdiction is challenged, it must be proven." HAGENS vs LAVINE, 15 U.S. 533 "No sanctions can be imposed absent proof of jurisdiction." Standard v. Olsen, 74 S. Ct. 768; Title 5 U.S.C., Sec. 556 and 558 (b). "Where there is absence of jurisdiction, all administrative and judicial proceedings are a nullity and confer no right, offer no protection, and afford no justification, and may be rejected upon direct collateral attack." Thompson v. Tolmie, 2 Pet. 157, 7 L.Ed. 381; Griffith v. Frazier, 8 Cr. 9, 3L. Ed. 471. "The law provides that once State and Federal jurisdiction has been challenged, it must be proven." Main v. Thiboutot, 100 S. Ct. 2502 (1980).

Also, a Fiction Court, the creation, does not have JURISDICTION over any Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or Woman of the Sovereign People, its creator, who has not committed a crime under Common Law nor has waived their Unalienable Rights by consenting to and/or contracting with the Maritime government/court.

Ed and Elaine have challenged the court at the onset of the present unlawful proceedings brought against them to prove JURISDICTION yet the courts will not follow their own law and prove such challenge in writing. See Above. Proceeding as such, the courts are committing a Fraud.

This is the simplicity of the Ed/Elaine Brown case, both of whom who have previously stated, stand in Common Law and under the protection of the US Constitution, demanding the court prove jurisdiction over them as a living breathing, man and woman, and not as corporate JURISTIC PERSONS, before any further proceedings may ensue.. This is the Travesty of an unconstitutional, Administrative Court based in Contract Law which thumbs their nose at the US Constitution, The "Supreme Law of the Land,"

Such Administrative Courts apply only to those who have waived their rights and/or, by accepting their 14th Amendment Status are included as those being Corporate citizens subject to Corporate Legislative Law. Income Tax, Color of Law, etc.

That is the issue. May a groundswell of Americans fed up with the increasing tyrannical American Courts DEMAND that the fictional court PROVE JURISDICTION in writing over Ed and Elaine Brown, Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Man and Woman as their own law prescribes. If they cannot, the Courts must release Ed and Elaine Brown forthwith and restore them to their home and previous wealth stripped away by a Tyrannical Corporate government who mistook them for "Wards of the State." i.e., Infants, slaves.

Judge to Browns: Attend your trial Skipping it would be 'suicide pact'

A federal judge tried - and failed - yesterday to persuade Ed and Elaine Brown to consult with lawyers and participate in their upcoming trial for conspiracy, weapons and obstruction of justice charges. The couple said they would prefer to sit the trial out.

In a conversation with Elaine Brown, Judge George Singal described the couple's legal strategy as "almost a suicide pact" and said the couple had little chance of avoiding guilty verdicts without changing course.

"I am concerned at this point in your life, you're heading towards the edge of a cliff without a second thought," Singal said.

The Browns were convicted of tax-related felonies in 2007 but escaped arrest for nearly nine months in their castle-like Plainfield home, where they entertained guests, accumulated bombs and weapons, and threatened violence if federal agents tried to arrest them. They were apprehended by a team of undercover U.S. marshals disguised as supporters.

The Browns now face a combined 11 felonies and virtual life sentences. The mandatory minimum punishment for the most serious charge, for possessing "destructive devices," is 30 years in prison.

Since their arraignments in February, the couple have rejected the help of court-appointed attorneys, refused to review discovery materials and filed a series of motions on their own behalf, most of which have been dismissed as frivolous.

At the request of a lawyer appointed to help Elaine Brown, Singal spoke to her in the courtroom without her husband or prosecutors present. The lawyer, Bjorn Lange, had argued in a motion that Elaine Brown's actions showed evidence of delusion and that family members believed she was being controlled by her husband.

Singal has not yet ruled on a request to evaluate Elaine Brown's mental competency, but he did agree to the separate interview to determine whether she would choose a lawyer's help.

Elaine Brown said no. Speaking in a deliberate and respectful tone, she said her principles and personal views about the law would not allow her to participate in the federal court proceedings.

"I cannot consent to re-enter your court and play by your rules," she said. "I am prepared for the consequences because there is a greater justice."

Michael Iacopino, the lawyer appointed to assist Ed Brown, has not filed a motion questioning Ed Brown's competency, but in a series of questions yesterday, Singal appeared to probe the issues necessary for making such a determination. During the conversation, Ed Brown explained that he understood the proper functions of the judge, jury, prosecutors and defense attorneys during a criminal trial - elements of the legal requirements for competency.

Like his wife, Ed Brown refused to consult his lawyer and indicated that he preferred not to attend the trial, scheduled to begin later this month.

"I don't live in this legal fiction world," Ed Brown said.

Singal said he would try to respect the couple's wishes not to be present at trial, but he cautioned them to reconsider and talk about how their absence might hurt their chances. Singal said he had made arrangements so that the Browns could listen to an audio stream of their trial from afar. He also told them that they would need to enter the courtroom for parts of jury selection and to be identified by certain witnesses.

"It's better for you to be in court than to have an empty chair," Singal said.

I have no brother named Abraham. These disinfo agents have created a number of fictional family members as a libel vehicle bent upon character assassination. Why? Because they cannot refute the truth of my articles. It has been said that one does not get flak unless they are over the target. I stand as testimony to that truism. Raymond Karczewski: A Brother and a Troubled Man

This is a discussion on Raymond Karczewski: A Brother and a Troubled Man within the linux-misc forums in Operating Systems category; My name is Abraham Karczewski, brother of internationally known writer Raymond Karczewski, an intelligent although troubled man who has chosen to estrange himself from his family all in the divisive name of a bizarre religion that he pieced together to help him cope with various issues that have ravaged his ability to think rationally. I apologize for airing our dirty laundry in public newsgroups but I have no where to turn other than places I have learned that he reads. It it my hope that he will find and read this email, then respond to me privately. This is not material for public disclosure, yet public
disclosure is the only avenue left for me to appeal to my own flesh
and blood for honest discourse and open dialog.

Ray has been haunted for decades by his sexual inclinations and the
religion he has invented has been pieced together in such a way as to
not only rationalize, but also mandate alternative lifestyles such as
homosexuality, pedophilia, and bestiality.

Mind you, I have no quarrel with homosexuality, my quarrel is with a
man who would manufacture a religion which through scriptural mandate,
coerces it's members to engage in same-sex liaisons. This does not
conform to any contemporary definition of "consent." Nevertheless,
Ray's various writings on the subject go into disturbing detail to
describe what he defines as "holy rituals of the flesh" with other
men.

Ray goes on to prescribe constituencies for his congregations,
specifically, temples of 144 members (36 men, 36 women, 36 boys, and
36 girls) with the minors described as "virginal children." He also
demands constant perfection, that these numbers are to never
fluctuate. He states that he shall embark upon daily "divine
journeys" to "enjoin himself" with these virginal children. Here is a
perfect example of one of his logical flaws; once he has "enjoined
himself" with one of those children, they are no longer virginal. He
makes no provision in his religion for these children from whom he has
just taken their virginity, then says nothing toward the fluctuation
in his mandated demographic.

Equally distasteful is his "Ritual of the Range" which requires the
use of a horse, donkey, or mule as a sexual partner. He has forced
his ex-wife Anita to engage in this ritual with a donkey at a nearby
stud farm on at least a dozen different occasions according to the
criminal complaint that resulted from the divorce. The ritual is
supposed to teach humility and submission, the animal is a metaphor
for Ray as a "LIVING GOD." Unfortunately, the donkey that was used by
Anita was physically too large for her body and she frequently
required stitches to close tears in her vagina. To this day, she
cannot engage in sexual behavior due to the extensive damage to her
anatomy.

Anita finally filed for divorce when Ray demanded she service his
entire Klavern. Ray, in case you didn't know, is the Supreme Grand
Dragon in the Portland Klavern which is a group of ku klux klansmen
who are currently involved in planning security for a white power
gathering called "Hammerfest 07" scheduled to occur in that city this
October.

As you can see, Ray is a troubled man. He has been suffering from
schizophrenia since early adulthood, his brain is also ravaged by
syphilis which he contracted from poultry he molested as a child on a
neighbor's farm. My niece Kasia and I succeeded in having him
committed to the psychiatric facility in Salem for a week but after he
was stabilized last month, he was released and immediately went off
his medication.

I ask for public assistance in locating Raymond, possibly even
observing him and reporting findings to local mental health concerns.
Ray is a danger to himself and others and I fear for my brother's
life.

Crazies won't help Ed & Elaine

Buddy there isn't going to be a groundswell of support for Ed and Elaine, or for your nutball faux legal theories. The more you cranks talk to the jury pool, the worse it gets for Ed & Elaine. Keep it up, you are doing a great job making sure their flesh and blood are convicted and put away forever. Reasonable people may disagree about their sentience but not about their guilt.

I love how Ray protests how his credibility has been damaged... I'm reading his words and thinking: what credibility did this guy have to lose?
