Dear Ray,

Are you gone from the field? I pray that you are well and not troubled by any dark clouds.

It has taken nearly a year, but as of the first of August, Elaine has been able to finish the process and We are American National Sovereigns.

The C.E.G. immediately transferred Elaine to Texas and have systematically eliminated all of outside contact exeept some mail.

The tax allegation for us was $216,000 that was increased to $642,000 with interest and penalties which were then increased again with interest and penalties to $1,832,000.00, then again to $1,947,000.00. At any rate, we paid the presentment of the I.R.S. which ended any claim. That was done in March. The D.O.J. is preventing us from getting council with "Power of Attny" like Kennedy's people. The Redemption is lawful and is the correct way to go.

Elaine and I are both secure in our position with YAWEH and will not falter from the path. He is our King and we are Bondsman, ministers, servants, Stewards in his trust.

These C.E.G. ( Criminal Element in Government) have no sway with us. We absolutely will give unto Ceasar what is his, as true Auditors, Ceasar will give back to us what is ours. We are of the Body. We are already of the Kingdom.

Thank You, One day we shall meet. I like having photographs for my photo album. This whole adventure is being documented by people inside as well as outside. One day the love story of Ed and Elaine Brown will be told.

Hi Ed and Elaine,

Good to hear from you. I have not been able to get through to you, ( I hope this one gets through) as my mail to you and Elaine both have been returned to me as undeliverable. I am not sure whether it is because they are moving your both around, or my mail is deliberately being blocked. At any rate, I have a valid address for you now, so here goes.

All is well with me. I miss Anita and am experiencing a void in my life since she passed away. But that, I perceive is what is to be expected. I am still plugging along, but am finding a diminishment in the Spirit of the American People who were once energized over
your persecution. Oh! They're still talking, but that is all they do, TALK, TALK, TALK.

I have given them the solution ( As you and Elaine have since discovered) to the problems which face our dying Republic, but the Satanic Trance long laid by government mind controllers is heavy and deep. It is almost as though the American People have come to LOVE AND EMBRACE their chains of slavery. It justifies their inertia and
mitigates their responsibilitly for acting like Sovereign People who are the Masters of their Government. They seem to love the irresponsibility of living life as a slave.

You mention these "respectable thieves" had taken from you and Elaine $1,947,000.00. Ed, had you and Elaine taken the measure of recovering your Sovereign Status and return to full legal capacity, you and she would be free to today, and they would not have gotten a "penny" from you.

Aside from securing certificed copies from court files, the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have not gotten even that "penny" from me and I sit here home, a free man after their threat of imprisoning me for 35 years as a Paper Terrorist.. I have been stopped several times, citations written. I return them to the Court with an acceptance for vailue with proof of claim, and I never hear from them again. They will not come after me, because they would blow their scam sky-high because they cannot and will not answer the questions of JURISDICTION that they know awaits them. They're jointly on the hook for a Commercial Judgment at the present time of $35,180,000.00.

In one such instant , I was cited for Driving While Suspended (for a Non-existent License) I sent a charge-back to JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL monetizing his default at $2,000,000.00. In his court judgment HULL unilaterally reduced the Driving While Suspended, DWS a serious offense, to "FAILURE TO CARRY/PRESENT LICENSE. His fine for such event, notwithstanding the bogus County Jail and Unitary assessments
was a WHOPPING $8.00 (eight Dollars). I didn't pay the 8 bucks.

All they can do is hide behind their STONEWALL OF SILENCE. Now is that any way for a Government to act. What the hell is wrong with Millions of People who are made aware of such cowardice, and yet still remain in fear of these satanic parasites?

I have documented my plight as you have yours. Yours is more believable than mine, by the average man conditioned to be Slaveminded by his government Masters. You, Elaine, and I, through our experiences, know better, but that understanding cannot be
transferred to the fearful, the blind, the gullible, the inert.

My two cases (02CR0617 and 03CR0170) can break the back of government were pressure to be put on government to answer the UNDERLYING QUESTION OFJURISDICTION, over this or any other Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women. My two cases serves as testimony to the last vestige of Freedom and Sovereignty in America where one man can be forcibly brought before the Bar of Satan, standing alone, protected under God's Law, unsupported by any groups and defeat the forces of Satan merely by standing simply on Truth and demanding the fictional court prove its JURISDICTION over Its Master, a Sovereign, Living, Breathing, Flesh-
and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, Son of God.. The Law of Mammon adminstered by Black-Robed Pharisees is exposed in its impotence, yet a nation is too blind to see it, or too fearful to act upon it..

Right about now the cries of millions throughout the land ought to be '"SHOW US THE LAW" AND "PROVE JURISDICTION." yet all that remains is silence of fear from the slaves.and deliberate STONEWALLING SILENCE of the Servants who perceive themselves to be Masters.

Ed, you and Elaine have done your part. I have done mine. Regardless of the outcome, we can hold our heads up without regret for our actions in leading a bunch of Sheep to the Water.

Ed, I called Sam Kennedy's phone mail regarding your request of address. I'll get back to you on that.
