I guess what I don't understand about all of this is the very fact that good responsible American citizens and new hampshire residents will suffer because of all of this. Everyone pays taxes everywhere, it's a fact of life--and we all have our own personal gripe with the government, but the pursuit of freedom is tainted when it imposes on other citizens, this is just what the browns are doing. It's irresponsible, immoral, and unethical. Some say The government is greedy and that they want their money--but if you refuse to pay what's due that would make you greedy and selfish. Taxes not only pay for what you don't like, but they pay for countless humanitarian causes that "supporters" of freedom should care about.

THe government keeping track of taxes is not similar to what the British subjected our country when it was young--it doesn't call for a revolution, violence, or murder. Protest, create awareness, elect someone to make a difference. Killing men and women ( people who have lives and children and may feel the same was as you on a variety of subjects )employed by the government to make a point is not the answer.

So based of of one or two posts, you can deduce that I am weak and I have not "made a choice in my life". You're right, I have not made "A" choice in my life, I have not made a choice to advocate wasting human life selfishly, when the problem (if there even is one) can be resolved by accepting the facts and raising awareness.

Malarky I have read all your posts and it is obvious that you have a particular way of looking at things. I am all for free speech which means that I and others should be allowed to speak about the topics that we would like to speak about. I have gotten the impression that you are trying to disrupt these conversations. May I suggest posting on another forum where people want to discuss why they think we should pay taxes. You being on this forum is about the equivalent of someone going to a concert, reading a book and complaining about all the noise. (BTW, I am a language teacher and I am pleased when people are able to communicate their ideas even with words like ain't, I wonder what the real point of that comment was? I think that accurate mathematics is far more important. Did you say that you have had one or two posts?)

If my plan was to buy a car I would do it when I have enough money to. The gov plans to go to martial law (they didn't spend all that money on camps for nothing), the only reason that it hasn't happened yet is because they are not able to. Are we only waiting for them to be ready. (Yesterday I read an article in which options were discussed by military/government officials about sending more guard to Iraq, less able bodied men here who may choose to defend citizens. What do you suppose the reason is for this?)

I wonder how many incidents like Waco, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City and 9/11 have to happen before people figure out that complacency is our worst enemy.

It's not that I'm looking to criticize who you are or what you're doing to make a stand, but my opinion is that what's happening in New Hampshire right now isn't happening for the right reasons. Nobody has managed to actually respond to what I've had to say, except for by attacking ME (and not my message) by saying "You're weak" or "you're afraid". What does that say to you?

No, I do not enjoy paying taxes but after living in different areas of the country I'm sick and tired of militia types causing trouble and threatening the lives of innocent people when they, for some odd reason, are too impatient or hot headed to make peaceful change.

Your last post looks like more intentional disinformation. If your last post had said the exact opposite it would have been much closer to the truth (typical tactic of the government lackeys). Other people did write legitimate responses to what you said. They tried to give you good information about the tax issue. When it comes to your statement about attacking you, then you should review your own posts and take note of your attacks on others. Regarding your statement about the militias, I have lived in several states and have had contact directly with members of militia groups and lived in areas where they have a noticeable presence and my experience with them has been positive. For the most part they seem to be interested in going the extra mile to help those around them. I suppose if you tried to get in the way of what they accomplish like you have tried to do on this forum they might get a little testy,,,,, me too.

I would venture to say that what you have been trying to do was just disrupt what others are doing on this forum and to put out bad information,,,,,, hmmmm. I think the government pays people to do that, don't they?

Maybe we can make an argument forum. Guys like this would only be allowed to post in such forums. If they posted elsewhere, they would be warned, then banned.

Some of these guys are hopeless -- they are paid disinformation agents trying to cause trouble. Others, like perhaps Malarky, are just terribly misled. Some of them actually have hope, which is what has brought them here.

I frankly don't think we have the time to waste on them. If they can't find the truth themselves, why should we spend all of OUR time on them?

While I see your point Shaun, especially because you are right there in the thick of it, some of us have the time on our hands to sincerely answer questions that people of Malarky's caliber may have. It is not important that we open up Marlarky's eyes .......it may be that we open up the eyes of others who are browsing and may have the same mindset as Malarky.

The Media mind control and the propaganda news has been going on for a long long time. Most Americans are truly good people who can not fathom that their Government would be capable of harming them. Look how long it took our generation (Ed, Elaine's and me) to get to the root of it all. I am convinced that when we finally, once and for all, kick the IRS and the Federal Reserve out and creat our own money we will have abolished the root of the problem.

Since they are now operating in most countries of the world except SIX, this is not going to be an easy task. They will not just give up and walk away. It will take years, I am sure but it has to start somewhere. One also has to ask "how many of the other countries who come under a type of Federal Reserve also have it in their constitution the right to creat their own money?" Probably the best place to investigate would be the IMF Bank which is the central bank for all of these so called reserves. A misnomer if ever I heard one!!

The best thing this administration has done is shown the American just how much they do lie. The extent of the corruption in this administration has been so far reaching and so high up that it is totally unacceptable to most, Americans regardles of where they stand on the political spectrum. The far right is as disillusioned as the center and the far left.

I do not feel that there has ever been a point in my life time when I can see where we the American people can unite once again, according to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I feel that this is the wonderful event that Ed mentioned that is going to come to pass. First things first........get rid of the IRS........then ease out the Federal Reserve.

The first step is repeal of the illegal 16th amendment, which was never ratified. Automatically the IRS is disbanned and then the Federal Reserve, is eased out by creating our own money. I absolutely believe that all Americans can unite on these issues, regardless of their political persuasion.

Absoutely ban the hardcore paid traitors who post here. You are much better able to detect them than any of us. But allow the curious who are sincerely seeking the truth about this illega Income Tax issue. Encourage them to do all the research they can. We have a lot of work to do about educating them about what has transpired. For years I myself truly believe that the Federal Reserve was government, and put in place to prevent a disaster like what happened during the great depression of the 1930. I even remember being taught that id/mis/information. People will generally come to the realization that they have been coned and lied to. It is up to each one of us to decide to make the stand in the best way possible for us.
Education and knowledge are as powerful as guns at times.

By the way Shaun you are doing a great job and I learned more on this site than on most of the others.

Malarky, Have you ever read about the North Woods Project by General Lyman Limitzer. That is documented fact about a false flag.

Do you know anything about the Bay of Tonquin....that was Lyndon Johnason's false flag that got us into the Viet Nam war. Without a doubt this is a worldwide problem. The countries that are not joining up with the world bank are slated for invasion. Check the information yourself. The US is the key to stop this disease and Americans must stop it at home before any other countries will be able to rid themselves of it. If we don't get control of the government they will use us to destroy others who are resisting (they are at this time). The bacteria won't go away until it is eliminated completely, otherwise it just crawls back in its hole and finds a new way to attack. We are alone in the fight to rid America of this scum and the time is now.

The Globalists have worked hard to personify Americans as uneducated foolish people who are out of control. I have spent about 9 of the last 12 years outside of the states (mostly in Europe). There is no way to ignore the fact that a picture has been painted for people around the world that is less than fair about us. Certainly we are not perfect, but we are much better than the opinion that most foreigners have of us. I am guessing that this has been done in the case that Americans rise up and in general to keep good people divided. When/if we do rise up you can be sure that the news stories in other countries will tell a story about unruly, gun-toting, mobs who need to be controlled. This makes it much easier for a foreign soldier in the US (who can't understand the pleas of the oppressed) to pull the trigger. Same old story, dehumanize the people so that the forces used against them can justify oppression.

Because of our foreign policy many people have reflected this on what Americans are about. This is a real tragedy. What most Europeans don't seem to understand is that their governments secretly support our bad activities in foreign countries. Good strategy for them, we are the cannon fodder, we take the blame and they benefit from it. The American people need to clean house and when the dust has settled we need to inform the rest of the world about the nature of the beast. Hopefully they will take it on their own to clean their own houses up. But one battle at a time. And we are facing the first one now. The Brown's have the beast at their doorstep and it is showing its teeth. It is time to put this beast in its place. The first step is to take away its source of fuel,,,, our tax money.

So we, the American people are now working 3-4 months out of the year for them.........any you don't call that slavery. The Federal Reserve creates money out of thin air and then charge interest on the "debt"............2006 Americans paid $200 billion in interest only (not the debt) to them.........great scam right. I've been thinking about this a bit lately. The global elite of nation builders and destroyers like to flip things around. They like to give history a sense of irony. I believe they have a huge downfall for America in mind. The once great, once prosperous and free nation will turn into something similar to the collapse of the soviet union. It will be a terrible time -- that is, unless we can stop it.

In the name of our country, our military has been nation building and fighting all over the globe for decades. This alone has given others a very poor view of Americans. Add on all of the media propaganda, and you've got a serious problem. We CERTAINLY have a lot of people willing to kill Americans (think about it -- the gas chambers and furnaces won't be run by the guy next door, but instead by the guy who came from outside -- same with some of the guys spraying nasty chemicals on us from planes right now I'm sure).

So, if we don't stop this thing before it gets out of hand, we have a very bleak future indeed. The ironic thing is that America has supposedly had to rush all over the place to save people (even ones that don't want to be saved). Soon, it will be the rest of the world that comes to save us (from ourselves, or so they will think). This will be a very bad thing. I think we should prevent it from happening.

As a serious researcher, I can't help but sometimes find a conclusion overshadowing surmise and conjecture. Apparently the Criminal Corporate U.S is responsible for the situations in many nations, N. Korea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, etc. and the internal civil unrest here. Inasmuch as I and many who are well informed are convinced that the irreversible Revolution is already underway: The Gov. will be removed, the more blunt of civil entities are strategizing the civil war, and NO ONE can stop it. Our only choice is to attempt immediately to remove all the treasonous feds peaceably if possible, so that the bloodbath may be mitigated, minimized, and an immediate Diplomatic announcement made by The People, that the US Gov. is no longer a threat [nuclear] on ALL THE FUTURES OF ALL MANKIND FOREVER. Its the only way to save the PLANET from WWIII. There is more international dignity and respect to come of hemp neckties that wholesale civil war, but no matter how bad, it is better than RADIATION which will be visited upon us deservedly if we fail to remove them in the next few DAYS.

I can't help but wonder, after reading several of your posts, why it is that you have such an infatuation about fort knox and its myths. For you, it is a big issue. Why? It almost appears as though your main concern is to liberate fort knox first, and once that being accomplished, we can resume liberating ourselves.
By the way, this is not meant as an attack on you. Rather, it is an attempt at making certain we all have our priorities in the right frame of mind.
A fact that should be pressed, and pressed fucking hard, is that the goverment is using our children as lab rats in their quest to find the perfect toxin to induce mind control. It is clearly evident that the education system in this country is playing devils advocate, with authorization from the goverment to carry out this torture. If you all remember, Bush promised the american people that in his dealing with our children and the education system, "No child would be left behind." It is a shame that our court systems regularly fail to uphold the law or even allow the law to be used as a guide to decide when someone is guilty of committing a crime. Judges have even gone so far as to not allow the constitution to be used in the courtroom.

The Brown's case clearly highlights the injustice that is shoved down our throat by the government to protect their extortion. The fact of the matter is that the constitution is the law and the 16th was never ratified, thus no law exists that requires us to pay income tax.

Citing court cases is in no way proof of what the law is. It is only what some person decided the law would be on that day, this is often done only at their discretion and when they feel it is necessary they will totally disregard the law.

Youngguns thanks for pointing out about my seeming infatuation with Fort Knox. The reason why I mention it is because most people I have talked with have made statements such as "we have lots of gold" or "America has lots of gold."

They were shocked when I emailed them some information about the fact that there has not been an inventory of Ft. Knox and it appears America's gold has disappeared?

The reason why I broughtthis up with them and in my post, was to have people connect the dots about how crimina these people are. Stealing from our labor and stealing from our Gold Deposits. I was shocked when I found out. I am interested in an inventory. I am interested in finding out if the gold is missing and who took it. I feel if indeed the gold is gone..........it will be in the international Banksters Central Banks, the same people who own the private Federal Reserve. I guess I needed to stress that point more clearly.

Oh yes younggun I do know how our children are being affected. My second son was a SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrom) victim. I know only too well the pain of picking up my two month old child to find him dead in my arms.

Three days prior to this I had taken him for his first check up and DPT (Diptheria, Pertussin and Typhoid) shots that were given at this time. This was our own peditrician and I told the nurse that he seemed to have a little bit of a runny nose. She informed me that the doctor would decide if he would give him the vaccine or not. They gave him the vacine and he was dead in three days.

I always knew that it had something to do with this vaccine. Fourteen years later I was watching PBS when on the news they stated that Lilly was taking pertussion vaccine off the market because it was causing Ryes (sp?) Syndrom and SIDS.

There is no question in my mind that they have become insane with vaccines, and drugs of all sorts. The Pharamecutical compamies are making incredible profits right now. Who is really policing them today? Corruption has permiated all sectors of our society.......no question about that However we do need to stay focused, otherwise we will not win against these criminals

I still have a difficult time to even try to deal with what they are doing to children today in this country. I feel as though I have awakened into some kind of evil nightmare that I do not comprehend whatsoever.

OK, I'm making a forum for this kind of stuff. These 16th Amendment folks need some help.

let me run through it for you:

Most of what you believe to be the Internal Revenue Code was passed in the 1860s. It was a tax on federal corporate employees.

Congress later tried to write a similar tax that would apply to EVERY American. It was quickly shot down by the Supreme Court.

Congress, then realizing it could not get away with writing an unconstitutional law, embraced another strategy. They passed the 16th Amendment which SEEMINGLY gave them new authority to tax.

Immediately following that they added a whole bunch of crap to the code to make it confusing.

The Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment conferred NO NEW POWERS OF TAXATION. No new people, who previously could not be taxed, could be taxed now. NO NEW POWER. All it did was remove the apportionment requirement on this CORPORATE EXCISE TAX.

From this point, they slowly but surely rolled out taxes and started making people pay this new tax. At first, it was said to be just a war tax. But, you know how that goes. The tax stuck, and so did the propaganda that said it was really law and it was mandatory (while the IRS has always used the word voluntary, which cannot in anyway be confused with mandatory or compulsory).

So here we are today, still paying the tax that doesn't exist, to an offshore corporation known as the IRS. The IRS spends $0.66 for every $1 it collects -- talk about efficiency! You'd think it would be easy to collect if there were a law requiring us all to pay it. People have money unlawfully stolen directly from their employment (common-sense meaning, not IRC legal term) account. This is done under Title C -- the Employment Tax.

Why would money be taken out of Title C if supposedly the law is in Title A?

So, morons can come in here all day long and say "sixteenth amendment" all they want. Even if the 16th had been properly ratified (which it was not), it wouldn't matter! The Supreme Court has already said it gave no new powers of taxation. How hard is that to understand? You say it enabled them to pass the tax that they couldn't pass before, although it was ruled that it gave no new powers!

Also, look at rulings regarding wages and salary, that is, compensation for labor. Your labor is your private property -- you OWN it. The money you get in compensation for it (a trade) is NOT income, as you are not making profit. You are trading. It is not corporate gains. It cannot be taxed, except as a direct capitation, which would have to be apportioned. It cannot be a % of the money coming in.

Why is it so hard for you to look this stuff up? I don't have time to spoon feed people. There is such a massive preponderance of evidence out there that it's absolutely ridiculous for there to be any argument.

Come back after you've studied. Or show me the damn law. I want the actual text of it, and show me how it can possibly be construed to apply to me. Oh, and somehow you've got to solve that little 16 Amendment problem of yours -- that is the ruling that says it conferred no new power of taxation to congress and does not allow them to tax any new "persons."
