The part of the constitution you keep refering to tells congress what they may not do. And they have not done that.

What they did do is create the Federal reserve through legal process that is spelled out in the constitution.

The Federal Reserve Act does not violate the constitution. You just don't understand how to read law.

The States can not coin money..." they can only make (what Congress coins) gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt." They cannot lawfully make credit bills a tender in payment of debt.

If States could coin money - it would not say - Congress shall have the power to coin money - It would also say that the States have the power to coin money..." which they don't have!

Congress shall set a standard of weights and measures. That is where the definition of the dollar comes in.

As I stated it takes a Constitutional Amendment of We the People.

Because all printed paper must lawfully be backed by coin. Not by credit!

The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and any Statute to be valid must be in agreement.

Any - Statute or Act or Law - must agree with the Constitution or it is void.

Congress cannot pass laws that contradict the U.S. Constitution.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

This is what the founders had in mind but is far from the reality we live in. It certainly is not flawless. I believe the constitution did not limit the power of government enough. This is evidenced by the way they violate my liberty with impunity.

Seriously what is it any of the governments business what we use for currency? Anything from goats to Liberty dollars it is my choice.

The only reason why it is far from the reality we are living is because of the slime ball congress that were paid off in 1913. The International Banksters then got control of creating our money. They have continued to corrupt our government until it is unrecognizable.

Also Archangel there is overwhelming proof that the 16th amendment was never ratified. The Federal Reserve have been operating under the color of law and it is time that we the people changed that. If you do the research you will read where the sixteenth amendment did not creat any new taxes!

We can back up our dollar with comodities and start to mint and print (?) our own money. This would leave the international banksters hanging. They have stolen all our gold and think that now they can sprial down the dollar and replace it with gold backed currency...................that is what they are up to by the look of things!
