This would be the SECOND TIME, the HOSPITAL would have released WILLIAM to the COURTS.

This would be the END OF THE LINE FOR THE CORRUPT CRIMINAL COURTS of Portland Oregon. For NOW, THEY WOULD BE FORCED TO answer by OATH OR AFFIDAVIT, the Question of JURISDICTION, and NO LONGER HIDE BEHIND THEIR LEGAL PRESUMPTION..

NO MORE COVER UR ASS HOT POTATO NONSENSE in dealing with the Liberty and Freedom of a Living Man who is NOT SUBJECT to their JURISDICTION.
