Are JOSEPHINE COUNTY Men Being Emasculated by their Government?

In a Feb 10th, article regarding an O'Brien Community meeting regarding the increase in crime in O'Brien, attended by some 30 townspeople, ZINA BOOTH I V News Staff Writer quoted Undersheriff Don Fasching, of the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office as advising residents that they could help themselves in several ways. One such piece of advice was: If a burglar is climbing in through the window, announce, "Leave now. I have a gun, and I am in fear of my life."

A true formula for assuring more manpower, more facilities, more money for a sagging Sheriff's Department budget. How? By not solving crime or preventing crime, but by managing it. Hence the sheriffs department and the criminal form an unholy alliance at the expense of an emasculated public who are being conditioned to cringe in fear at the sight of crime in operation.

You folks in Obrien, are the Sovereign People, you are the true government, not the public servants you hire to protect you, and only find they, your public servants are turning the tables on you the taxpayer, the funder of their sagging "crime managing operation".

I was a Sergeant for eight years with the Pacifica Police Department, a suburb of San Francisco, followed by 12 years as owner/operator of Pacific Coast Investigations and Security, a 24 hr armed security patrol providing security to businesses and private homes. When I caught them "going in" or coming out a broken window, door, etc. with evidence that a burglary was in progress, I, and my employees took them at gunpoint. Thats the way to stop crime. I don't know Undersheriff FASCHING, but that was the dumbest statement I ever heard coming from a cop.

You folks in O'brien are being set up to be victimized with such advice. You are the Sovereign People, the maker of laws, the creator of government, the boss over sheriff Gilbertson and Undersheriff Fasching. They work for you, not you they. You dictate the policies that will protect you and your family/businesses from crime, personal and property. No public servant, no government can abridge your right to self defense and/or the defense of your property.

Your rights are forged in God's Law, Common Law, and Constitutional Law. It is not forged in Corporate policy which now masquerades as "Color of Law." The unconstitutional law that is designed to emasculate you, to victimize you. To Frustrate you. To anger you, to Unbalance you, so they may cyphon off more budget levys to fund their track proven failure to meet the crime problem in Josephine County. The tables have been turned on the American People by their public servants and they don't even know how it was done to them. It is done by accepting such DUMB STATEMENTs as fact as that uttered by Undersherrif FASCHING.

You tell the Sheriff and his undersheriff how you want them to do the job he was put into office to do. If he won't and creates policies which enable the criminal but penalized the taxpaying victim, i.e., YOU, , GET HIM THE HELL OUT OF OFFICE. HE DOESN'T BELONG THERE.

Monday morning quarterbacks theorizing "coulda woulda shoulda" projected situations such as proposed by language manipulating lawyers and scholars (and mind controlling disinformation agents) are out of their realm when attempting to resolve real life crime problems within the scope of their comfortable armchairs.

rk: Undersheriff Fasching statement was a disingenuous piece of advice given to people who are looking for a real solution to the rising crime problem in their community. What he did was to add another layer of chains to encumber the individual who is the victim or witness to a crime, thereby creating another problem which must be left to the Patrol officer who will probably never get there in time to do anything productive. It just adds to busy work for cops who are never there when you need them. It feeds the insatiable appetite for empire building by disingenous policy makers who thirst for more money, more facilities, more manpower, etc.

rk: Yours and Faschings are the solutions of fictional men. They are all based in illusions which rule other fictional men Mine is the solution of the Natural man.

rk; Crime is everyone's business, not just the business of the cops. Most cops are merely report takers, when they're not making easy money on preying on its tax-paying citizenry through department policies which have no foundation in law, but corporate profit. They only pick up the pieces after the crime has been committed and collect their paychecks

Undersheriff Fasching was hogtying Josephine County Taxpayers with "lawyerly" restrictions which hamper and frighten a man or woman from taking decisive and immediate action. (immediate being the key word) He's assuring that he and the rest of the those engaged in the present law enforcement/court system has a job, when he encourages one to not apprehend the suspect but let him get away. I can understand your concern. It is based on conditioning and ignorance on how the system really works, not as it is promoted as working.

rk: Zina, you bought the line, thats all. There is no reason why such staffing problems should exist were it not for the exhorbitant costs involved to fund these activities. Doesn't it bother you that we get less and less for our monies with each passed levy? And with the fear generated, we tend to defend those who receive it. Taxpayers are being held hostage. Your sentiment has the ring of the "Stockholm Syndrome." i.e., loving your captors. Its all by design. Those who designed the system factor in the rising costs. In other words, those who hold the gold make the rules.

rk: If you think I am exaggerating, If my position is not correct, why would the STATE OF OREGON, and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, spend the expense, time, effort and PR resources to hold me, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man hostage for the presumed crimes/debts of the Juristic Person/Defendant, hold two trials, convict the Juristic Person in both trials then throw me, the living man out of jail, when I refused to accept their offer of contract for sentencing. I hit them where they hurt. I exposed the scam of how thousands of innoncent people are being jailed by their own consent. I did not grant them jurisdiction to jail a man of the Sovereign People. What about the rest of you? Could you? Would you do it? Hows that for IGNORANCE? Scary huh? Isn't it just easier to "love your captors?"

I am curious, if you spent so many years in Law Enforcement, you obviously wrote tickets for unlicensed drivers.

rk: Yep! And I was as ignorant about the real purpose behind Citations as most of you folks are right now.. You see, Its all a scam designed to entrap those who are not engaged in Commercial Activity. The state police powers apply to the policing of those who exercise commercial use of publicly owned roadways and those who willingly contract away their rights into such "Color of Law" vehicle code jurisdiction via licensing. Some people are too embarrassed to admit they have been scammed. I'm not one of them.
