I will be the first to agree with the idea that organized religions are extremely detrimental to us all. Religious organizations have worked hand in hand with governments as far back as any recorded history. This unholy alliance is responsible for war after war and slaughter after slaughter. If you think that they have changed their ways you are wrong, they are still playing the same old game,,,,, and the world suffers....

I am not going to try to convert any of you to my view on this particular thread (and may not on any thread). I just want to clarify my position on the religion subject before getting to the point of this post.

I know that most of the followers of these religions are good people who truly would prefer to do good things than bad. I have lived and worked with many devout christians (protestant and catholic) who were good people. My limited experience with people from other religions gives me the same impression that they are generally ok people. I have a different view of things and just consider them to be misguided, which is probably how they feel about me. As long as there is mutual respect for each others right to live a their life then everything is ok.

Many people believe in some sort of higher power and the higher powers have different names. I don't accept the idea of some godlike being, I do acknowledge the "natural force/s" that exist and respect it/them. I think that there is a lot of historical information available that predates the bible which would be helpful to anyone who is interested enough in the past to make references to the bible. Don't be surprised if you end up with a different view on history and religion after getting your noses in a couple of books detailing the contents of old writings from the middle east.

To the point of the post:
Alex Jones has different religious views than I and it doesn't surprise me a bit that he would give a speech at any university. He continues to put out information that is very useful (such as telling people that they cannot trust the media) and the more people who wake up from the propaganda induced dream world to the reality of a runaway government the better. If my goal is to wake people up then I should spend my time speaking to those who don't understand what is going on (who unknowingly support the bad guys like the NWO). Alex Jones has woken up a lot of people over the last years and he is a good source of information about current events. Many of his listeners have different religious views than Alex. I see no good reason to start dividing ourselves up along religious lines, that would be absurd. We are supposed to be respecting each other's choices in this area. Attacking Alex Jone's credibility and trying to push this view on others would result in dividing up people who have a common goal of straightening out problems with the gov in the US.

I agree the world would be a better place if the catholic church disappeared but the fact is that there are a lot of good people out there that think differently and they are on the same side as I when it comes to the NWO, martial law, the constitution, and of course freedom.

The enemy of freedom that needs to be dealt with now is the one that is in our face. If we don't defeat him we will become a slave to him. This enemy is the NWO and our government is holding the knife to our throats. Focusing your attention on the Vatican and the Jesuits would only be a distraction from the enemy at hand. I am pleased to fight side by side with good people with any religious belief. If they feel they need to say their prayers or hail marys or kneel down and kiss the earth in the course of standing up against the oppressive tyrants that run this country then I have no problem with it. I only have a problem when the religion becomes a reason to divide us up.

I have the impression that Minute man does not tolerate people who listen to or support Alex Jones in any way. I have the impression that Minute man is trying to discredit Alex so that people don't listen to him. I have the impression that this is just another attempt to distract people from the real issues that we are facing ,,,, The Federal Reserve, the IRS, the illegal wars,,,, the fight for our freedom.

Because of the bandwidth used, sponsorships are needed to support the costs of having the shows. Costs for hosting gear and bandwidth for those type of setups can go into the tens-of-thousands of dollars per month.

Alex gives out good information but I feel he is over-exherting himself. Does he ever get any sleep? I don't like it when he cuts callers short. He works in fast mode and this could be the cause of him doing that?

I listen to Alex Jones. I believe that he is, at times, arrogant and rude. He's too "short" with his callers. I think, at times, that he needs to shut up and let those people talk who have waited so patiently for the few seconds that they receive.

God once spoke through an "ass". I'm not concerned with who He's using to disseminate information. I'm concerned with hearing the truth even if spoken through the mouth of an "ass".

It doesn't matter to me whose side Alex is on!
