what the government is doing is wrong. they fully expect to spend our money like it's going out of style and yet the ways and means they are taking our money is extremely unlawful. there is no law on the books stating that we must pay an income tax shaun is abolsutely right. our nation is being run by mobsters, gangsters, murderers, rapists and thieves and yet the american people don't care. we can say the majority of the people just don't care but you also have to remember that there is a phenominally huge propaganda machine out there on behalf of the government, headed by the media, to spread their lies and to quash the truth.

we can sit here and talk about it until we are blue in the face or we can decide to stand up and do something about it. is it so hard to conceive the idea of rebellion against the unlawful acts of the government? how would you feel when they decide to take away all your rights and you cannot even do anything at all without cameras and spies watching you? unless we stand up now this nation will end up worse than nazi germany and the soviet union combined.

The completeness of their corruption, the absolute nuclear vaporization threat they weild, means we must, when IT starts, be absolute about our "follow-thru" and UNMERCIFUL, or like the hollywood cliche, that monster will get up again!... the mentality of the american people has been the same since the civil war: they don't want to deal with another one. despite what the situation is or what is at stake they'd rather live in the dark rather than to see the light. in the end we have to show them what exactly is going on and just hope and pray that they have the intelligence, guts and the balls to fight. i do not want bloodshed or violence but we must show in our unified strength that we are a force to be reckoned with and that since we elected them into office, their unlawful practices are at a end. it's iron ic because it doesn't take a genius to see what in the world is going on with this nation and yet so many people try like hell to keep this situation buried because they are know the people still hold the power but that power is slipping into the hands of a few. we must put an end to it now!!!!!

A rough but reliable stat: Sixty Seven Million Americans of age do not file or pay [F. I.] taxes.
As of my reading of this latest court decision, and I used to put my hard-rock mining property on the line every time I had a new regulation to interpret and comply with- I don't belive anyone is required to pay- and as it stands, it would be treasonous to pay anything to the federal criminals or their criminal "justice system".

i agree. we must look at the reality of the situation and make decisions accordingly. if we took on the government in an all out firefight we would lose. the best way to defeat them is to employ a multi pronged strategy. we must take out the financial infastructure not to mention any other support for the government. plus we must take out their propaganda machine and show the world what is really going on. next we must totally cripple the government. the only problem with this is that with all of these steps we run the extremely high risk of knocking out basic services nationwide because the government has it's hands so deep within the system. we must put our minds together and come up with a way to prevent this from happening and in doing so we will bring more people to our side. i know i might've left alot of things out as far as a effective strategy is concerned so feel free to give your input.

Just finished reading your posts. I couldn't agree with you more!!! I only hope we are not too late!!!

My other hope is that there will not be another false flag in order for the Bush Administration to go to war with Iran. I ask that you watch all news of the USS Endeavor that is sailing off the coast of Iran. It is a 45 year old vessel, scheduled for dismantelling and now it is right in the forefront of 3-5 carriers there now.

Many are concerned that this administration plan to use this ship with 5,000 young American souls aboard as the excuse to go to war by staging a false flag and blaming Iran.

The Banksters and the NWO Globalists want perpetual debt and perpetual war. That is where they make their big money! Iran has created the Iranian Oil Bourse (stockmarket) and they have based it on the euro, not the petro...USdollar! Remember Saddam had done the exact same thing in 2000 he sold oil and demanded euros .......that is one of the main reasons why his fate was sealed.

If we can get more and more people not filing this illegal Income Tax here in America......that will take away a great source of the International Banksters income, until we can get it outlawed completely. This Idea of no central Banks and no Income Taxes coul spread to nations who have been strangled the dame way. These nations can then create a constitution that allows them to create their own money too getting the Banksters off our backs. Somehow I feel this could be one way to have peace, along with Free Trade that works!

I hope we are not to late. August seems to be the month of greatest concern about the false flag involving the Endeavor........email your representatives about this and let them know that your are concerned and watching it very carefully.

we must prevail in this fight but if we go for a conventional war then it will be a suicide mission. our only chance is to conduct a guerrilla campaign but we need the numbers, training facilities, excellent logistics, as well as intelligent people in command.

stragetically speaking you must take out their financial infastructure as well as everything else the government would need to launch a counterattack. a multi-pronged offensive could acheive these objectives. if you could send out special teams to complete every objective necessary to cripple the government it would take alot of training as well as thousands if not tens of thousands of soldiers.

you'd need people on the inside to give you valuable intelligence on troop movements, enemy positions, weapons caches, etc. you'd also need people within the media to help spead your message to all of the american people.

i know this is alot but it's only the tip of the iceberg if you want to acheive victory.

Johny82 is right in the fact that we must gain control of the country. I am not sure if we will have out and out war or not. I think we don't know how our military commanders will act if we come to the point of martial law or a citizens movement to regain control of this tyrannical governement.

I have heard interviews and read that many of the officers (including generals) are not supportive of the Bush admin nor are they willing to follow through with further plans of war. This could be disinformation,,, I really don't know. I don't believe all the military brass is so stupid as to think that going along with the present regime's plans of conquest abroad and oppression at home is a good idea. For me this is one of the most important questions to be answered. At any rate we may be forced to act without the knowledge of whether we will be facing our own military (or possibly some other military) or not. The tyrants know that if they lose in all this they will be facing punishment for crimes ranging from simple corruption to treason. They would nuke us all before they will give up control and because of this the military is of the utmost importance. If the military acts against freedom then we have a major fight on our hands (which could actually mean numerous full scale attacks on the population. They have sworn to uphold the constitution which means that they should be on our side if push comes to shove.

It is important to wake up military personnel as well as police, sheriff, politicians on all levels, people who control infrastructure (including water treatment, electricity,,,,,,). If every local police force stood on the side of freedom the federal government would have a major problem trying to enforce martial law. If personnel of the Alphabet soup groups would work to save this sinking ship we would be in a lot better position. (I don't have that much confidence in most of the law enforcement personnel but I have hope)

We have to act at some point or we lose all. All our hopes, dreams, our freedom. Between now and then it is important to spread the word and to prepare.

I agree with you nathan. we must acheive a laundry list of allies within the government itself. Alot of my friends in the service as well as drill sergeants, officers, etc. did not support bush or his call to war. the military would have to make a decision: support the constitution or support the government. the oath states that we answer and take orders from the president so you never know.

Military personnel are also obligated to not follow illegal orders. The war crimes trials after WWII should have made it clear to everyone that "just following orders" is not a defense when it comes to committing a crime.

If a deputy shot and killed an unarmed man because he was ordered to do so by the sheriff, it is still murder and both the deputy and the sheriff have committed a crime. It is not a matter of how serious the crime is, those who are ordered to take illegal action are guilty if they follow the order. They are legally obligated to refuse to commit the crime.

I wonder how many law enforcement personnel out there really understand that they will be held accountable for their actions at some time in the future. Good citizens should be making lists of these people for prosecution at a later date. We should have the name of every officer that has shown up at or near the Brown's residence in NH. When sh*t hits the fan we need to get all the files from the alphabet soup agencies so we can clear our streets of the scum who have been helping to take away our freedom.

The more attacks against the citizens of this country the more angry the clean up crew will be after this is all over. Make no mistake, if the government makes chaos on the streets justice will be swift and hard for the enemies of freedom.

For the scum out there who enforce illegal laws: Remember you are ridiculously outnumbered and you can't win, you will be punished for your crimes,,,,,, think about this when you lay your head down at the end of the day,,,,,,,, think about whether you had a good day or a bad day,,,,,,,,, think about the fact that everytime you follow orders that violate a citizen's rights that you are digging yourself into a deeper hole,,,,,,, a hole that you won't be able to get out of later,,,,,,,,,, now is the time for you to stand up for what you know is right,,,,, or realize that you are a willing traitor,,,,, in which case you should leave this country for the one that you are loyal to,,,,,, and don't come back,,,,,,,ever.

there is scum out there who'll be more than willing to break the laws according to keep an illegal and tyrannical government in place. nathan you are right, they'd be fools to opress the people especially when we're all making lists of these individuals who are committing such atrocities. How far do you think the government would go to quash our rebellion, paint us as "terrorists" and "traitors" and kill us? How far to you think the big corperations would go to keep their "puppet government" in place? This would be a good time to remind all people on this forum that NO COUNTRY BOUNDARIES EXIST. The power elite do not have allegiance with any country. Those in the Bush administration (most of the top guys/gals) don't give one extra hoot about the U.S.A. compared to any other country.

So when they unleash nukes against "their own" people -- such really isn't the case. For them, blowing up the towers on 9/11 was no different than bombing a city in Iraq.

As for me, I think the ideas of countries in the first place is sort of ridiculous, only because they promote the false belief that you are BORN INTO some sort of jurisdiction, under some government, under someone else's laws. This isn't the case.

However, I'm loyal to AMERICA, because AMERICA stands for FREEDOM. Freedom is my Constitution. Liberty is my declaration. Sovereignty is my law -- and the law of nature and nature's Creator. Break this law, and you're in BIG trouble.

Hello All

It is good o be back home. I love this post Shaun and agree with it compleely, could not have said it as well.

I had a long talk with my friend the Judge and he agrees completely that there is no law that demands we pay Federal Income Tax. The most amazing statement he made was that if he did not pay federal income tax he would be disbared. I was so shocked about that statement that I did not persue it further but I plan to in future.

There was a gun show at the TCC (Tucson Civic Center). I just might be shooting from the hip one day.

Will send you some money tomorrow. Need to get to the bank to deposit in the dollar account.........don't think paesos will work for you.

We have to keep this site up and running ........it is great and a lot of people are being educated.

Shaun you're right. america does stand for freedom and those who are in power don't give a damn if we all die just as long as they're still in power. The powers that be are so scared of the people that they want to issue us national ID cards, tap our phones, and sell our freedoms away in the name of peace.

The government wants to bully the american people into submission. I talked to some high school kids last week. we had a very intriguing discussion about the war and the government in general and all of them were under the impression that there's nothing they can say or do to change the government. if the majority of the american people are scared of the government, how are we going to wake them up and show them that we have the powere, not washington?

Very intriguing discussion here. Guerrilla tactics are indeed needed to employ to fight this evil. If anything, consult the veterans who are on here. Frak! Randy Weaver would be the best teacher. They steal the blood of our brothers, fathers, mothers and sisters. They corrupted themselves to become thieves and stole from us our freedom and rights by The Creator whose name IS YAHWEH. They infiltrate the beliefs of the people, polluting us with their vile ways of thought and trickery. We need to unblind them and may even "throw water on them" to wake them up. These people are the promoters of the crimes that are being commited in our neighborhoods each and every day. They are the reason we do not have real peace. During Clinton's administration, here may not have had any war, but there were still crimes being committed and he himself were abusing the office.

I do have a suggestion about the first steps of our campaign. How about we draft something to present to the individual's employer respectfully requesting they not take out any Federal tax from our paycheck(s). And release them legally from any court action taken against them. Would this work?

We need to do this for the our families. Not only them but for OUR future generations. They are the ones that are truly being robbed. Let us prepare this gift of freedom from oppression and bondage.

takeastand that's a very interesting idea. i wonder if that would work considering the fact that it would be a legally binding document freeing them from blame and any legislative action by the government. It's so ironic that the government speaks so harshly about traitors, treason, terrorism and everything else that is a threat to our way of life and yet they're the biggest threat of all.

They want total control of us. they want to know everything we say and do. they want to take away all of our rights, freedoms, priviledges, and everything else that is guaranteed to us be the constitution. you might think this is crazy but it wouldn't surprise me if the north american union thing goes through that the government tries to scrap the constitution once and for all.
