As many of you, who have followed my writings over the years on my Website, http://www.arkenterprises.com and Google Archives well know, I am a pensioned, honorably retired Police Sergeant from a California Bay Area Police Department, and a former owner/operator of Pacific Coast Investigations and Security, a company which provided armed security patrol for neighborhood homes and businesses in a number of San Francisco Bay Area Cities.

Early in my career as a police rookie, I took an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. I lived by that Oath then. I live by that Oath now.

No man is my enemy for although I was bound by the medium of man's law, I have, throughout life personally adhered to the Laws of God.

My Law Enforcement and private Security/Investigative experience has been the means by which I have traversed an eventful and relatively dangerous life with a protective shield of peace and security, a Divine Essence unknown to the average individual bound mind and soul, through a lifetime program of unrelenting, conceptual enslavement via Satanic conditioning.

Throughout life, I have been guided by the hand of Infinite Intelligence, the "Hand of God." My writings reflect that, and suggest to all who read my words, that they are themselves potentially conduits of Divine Intelligence, although they remain presently confused by their everpresent, imposed, hypnotic conditioning by remote Satanic mind Controllers.

Our Country is in crisis. It is at the brink of destruction, politically and spiritually. From "the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave," this once powerful Constitutional Republic and its Sovereign People have been reduced to a government fearing democracy, whose people now consider themselve in body and spirit to be fearful, grovelling slaves, human resources forced to serve the Satanic Masters who rule this earth.

I am different from most of you. I UNDERSTAND who I am. I am a Son of God, a creation of the creator of all things acting in resonance with Holistic (nondualistic) Truth, the very Essence of God. I am a simple man of Truth. Simply stated, I am a Christ.

I am sure that will put most of the christian believers off, as it contradicts their lifelong conditioning. Nevertheless, what I have just said is True.

Who, but a Christ, a simple man of Truth, would challenge Man's Law, consistently and unrelentingly as I have since 2002. At the approaching age of 65, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, natural man had never been arrested nor charged with any criminal offenses. My record was clean, unsullied.

Because I understood that Sovereign People were the true government and those who called themselves government were only our public servants hired, elected and appointed to carry out the mandate of the Sovereign People, I stood up to hold accountable corrupt and criminal judges, prosecutors and enforcers of the law in the State of Oregon and County of Josephine.

One can scour my website and Google Archives to see how many times I have demanded the question of Jurisdiction be answered by my public servants and see the STONEWALL OF SILENCE put up by them.

Yet they keep impounding my automobiles and causing me hundreds of dollars to recover them. Quite a nice racket, eh?

I'll not go into the legal arguments of the Infringements upon my Right to Travel, nor the repeated acts of Piracy, Robbery, Theft by Extortion, etc.inflicted upon this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and Blood, Sentient, Natural man who has not waived any of his rights nor consented to granting Jurisdiction to Corporate Policy, i.e., "Color of Law", for you will find such legal arguments elsewhere.

My concern is for each of you who travel in your private automobile for private, use, and are not engaged in Commercial use of the Oregon roadways which calls for licensing under the Police Powers act of the States rights. You are being scammed. You are being defrauded.

I am also concerned for the safety of the Police Officers, men and women who have families just like you, those who daily, have been put into Harm's way, put into physical and financial jeopardy by their policy making Satanic superiors by carrying out tyrannical, unlawful policies which expose them personally to physical harm and yes, possible death for carrying out corporate policies at the point of a gun.

Let us, as a once free people, but now mired down in doubt and fear, get the question of jurisdiction ANSWERED once and for all.
When hired servants, armed with guns, with a "license to kill" can do so and not be held responsible because NO ONE WILL ANSWER the fundamental corporate policy question of JURISDICTION, well then the Death of the Republic HAS ALREADY OCCURRED, and you don't even know it.

Ed and Elaine Brown of New Hampshire now sit in prison over an IRS law THAT DOES NOT EXIST-- NEVER EXISTED! The authorities refused to produce the law which convicted them, yet they sit in prison, and their home and the life long fruits of their labor has been confiscated.

Its time to stop this nonsense, once and for all, but let us do it peaceably, not by "Color of Law" , but by Constitutional and Common Law, the Law of Free Men. March 10th, 2008. 0930 hrs....I called Josephine County District Attorney at his office number.

The purpose, to check on the status of his preliminary investigation into the criminal complaint accompanied by affidavit,I had lodged with his office on March 4th, 2008 regarding Criminal Complaint Charging, Oregon State Police, Josephine County Sheriff, Josephine County Court Trial Administrator and Grants Pass Police Department policy makers with crimes of Conspiracy to commit, Piracy, Robbery, Theft by Extortion, and criminal coverups See:

The receptionist answering the call asked my identity and questioned me regarding the purpose of the call. My feeling was that DA Campbell was in the office and she was running interference for him.

I had chosen the time for the call as that time of the day, which is prior to morning arraignments, etc, is traditionally a slow period in the prosecutors offices -- at least with the prosecutor's offices that I was familiar with, having spent time as a court officer myself during my police career.

I expected to speak to DA Campbell directly. After answering her questions, she directed my call to a buffering "voice Machine." I repeated my comments ommitting to leave a contact phone number which required a second call.

Second Call, same procedure, shunted off the the voice mai once againl. Receptionist didn't seem to want to talk.

As of this time, 7 pm, March 10, 2008 no response has been received from the DA's office.

Clearly DA Campbell is in contact with State and County Officials as to receiving advice into what direction to take in this matter.

DA Campbell, let me make it easy for you. The STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, has harmed this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN to the inth degree over the last five years with its parade of fraudulent charges, false arrest, false imprisonment, piracy, robbery, theft by extortion and conspiracies to cover up from the highest offices in Oregon Government to the lowest.

The State and County has NEVER proven JURISDICTION. They have defaulted on too many occasions to mention.

I hold them responsible for the death of my wife due to the extreme stress imposed upon her in the latter years of her life by corrupt and lawbreaking JOSEPHINE COUNTY public officials.

My reputation has been destroyed by false and libelous Grants Pass Courier newspaper reports, My automobiles have been taken away from me, leaving me stranded by impounding pirates who are armed and through intimidation, detain onother with circulation stopping handcuffs, while they have no compunction about INFRINGING UPON MY RIGHT TO TRAVEL ON THE ROADWAYS OF OREGON.

I seek ONLY justice. I seek remedy.

I am not the enemy of law enforcement.

I do not seek to burden the taxpayers of Oregon and Josephine County because they are careless about whom they elect to represent them in the halls of justice. My last count is that the State and County Agencies named already stand in Commercial default in the amount of $35,000,000.00, (Thirty Five Million Dollars.)

My suggestion to you Mr Campbell is that you folks put your heads together and come to the negotiations table. Wipe all of that fraudulent information off the police computers regarding my status and make a just and fair offer. You can clean your own house, that is, if the public will allow you to.
