Enclosed is a copy of your unsigned presentment dated October 24, 2007, along with my chargeback. I accept your presentment for value upon Proof of Claim from you that such claim is lawful and legitimate.

Such proof must contain statements accompanied by affidavit by any State of Oregon or County of Josephine Agent, Prosecutor, Judge, court, etc that such judgment was, and is lawful, Constitutional, and that such limited Adminstrative Court authority as exercised in two trials (02CR0617, & 03CR0170) had JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man when neither was consented to, nor contracted for by this living, natural man, creditor, secured party and holder in due course over the Juristic defendant..The courts were advised that I was not a surety for the debts of the defendant, yet they persisted in pursuing their fraudulent prosecution. This question of Jurisdiction is the meat of the Fraudulent prosecution which the courts have steadfastly and adamantly refused to answer and which goes to the heart of the issue of Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Sovereign men and
women and their superior standing to their fictional court.

That crucial question of law was put to the State of Oregon and County of Josephine on at least 25 occasions by me. To date no Agent, Judge, Prosecutor, Investigator, and/or Risk Management attorney for the State and County will address this simple question of law that is, whether a fiction court wields JURISDICTION over a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, natural, Sovereign man, their Master.

That is the issue, plain and simple. Nothing complicated about it. Without responding to the issue of Jurisdiction and proving jurisdiction accompanied by oath or affidavit, the courts have effectively; rendered themselves, moot, incompetent, unlawful, unconstitutional and ineffectual, thus constituting itself as a sham court, carrying no force of law with their findings.

You already have my past communication sent your Collection Manager JOHN GREEN on April 7th, 2003. As is quite apparent to all who read it, Mr. Green, a bonafide Agent for Alliance One, is in dishonor and default as no response regarding the matter of the RESPONDENT'S PRIVATE, INTERNATIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY DEMAND has been forthcoming since April 7th, 2003. How many such notices are required by you folks to get the picture that you and your agents are placing themselves at risk through such flippant and careless communications you send out, signed or not signed.
