Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions.  Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property.  You can hear their helicopter in the background.  Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits.  He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head.  Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime).  He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine!  Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups.  He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back.  It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength.  These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants.  When will they learn?

Torture Cells Being Used In Josephine County Oregon Jail

Raymond Ronald Karczewski©

ThePatriot & the Pirate!! Part II Sept 5th, 2002
http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialch64.htm#Patriot

Note: A Reprise of orginal article for my arrest for a High Beam Violation and asserting my Unalienable Right to Travel without licensing by government. Its purpose? To show the side of Law Enforcement never seen by the average conditioned Tax Payer. It is the side of Law Enforcement which shall destroy the American Way of Life IF AMERICANS DO NOT AWAKEN TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL CORPORATE INSTITUTION POSING AS LAWFUL GOVERNMENT..

Article begins:
Following the arrest at the scene of the traffic stop, I was cuffed, placed into the partitioned-off back seat of the Police "cruiser" and transported by deputies Burke and Morgan to the Josephine County Jail Facility.

At the intake point, a number of jail deputies stood by to take me from Burke's custody. My recollection was there were four or five deputies, male and female, surrounding me. I had difficulty alighting from the cramped back seat with my hands cuffed behind me. A deputy assisted me out of the partitioned-off cramped back seat of the patrol car.

I was thoroughly searched, stripped down to my tee-shirt, pants and socks, and directed to enter holding room #2. It was a room approximately 8ft by 12ft, cold concrete floor and building block walls. It had more windows than the other cells around it. It contained a commode, partition, steel sink and a concrete block of approximately 2ft by 4 ft dimensions abutted by two walls. It forced one to sit upright as no other position was comfortable.

Even with the inadequate partitioning of the commode one could not escape the eyes of male and female deputies who had view of the cell. The lights were bright, cool air was being pumped in from a ceiling outlet, and the concrete floor and bench were cold.

When deputies asked me to answer questions to facilitate their booking process, I advised them that I had no intention of cooperating with them, as I do not consent to a process of False Arrest and False Imprisonment.

I sat there in the silence. It was a comfortable silence as I observed what was unfolding. At the prospect of turning 65 years of age in a few weeks (Sept 23rd), never having been arrested for any crime, nor having ever spent any time in incarceration in my entire life, I found myself in a state of peace.

I asked to make a phone call to my wife but was refused unless I cooperated by filling out the paperwork. I was contacted by other service representatives from mental health but told them the same thing I told the deputies, I had no intention of cooperating in a situation of False Arrest and Imprisonment.

As the hours passed into the early morning hours, the physical discomfort of having to sit upright on the cold concrete slab began to make itself known. However the inner peace remained undisturbed. So this is what being in jail is all about? Though my body was confined, my being was not. It was an interesting experience, especially for a retired Police Sergeant who now can speak to both sides of the question of liberty and incarceration.

I was told that since I was arrested after midnight on the morning of Thursday, Sept 5th, I would not be seeing the Judge until Friday the 6th. The time passed with no hint of day or night, just the bright lights of the Cell and the cold concrete floor and slab.

Having received no word from my wife, I became concerned about her welfare. She had received emergency room treatment for respiratory complications as a result of the fire in our area. Since I was being prevented from making a phone call to her, I asked a deputy named John if he would have a patrol car sent to my home to conduct a welfare check on her. An hour had passed on a distant wall clock observable in an office across the administrative room from my cell. I signalled to John and asked if the welfare check had been made and its outcome. He said it had not as they did not have the manpower to spare for such activities.

By the clock on the wall, night had passed into day and into night once again. Still no sleep. I attempted to sleep on the cold bare concrete floor with a toilet paper roll as a pillow. Didn't work. The cold air pumped from the ceiling was taking its toll. I was observing my teeth to be chattering from the cold my body was experiencing. Once again, back up off the floor and onto the concrete perch. The perception I was experiencing was that I was in a special cell, one that by its very nature could be considered an unrelenting subtle form of torture.

I called over a female deputy, I believe her name was "Schmidt." I asked her if all of the cells in the block were similar in design to the one I was occupying. She said NO. This cell was the ONLY cell of its kind. I asked her if it was designed for those awaiting arraignment. Again, she said NO! I then asked her why I was placed in this cell, she said that since I was refusing to cooperate with filling out the paperwork that I would be forced to sit on that concrete slab until I see the Judge. Her statement was curious in that I was placed directly into that room from the get go. My earlier perceptions were validated by deputy Schmidt. It was a unique room, one of a kind designed toward torture.

The sleep deprivation was taking its toll as I began to put my comments to the court in some order. In the morning hours of Friday Sept 6th, I was again contacted by a mental health representative and I again refused to cooperate with answering his questions. This was about 9:00 am in the morning, some 33 hours since I was a taken into custody. I told him that sleep deprivation had taken its toll, and I was concerned as to whether I could adequately address the court when I get there. The mental health Representative left, and within a minute or two a deputy came to my cell with a mattress in hand and threw it on the floor. I thanked him.

I settled down on it to get some sleep. It was not to be, for I was again contacted by a release officer who was advising me that I would see the judge at 1PM that afternoon, but would not be able to make any statements to the court. After that, it would be another couple of weeks before I would come to the court again.

Concerned for my wife in her present state of health and the constraints placed upon me to adequately represent myself before the court, I was told by the court officer that I would not even have to appear before judge today and could be released forthwith.

33+ hours after it all began, it ended. I answered the questions asked, completed the booking procedure, and was released.

An Interesting Experience!!

3. Temperature Manipulation
The prisoner is exposed for prolonged periods to extreme heat or to extreme cold. Chinese interrogators subjected U.S. troops to extreme temperatures during the Korean War, eliciting false confessions. The KGB reportedly held prisoners in cells that were deliberately too hot or too cold and also forced prisoners to strip down to their underwear in a frigid cell or to stand in cold water. The 2005 U.S. State Department reports on human rights practices categorized the practices in Syria and Turkey of "exposure to cold" and "alternately dousing victims with freezing water and beating them in extremely cold rooms" as torture. The 2006 reports categorized them as forms of "torture and abuse."

DeShaney v. Winnebago, 489 U.S. 189, 199-200 (1989) ("[W]hen the state takes a person into its custody and holds him there against his will, the constitution imposes upon it a corresponding duty to assume some responsibility for his safety and general well-being.

The rationale for this principle is simple enough: when the State by the affirmative exercise of its power so restrains an individual’s liberty that it renders him unable to care for himself, and at the same time fails to provide for his basic human needs -- e.g., food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and reasonable safety -- it transgresses the substantive limits on state action set by the Eighth Amendment and the Due Process Clause." Id.);

Hope v. Pelzer 536 U.S. 730, 731 (2002) (citing unnecessary exposure to the heat of the sun as cruel and unusual punishment);

Martino v. Carey, 563 F.Supp. 984, 999 (D. D.C. 1983) (holding that failure to maintain minimum requirements for human habitation in cells, such as heating in winter and cooling or ventilating in summer, violates Eighth Amendment.).

COLD STORAGE

Prisons in the United States have always contained harsh solitary punishment cells where prisoners are sent for breaking prison rules. But what distinguishes this new generation of super-maximum security facilities are the increasingly long terms which prisoners spend in them, their use as a management tool rather than just for disciplinary purposes, and their high-technology methods of enforcing social isolation. No longer a matter of spending fifteen days in the "hole," prisoners classified as dangerous or disruptive can spend years in solitary confinement. Rather than looking for constructive ways to help these prisoners develop the ability to live peaceably with others, correctional systems in the United States have turned with a vengeance to what some call "high-tech cages," in the pursuit of total security and control.

Except for their outdoor recreation areas, the MCF and the SHU are sealed environments. Inside the two facilities, there is little natural light and no fresh air, in violation of the U.N. Standard Minimum Rules. Sometime in 1994, under the orders of former Superintendent Charles Wright, twenty-eight cell windows in the MCF were painted over because staff had complained of inmates' watching or harassing them from the windows. Because the paint exacerbated the facility's dearth of natural light, it was removed in April 1995 with the arrival of a new superintendent.

An important environmental difference between the two facilities is that the SHU relies on fans for cooling while the MCF has air-conditioning. Prisoners stated that in the era of Superintendent Wright the air-conditioning was sometimes set extremely low (i.e., down to 40º fahrenheit) as a punitive measure, leaving prisoners shivering in their cells. The 1994 Agreed Entry specified that cell temperatures should remain between 68º and 75º fahrenheit, a rule that prisoners confirmed was followed.

Connecticut residents were surely as appalled as the rest of the world by the photograph of an unmuzzled German Shepherd straining at his leash a few inches in front of a an Abu Ghraib detainee crouched in terror. We suspect they will be equally appalled to learn their state is the only state in the country whose prisons use dogs to terrify and attack and bite prisoners to force them to leave their cells when they won’t do so voluntarily.

How does a cell extraction with dogs work? If an inmate is locked in his cell and refuses orders to "cuff up", i.e., to be put in handcuffs so he can be escorted from his cell, correctional officers may bring a large unmuzzled dog to his cell side. If the barking animal does not terrify the inmate into compliance, the officers open the door, letting the dog enter, followed by the dog’s handler and other officers. The dog attacks the inmate and will bite whatever it can grasp first. While the inmate tries to fend off the dog, the other officers subdue him and place him in restraints.

The use of dogs for cell extractions has been a well-kept secret in the world of corrections in the United States. We know of no other country in the world that authorizes the use of dogs for this purpose.
