Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits. He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head. Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime). He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine! Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups. He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back. It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength. These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants. When will they learn?

Well Folks they have deleted Ed and Elaine Browns profile from Myspace. It seems even with them both in custody they dont want their supporters gathering there to voice their love, upset and or outrage over these arrests. Should we ask Rupert Murdoch who will be next? Mine and Renos? or the newly formed 4 arrested patriots profile, they did it to Old Buck but he is a man of determination and has made a come back. Has america gotten this bad off that we are no longer allowed even free speech, is it only allowed in free speech zones that we can speak out, if so how many of us will grab our laptops and sit in the little section they have reserved for us to rant and rave our discontent? i wont deny some supporters are very vocal and come off harsh towards the US marshals, but i ask you all to remain calm through the calamity, we will rise above this and will be of better service to Ed, Elaine, Reno, Jason, Robert and Danny as well as any others arrested in connection to the Browns and supporters. to those whom wish to help encourage change to their situation do so with out intimidating authorites and marshals, PLEASE, for our patriots sake. It doesnt help one damn bit making threats, you are of much better off helping their cause by staying out of jail so you can help educate others about their plight. not all of eds supporters are militariant types, there are in the midst peace activists as well as pacifists whom are just as mad over the illegal arrests but are glad that Waco like tatics were not implemented in the capture of Ed and elaine. the trials for the Four should be some time in November but i feel that there may be a change in the date and be set back further back to allow these men time to prepare a defense with their PDs to reassure them a fair trial.

Yesterday in Federal Court for Cirino Gonzalez by Donna VanMeter

Early this morning at 9 am the identification and detenition hearings for Cirino Gonzalez were held. Being brought to the courtroom they refused him to wear a suit, brush his hair and had him bounded by chains and shackeled, his defense lawyer asked if he could at least requested for the sake of dignity during the proceedure to remove the hand cuffs. Oddly the Marshalls went to start to remove them without direction of the judge, (which was proof enough that he was not a big scary monster they are trying to make him appear to be), the judge though lashed out to the men" I didnt command you to, but it depends on how safe you feel. at least loosen them during this hearing" so he remained cuffed. The US Marshalls are trying to use his myspace blogs, his supporters photos, videos, interviews on youtube to build a case against him. The Marshall involved in this investiagation got many of his facts wrong or straight out lied. while i will not go into more depth with detail where he screwed up his facts, the first piece of eveidence was a photo lifted off a supporters myspace page. the picture of Reno and Ed brown posing together. Renos defense lawyer questioned the marshall where he obtained and when it was taken. Marshalls also pulled up an old youtube video from some time during a visit of Randy Weaver. Trying to make a case out of nothing and for no reason for one to be on brought against Reno in the first place. the Marshalls proceeded to show video of him standing with Weaver on the front porch of eds HOME, (NOT A COMPOUND), Reno being armed with a weapon at ease, pointed down, and hearing a plane fly overhead taking a step back off the porch to look up and steping back on to the porch to carry on the conversation with Mr. Weaver. The Marshall could not give a date or an approximate time frame in which the video was created though in their presentation of this video in a particular way played censorship in not playing the interview in its entirety only showing the bits and pieces they wanted to show, by this taking his words out of context. the Marshalls went to the extent of calling Randy Weaver a white supremicist. an outlandish smear calling this man a racist. the Judge was not aware of whom Mr. Weaver was or the events in his life that he had to endured, Randy has been through enough with his losses, those Marshalls never brought the fact up that his family was murdered, his son and wife, by "authorities" which they never mentioned Of COURSE! they want to associate the image of Randy their propaganda created to associate the two men as anti american anti governmental types, and any others whom would support them.
when the marshall was asked about the day of the 12th, they got their facts wrong over and over again, they do admitt there werean influx of 14 special investigators on site that changed constantly while feds atf secret service the us marshalls and some local help. at lest 5-6 Marshalls were used to take and bust in the room. they claim Reno had barracaded the door put up a fight, but forgot to mentioned the abused they done to him while handcuffed. they painted Jose and Renos brother like criminals and conspiracy nuts, as well as co conspirators as well as reno with ed, elaine as well as all of their supporters.
Bringing up the guns there were ONLY 13, (which by the way a total of 10 in all have been given back to their original owners, his father Jose, his brother,Lee and the Premount(?) Police department where they were issued from for Renos younger brothers work. only 3 of those are being held, while they are perfectly legal to own, the Marshall wanted to scare people with the description of his 50 cal. but didnt feel comfortable in wanting to confessing how most of americans have the legal right to own even that weapon. Marshalls described the house to be something of a small armory of vairous weapons guns and knives. saying weapons were on the wall, and the floor and everywhere. while that is not true, they still forgot, it is legal to own guns and this is texas, as well as america where we as a matter still have the right to DEFEND OURSELVES, and to bare arms.
well on top of all of this Jose has a dire need to relay a messege to Renos lawyer nearing the ending of the proceedings, we requested the bailiff to please pass it on, being that it was important information. we had not had a chance to speak to his lawyer until basically walking into the courthouse minutes before, so we couldnt go over some important facts with him. well the bailif he refused to comply to help. The KEY info was that being months before Jose and his other son asked Marshall Monier what he can do as a father to save his son being either killed or going to prison for this, Monier reassured Jose all he had to do is to get Reno to leave the Browns home, so his father and brother wanted to see the condition of the situation that Reno was involved in, worried about his safety they went to NH to speak to Reno, fearing for him they wanted to ask Ed about security for the protection of not only Reno but Eds other supporters as well. Ed didnt want anything to do with Jose and asked the him and his two sons to leave. Reguardless of a falling out happening between Ed and Reno due to this visit by his family, Reno had left at Eds request, so Reno was no longer on the property.
so Jose seeing his son reno demonized dehumanized and his words disfigured twisted and deformed by the US Marshall, and knowing that he wanted to protect his eldest son while wishing that he could be tried here in Texas, and a bond setted, he seen that they were going to ship him off to NH to be tried. Jose being a loving and supportive father made a bold move, he STOOD UP AND SPOKE OUT, the marshalls didnt appreciate him interuppting their wrongful condemnation of a man, at first when he stood he tried to be civil and excused him self to make the statement when they all stood up to silence him, he sat down, and we looked looked each other in the eye and i said to him just say it, you made that step im right here with you, so he stood right back up and BLURTED IT OUT, upsetted the courtroom and he was aksed to leave when they were going to get touchy feely with Mr. Gonzales, his younger son took him and told the officers hes got it and told me to come along, refusing to do so i watched the few last moments when Reno looked at me to see what was going on and was taken from the room when i asked the Marshalls there the same ones mind you that beatened Reno while in handcuffs, is this thing over yet? the man said yes, so i asked so if i say anything to you will i be under arrest and he said yes, so i looked at the head of the whole deal whome was sitting in the back by the doors and looked at him on my way out and said YOU KNOW MONIER MADE A DEAL, LIARS!and left the room to the hall where they all were pegging Jose with questions as i approached the marshalls they wanted nothing to do with me, and one wanted to stand behind me and i made it a point to tell him do not stand behind me, and moved where he could not, i looked at the one officer that questioned me about the Browns and the guns at Renos home on the morning of the arrest, he was asking me why i was involved on that day as i told him like i have posted on one of eds blogs, that "i know that you guys killed the Weavers kid, and his wife, i remember Waco, i remember" and named their crimes off to his face. so standing there in the hall i gave him a glance over and he immediately said I dont want to talk to you, and i said well i dont want to talk to you either. well i was asked to go down stairs by Renos lawyer. this is what happened. together we spoke out in a federal court and we had no fear. this is my account of the days events.

Today's Docket
TODAY’S DOCKET by Danny Riley
Today’s docket we have four cases. All of them are tax cases at the federal level. The Jury has been seated the judge is at the bench, the prosecutor has signaled he is ready. Shall we begin? Note: all four Defendants wished not to have a B.A.R. (British Aristocratic Regency or British Accreditation Registration) Lawyer represent them.
First up, is Johnny American who has been charged with not paying a tax on distilled spirits. The prosecutor asks do you import and distribute distilled spirits? Johnny says Yes I am a beer and liquor distributor. Why haven’t you paid your tax on the distilled spirits? Johnny replied because there is no law that says I am liable to pay a tax on distilled spirits. The prosecutor, pulled out the law book, and showed Johnny Title 26 sub-section 5005 and asked him to read it for the jury. Johnny read “The distiller or importer of distilled spirits shall be liable for the taxes imposed thereon by section 5001 (a)(1). There you have it, you are wrong you are liable. The jury took 5 minutes to find Johnny guilty.
Second up, is Suzy Citizen who has been charged with not paying a tax on her cigarette business. Suzy makes cigarettes from tobacco she grows on her farm and sells cigarettes to the locals and tourist in the area. The prosecutor asks if she grows tobacco. Yes says Suzy. Do you turn that tobacco into cigarettes, asked the prosecutor? Yes says Suzy. The prosecutor asks, why haven’t you paid your tax on your tobacco products? Suzy replies because there is no law. The prosecutor, gets out the law book, and turns to Title 26 sub-section 5703, and asks Suzy to read it. Suzy reads, the manufacturer or importer of tobacco products and cigarette papers and tubes shall be liable for the taxes imposed thereon by section 5701. Slam dunk Suzy is convicted by the jury in a matter of minutes.
Third up, is Paul Patriot who has been charged with not paying a tax on the wagers he accepted. Paul runs a late night gambling room out of his home. The prosecutor asks Paul if he takes wagers on sporting events. Yes, replies Paul. Do you accept wagers on casino games such as roulette and blackjack asks the prosecutor. Sure replies Paul, there my best money makers. The prosecutor asks Paul why haven’t you paid your wagering taxes? Paul says because he could not find a law that makes him liable for wagering. The prosecutor grabs his trusty law book and turns to Title 26 sub-section 4401 (c) and asks Paul to read it. Paul reads, each person who is engaged in the business of accepting wagers shall be liable for and shall pay the tax under this subchapter on all wagers placed with him. Paul’s bubble burst, and the jury sent him off to jail.
Last but not least we have, Ed Brown who is charged with not paying a tax on his labor. Ed works as an exterminator, on his own. He trades his labor and expertise for federal reserve notes. The prosecutor asks are you incorporated. No replies Ed, I am not a corporation. Do you earn income asked the prosecutor? No replied Ed, I told you I am not a corporation, therefore I cannot have income, because I believe the congress and the Supreme Court has said income is a gain or profit from corporate activity. Mr. Brown you do earn a living, do you not. Yes I do, replied Ed. Then why haven’t you paid your income tax asked the prosecutor? Ed says because I can not find a law that makes me liable for an income tax. The prosecutor paused, looked around and seen the Jury was waiting for the law book to come out, to shine its light of truth to the Jury once again. But wait no law book, the Jury is wondering now. The prosecutor starts to bead up with sweat and asks the judge in a scratchy soft voice for a recess.
Once back from recess the Judge orders the Jury to deliberations because he says the trial has concluded. The jury asked itself, why didn’t the prosecutor drop the law in Mr. Brown’s lap and make our job easier? So the Jury sent a note out to the judge asking for the law book the prosecutor was using. The judge sent a note back, you have all you need to get the job done, it said. Well the Jury smelled a rat at this point. The Jury said, no law, no crime, and no conviction. When the Jury read the not guilty plea in open court the judge’s face went pale white and the prosecutor stomped out of the room. One Juror remarked all they had to do was show us the law, like in the first 3 cases, and they would have gotten their conviction.

No man thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as abilities, of the very worthy persons who have submitted comments to this venue. However, different men often see the same subject in different lights; and, therefore, I hope it will not be thought disrespectful to those people if I express opinions opposite to theirs, I will speak forth my sentiments freely and without reservation.
This is no time for legal theories and speculations. The question before us is one of an awful future to this country. For my own part, I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at the truth, and fulfill the great responsibility, which we hold to God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense? I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward my beliefs, Nature's Creator and myself.
Friends of freedom listen to me, it is natural for people to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we like those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things, which concern their liberty? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth, to know the worst, and to provide for it.
In 2002, HR 2525 entitled The Fair Tax Act, began with these words, "Congress finds [emphasis added] that the Federal income tax: (1) retards economic growth and has reduced the standard of living of the American public; (2) impedes the international competitiveness of United States industry; (3) reduces savings and investment in the United States by taxing income multiple times [emphasis added]; (4) slows the capital formation necessary for real wages to steadily increase; (5) lowers productivity; (6) imposes unacceptable and unnecessary administrative and compliance costs on individual and business taxpayers; (7) is unfair and inequitable; (8) unnecessarily intrudes upon the privacy and civil rights of United States citizens [emphasis added]; (9) hides the true cost of government by embedding taxes in the costs of everything Americans buy; (10) is not being complied with at satisfactory levels and therefore raises the tax burden on law abiding citizens; and (11) impedes upward social mobility."
Above are the findings of CONGRESS. Ask yourself, are they not in basic agreement with the Tax Honesty Movement? The fact is, not even our Government believes in the Individual Income Tax anymore. The charade must end.

Below is my letter to Senators Kay Bailey Hutchinson, John Cornyn, and Representative Ruben Hinojosa.
Please, click the following links to find and send your own letter/email to YOUR congress & representatives (State and Federal) to stop my son from being killed by the IRS & its minions http://www.house.gov/
I beg your attention on this most important matter. I admit that this unfortunate affair seems only to affect this particular father and citizen of the State of Texas.
I have written several letters to the Governor and Texas representatives in Austin on other issues that have gone either unanswered or unresolved possibly due to lack of interest or time on the part of those most understandably busy individuals. Results of my attempts at contacting U.S. representatives have mirrored that of my local government.
At risk on this occasion is the life of my son, who has chosen the road of the patriots, of which our schools speak so highly; founding members of this nation were brave enough to stand against a government that (we are told) was oppressive and utilized intimidation techniques in forcing citizens to submit to, what was referred to as “taxation without representation.”
My son has chosen to support a family of Americans that have made a similar stand against such taxation. However, the oppressive government in this case appears to be that of the United States of America. Take not this letter as designed to ask your agreement with the politics at hand, as I understand that this matter requires a substantial amount of time and research before any government official may commit to the truth of the matter.
This letter is my request that the State of Texas protect a Texan in the act of defending the Constitution of our United States. After all, is it not the duty of the State of Texas to defend Texans from any other oppressive governmental entity? I am saddened to reminisce of the failure of this once great State, and former independent nation, to defend Waco Texans in 1993. Given that the Branch Davidian members depended on local and state authorities to protect them, I realize that my request may fall upon deaf ears.
The Brown family and supportive members in Plainfield, New Hampshire are likewise counting on their local law enforcement members to “protect and serve” the citizens from an oppressor that has misused the power of the courts in seeking unlawful financial gains in the guise of taxes.
This oppressor is not necessarily our official Federal government. The prospect must be considered that those seeking to profit from such tactics are individual or collective members that have taken inappropriate advantage of the fears that have accumulated within the citizenry of this nation. Moments such as this are what this nation’s founding fathers prepared for in giving individual States autonomous protective authority.
Please, consider the urgency of my plea, as ignorance or complacency on this matter gives permission for violence and life-threatening action by unquestioning and very effective agents that are under the command of those questionable officials. I know you have, within your authority, the power to request, insist, and demand to formally review the case of the Browns and other cases that have been railroaded through corrupt courts within the borders of individual States. Killing of citizens within the borders of autonomous States surely cannot be allowed.
As the father of a patriot, I beseech that you take decisive legal and corporal action on this matter and inform other States of the atrocities occurring to their citizens.

So many ask what to do...
So many asking what can be done. So many asking to come up here and fight. The fight that many of you believe is long over due.
It is so strange to write these words. Where did the country go wrong at? I have my ideas, but what matters the most I suppose is that there are others finally coming out and challenging the government. We few true blue are asking what the hell happened. If my awakening was anything like the many others that are coming around these days...
Where were you when it "hit you?" That the good old US of A; was not so good as we thought it to be? Nor was it old either as it was a whole new beast, monstrous even, from what we were brought up to believe in.
We as a people ask so much from government. But a few ask the government to back off. Those that reach out all the time may mean well enough, but they have no right to ask those in "power?" that are suppose to serve us, each and everyone one of us, not just the majority; have no right to place laws over us that harm no one.
We are suppose to be a republic. Something most have seem to have forgotten.
The horror that is now Iraq. Who is that for? Many in "our" government are telling us that we need to be there. More and more are starting to speak out against it. Some even announcing that we should never have been there in the first place.
Anyways...
Ed and Elaine made the paper again yesterday. As well did I !!!!
Thing is though, they misspelled my name. If they cannot even copy my name right then what are the odds of them getting a story correct? Ha! What am i talking about... when have they ever gotten the story right! Oh that was a good one... my name is Cirino Gonzalez; remember, like my father says, "it is EZ to spell Gonzalez." I wanted to butcher an earlier news article as they do with the Ed and Elaine case.
I want you to read the last part though. take note of it. i hacked it here for you...

The U.S. marshals might just do that. Although both Browns are wanted on active warrants, marshals said again Tuesday they have no plans to storm the compound.
"They've said all along they're not leaving. You know what? I believe them," Monier said.
No marshals are on the site, and Monier said they aren't going to start blockading roads or cutting off supplies.
"Once we're there, we'd be there forever," he said.
Hummmm... once we're there, we'd be there forever... so? I am thinking, this... why not come in after us? Maybe more people then ever did not file this year? I watched a cspan news thingy few weeks back, about the IRS being ordered to hunt down the missing 20% or so non filers. IRS was defending (?) themselves by stating that going after those few will under mind the trust the people have towards the government/ IRS. (I laughed my ass off with that one, under mind the trust... what a HOOT!) Of course i could be off on my details... but if anyone can find the clip send it this way and i will post it for us all. It was good stuff.
So... the stance of the feds is ignore the people that will stand up for themselves?

Game? What game? The marshal's view is so limited. Perhaps his sight only reaches his next pay check as many others that mumble, "I'm just doing my job." Where the hell is the accountability? If there is a "Tax Movement" with protesters and marches and letters and blogs and people making short films on it and people resorting to arms over it... At some point you think someone would stop and say, "huh?" Especially those that are suppose to be looking after us. "Justice, Integrity, Service" that's the U.S. Marshal motto.
Where is the justice? A simple question was asked. A simple request. "What law was broken? Show me the law!"
Integrity? does anyone even know what this word means? Look it up, ask your self if you believe that the marshals are acting with integrity.
Service... I do not even know what to say about that... can someone please chime in?

one more thing to those "news/ media types" you can't read can you? every reporter i have talked to says they report the truth and when it gets printed i ask what the hell happened. and yet there they are calling and knocking saying they will report the truth. i say you can't read for two reason here, that which i stated and the fact that if you could read you would have read i have been here longer then a week. that is just piss poor reporting... Reading that the IRS is going after non-filers, I thought I should give them a hand. My name is Shaun Kranish, and I live in Rockford, Illinois. I'm soon moving to New Hampshire. I've never filed a tax paper of any kind ever in my life. I did sign the BS W9-in-bad-disguise forms to open bank accounts unknowing what it meant. I don't have bank accounts, and won't open one because of this. Anyways, if you want to go after me, that should be all you need to find me. Ed & Elaine want to get this story out!!!!
now i cannot remember for certain, but i know that i said it some where that i was impressed with how many people call Ed and Elaine everyday, and not the same ones either. every time he answers and talks to people, everyday folk.
some are well wishers, some are prayers, some are thank yous, and a lot of them are asking for help. and help he does. i have not been able to listen to every call that comes in but i have been able to hear a few of the stories when given the ok by the callers.
all sorts of issues are brought up. but today, one caller stood out. ed stopped eating supper to listen to the woman walking into another room. elaine and i finished eating and cleaned up and talked to others.
when ed was done, he walked in straight to me and told me that i had to help him. that i had to help him help this woman. he wanted her story to get out so she can get more help to her.
ed asked if i could get someone to call her to be able to help her. i told him i could before i wrote up the blog. ed helped me get to her site.
i decided i should read the site so i would not ask any stupid questions when i spoke with her later. (link will be at the bottom.)
it was a long and hard read. three years going on four and still the her site is not fully updated.
talking to her was even harder. she broke down crying three times. she slowed down in her speaking as she told me her story more times then i can remember.
then in classic fashion for me here, my phone went dead. i tried to call back but never got through. that was upsetting but i had heard more then enough.
-early 2002 the girls were put into the local public school system of Chicago. Their previous children, including Ariela for a period, had all been in excellent private schools, including the Labovich Yeshiva, but the parents could not maintain the economic requirements or demands for those with these last two children, so had to move these smallest girls into the (for them) strange, impersonal and very hostile Chicago local Illinois State public education system.
-These ethnically unique, petite and fragile Jewish girls went through persecution, bulling, even sexual assault (on the buses and at school facilities); but instead of the pubic education teachers and administrators addressing and working to sufficiently remedy those distressing social and environmental problems, these same teachers, administrators and school counseling forced the mother and father to have the girls psychoanalyzed for their then alleged "LD or ADD/ADHD" problems, then threatened the parents when they protested, "that they would be taken by the state if they did not!" So in the heartbreak of their mother and family, in summer of 2002, they were forced to have the girls admitted to a psychiatric test.
now little did most of us know but the president then put a little something into play. i came across this just today as well and i was in awe how something like this could even have worked out the way it did.

but back to my newly founded friend, who is Israeli born, Ayalla; mother of 7? or was it 8 children who were all healthy before the state took her two babies away for temp testing.
remember this is still back in 2002 when this started up.
lets just take a peek here and there as the YEARS pasted, ok? ok!
(ok it is very late and so i am going to cheat by cut and paste with moding here and there)
-Removed from the bonding,security and love of their home, in those 90 days, these normally mother and father coddled and sibling embraced children suffered natural separation and isolation trauma! -- What child wouldn't? -- So in their natural distress, fears and reactions, they were heavily drugged (see medication chart below)! And we now have documents that indicate they both had serious physical and neurological reactions / damage to the trial drugs, specifically Eifrat, the youngest and most frail! (guarding her damage is why getting any records on her is virtually impossible)
-So at the end of the 90 days, by September 2002, with both children having been damaged and made psychotic -- the blame was now contrived and placed upon the mother, instead of upon these children's immature bodies' systemic trauma and the violent cerebral/numerological reactions to the adult psychotropic drugs copiously put into them!!!
-These two children were then refused any return to the family, and have been locked (hidden) inside the system. So since September 2002, they have been drugged and denied custody with their parents and general public access, now for 4+ years!
-In these four plus years, the health and psyches of these love and freedom deprived children has only gotten worse!
-and their State paid malfeasant "guardians" apparently cannot afford to have these two little "witnesses" living and viewed on the outside -- and lose their "State secured" reputations, income, perpetual profits, malpractice immunity and prosecution protection!
-and remember its not just these two children suffering in this corrupted system!
--Notice here, that Ariela (11), lovingly embracing her younger sister Eifrat (8), is already severely bruised about her face in State "care", nine months into their "detainment" -- just for purported "observation" and "medical management" (as human lab rats?) for their Public Education alleged ADD / ADHD "behavior and learning ?disorders?"!
--What kind of State administered learning-disorder therapy requires striking a small child in the face? -- Isn't the prevention of child-abuse the whole purpose of DCFS? Where is her publicly paid Illinois State Guardian ad Litem protection here?
-Neither Ariela nor her sister were ever beaten or bruised in her mother's care!
-She would have been arrested!
-especially for these bruises!
-So, why now is it acceptable to allow anyone to beat them (or any child) in the State's so-called "protective" custody!
-The answer is easy! -- Neither the State, nor their supposed "protector", the Guardian ad Litem has ever loved these children!
-All this began with an unwise individual(s), manipulated teachers, and a Public Education Industry seduced and used by the 'Codex-of-Mental-Illness' inventing (D.S.M. IV) Psychiatrists and their agent mercenaries, pushing their Illinois (pilot for their now secured) "Teen Screen" Psychotropic drug testing program! -- all lobbied and backed by Psychiatry and the multi billion dollar Pharmaceutical Industry -- of which has major administration, testing and manufacturing and support facilities in Illinois; with hundreds of other dependent businesses, with thousands of employees and associates, all muscling political power with their profit and your public funds both in Illinois and Washington and the U.N.!
-These two once beautiful girls are being now ravaged with abuse in a system of full of ignorance, greed, medical experimentation, amoral opportunists taking mental and physical liberties, including pathetic immoral predation committed against helpless State seized children.
-Now in Ariela, at just thirteen years of age, see the results of three years of abuse, constant drugging, physical violations, including sexual molestation, separation trauma; and deep emotional damage, consequent to a heartless bureaucracy, too willing to destroy their juvenile wards, as they deny family or public contact in order to cover their incompetence, physical and sexual violations, drug damage, restraint mutilation, demoralization, suicides and homicides occurring within their custody, foster and group home internments!
- On August 13, 2005, This once beautiful and happy girl (see first photo), escaped from her group home (with another female ward of the state) and found her way across Chicago to her mothers home.
With good sense the mother took these photos, called police, and had both girls taken to a hospital to document their abuse and molestation.
--Do you see any joy, comfort, or hope in this State custody child?
-Then their Guardian ad Litem -- paid to really care for the children, including meeting their emotional needs and safety -- allegedly threatened the girls with never being able to see their families ever again, and has them left locked away in the psych ward lock down -- instead of providing compassionate advocacy for these children! And the same woman is currently pressing to gag her mother and her advocates, Able Child (and CCHR-Texas)! Why?
-Separated from Ariela, younger Eifrat is even more desperate, frail and helpless, she acts out in hopelessness, as she is continuously drugged, restrained, strapped naked, and is long locked away from her mother -- now, ultimately, locked away from all family visits!
-Why? Of what horrors could she tell?
while on the phone with Ms.Kauffman, she told me that it was earlier this month that the oldest one was put in lock down again and was stripped naked by the men. she told her mother that she screamed at them asking why they were stripping her. reno
-These innocent children are just some of the victims of our apathy, tolerance, even our blind acceptance of this Public Education, Medicine, DCFS and State enforced behavior suppression and mind-control, using the mad alchemist's toxic pseudoscience evil!
i cannot give this story justice even in telling it right. i just cannot get across how i feel about this! how FURIOUS i feel. i am too caught up in it because of my own little ones.
it was not that long ago when my ex wife called me to ask if i go with her to talk to one of the children's teachers.
quick back ground, going to talk to my kids teachers pisses me the fuck off, cas when i married my ex wife we agreed to home schooling. and just before that was to be she divorces me and throws them all in public school.
so here i go, have to talk to a teacher. to be honest i do not know how i did not kill that bitch. the teacher; not my ex wife.
the complaint was that my daughter was too quiet. and only talked to her friends. my daughter has gotten nearly perfect scores by their grading system. and they put marks against her performance because she is quiet. shy. my father was shy as a child. my mother was shy as a child. my ex wife was shy as a child. and i was shy as a child. and we all turned out fine. except me... i turned out great.
i am not sure when it started but the school basically forced my ex wife to send her to therapy. my god, how close were... ARE we from the above story?
ayalla just called me back right now.
she is got to me again. her story nearly sounds unreal. i almost want it to be a lie.
and in these times? our own brothers and sisters born here choose to ignore everything outside their shiny cars and raise the volume on their new wide screen lcd hd tvs to drown out the real world. and here we have an elder woman from israel fighting our justice system because of the wrongs that have happened to her children and it goes unnoticed by our media, unnoticed by our people, unnoticed...
fuck the outrage, fuck my gun, where is my WAR PARTY!!!! five years? nearly FIVE YEARS? ! ? ! ? !
i asked her what was it that she wants to happen from this.
1. her children back. and all the others to be rescued and investigated.
2. the judge herself admitted to screwing this case up and still has not fixed her error after all this time. i think we know what should happen to people that use their power for evil and neglect its use for good.
3. her lawyer, 18 months nothing. and she paid up front. i cant even think, when Ayalla called me just now she thought she woke me up and asked what time was it here; people it was 2:11 am. i could not even think about going to sleep with out getting this info out.
we talked some more and she told me she would pay me to help her. i cannot even imagine a man of honor that hears this story that would not help her right then and there for no pay, missing a day of work with out calling in, to help a fellow brother or sister with a story like this one. perhaps theres my weakness, i think there are more people of honor and trust than there really is.
here is her site, and there is much more to the story than i even shared with you if you think that was bad. i hope you all reach out to help correct this injustice. hope you blow up this comment section with love and anger over it. and i hope you tell at least ten other people about this.
this true story just goes to show again that most people are sheep. they will follow who every leads. there is no point in waiting for them to wake up and join us. most are awake and will not step out from the herd. i give them this warning, "when we come, don't get in our way."

Dear Mr Monier,
You have stated in the news paper, that the Browns are a public safety problem. Due to allege threats against federal personnel.
I Edward Lewis family Brown, have never threatened anyone in my life.
It is unlawful to threaten, however, I have warned everyone and anyone that has ever threatened me; that if they attempt to do so or will do so, I will follow the letter of the law (note criminal law, LETHAL FORCE DOCTRINE), that I will use equal or greater force as the law dictates in order to protect myself, my property, my family, my community, my county, my state and my nation at any cost.
If you feel that following the letter of the law would endanger public safety, then perhaps you should review your U.S. Marshals rules of engagement and consider who actually is conducting the danger to public safety.
It seems ever increasing that the many law enforcement agencies are creating the dehumanizing hazards to public safety. We will always remember that all government personnel are either law enforcement agents or revenue gathers. Their primary function is currently to protect their own positions, (jobs), for their own personal enrichment, that is why we always hear them say, "I'm just doing my job." It saddens me that you do not seem to understand the the higher law of man and god and elect instead to enter the snake pit.
