thank you reno. here are some questions.

have there been any new legal developments?

Judge McAuliffe submitted the notice of appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals without our knowledge.  We have 30 days to send in the $455 filing fee in order for the Court to proceed with the appeal.  We do not intend to do this, as we have disavowed ourselves from their jurisdiction; to submit to the appeal would be placing ourselves back into their jurisdiction.

There has been no word on the county notary order of dismissal that was filed in Pennsylvania, nor any word from the Court of International Trade that was filed in New York three weeks ago.  The judge has the order of dismissal, but has not moved on it.  We think that they are trying to ignore it, as the county notary has more power than the judge, and the judge is not willing to acknowledge it. how are ed & elaine feeling these days?

We are feeling quite peaceful, now.  Since we removed ourselves from the jurisdiction of the court, we do not accept any of their mail, we simply send it back to them unopened.  Life has thus become much simpler.  We now know that man' law works only for the administration to their convenience, and no justice can be found there.  Thus we have placed ourselves with the law of God.  We have done all we could with man's laws, and have found that nothing  works; they simply ignore everything that is not in their favor.  So now that we can do no more in that corrupt system, we are standing with God's laws; we all know that we have Him on our side.  Elaine

 

how many visitors do they have on a regular basis?

Almost every day, at least one person comes in.  On weekends we might have as many as 10 or 12 people here at a time.  Some bring things for us, we break bread with more people than we ever have.  It is a great group of people, even though it is not always the same ones, but is those of like mind.  They are with us, many to the end, hopefully is peaceful  and successful one.  Elaine

is there anything they need?

Thank you for the thought.  Sometimes we need muscle power to do some things we need to have done, but many  people bring us things that we need, go shopping for us, etc.  Elaine

what happened to the drone flying over? what about the plane? Did you get video?

Planes and helicopters still fly over from time to time.  Who cares?  Elaine

reno where do ed and elaine stand on the appeal? will they go through with it or thumb their nose at it?? what about the legality of the judge filing the appeal for them? and lastly do they have any lawyers helping them? are there any volunteering time?

I have answered this above.  We DO NOT use lawyers, never will.  Lawyers, attorneys are officers of the court, to whom they owe their first allegiance.  With an attorney, you give up your right to speak in court, he must speak for you.  You are basically saying that you need him because you are incapable of speaking  for yourself.  The only advantage is with procedure.  They will always get us on procedure.  It is very complex, and it supercedes truth.  But the bottom line is, we are boycotting the courts and administrative government in general.  It is all fiction, and mostly unconstitutional, not at all what our republic was intended to be.  Elaine

If one was to visit would there be an area to throw up a tent? Would that be cool with them?

On a very limited basis.  We are on a septic system here, so we have to keep in mind the capability of the system.  We would have to hear from  anyone prior to their coming.  We are always appreciative of friends wanting to be here for us, and help us.  Elaine

How are the plans coming for the Freedom Fest they were planning?

This is something that Fred Smart thought of.  There has not  been talk of it in awhile.  Don't know where it stands.  Elaine

Is there a local range up there to go shooting?

Yes, there is a local gun club where people can go to shoot. Elaine

Would you guys ever consider sponsoring one of those day-long Constitution classes that Michael Badnarik teaches?

We used to do that, but usually very few people showed up.  They would promise to come with many others, and then never show.  There is much on line that can be accessed.  You could go into Larry Becraft's website and read his dissertation on jurisdiction.  It is excellent, and comprehensive.  Elaine

Will they vote? (If I were in their position, I'd ask for a mail in ballot- you never know what could happen)

We have removed ourselves from the voting list.  We have not voted in years.  One reason is that there has been no one to vote for (the last time I voted I wrote in NOTA on the ballot).  Secondly, signing up on the voting list places you in their jurisdiction.  Seems a shame and a sham, but that is how they have manipulated it. How are they set for supplies(food, blankets, ect.)? What has been done lately to bring their plight to the public? can you post their address so supplies can be shipped by people that can't travel there? thanks!!

why isn't this seen as a cover up by the government, this IS HUGE we should be talking about this in schools and congress/senate. why is the government able to suppress thoughts/requests.
it feels to me like it's time for a nation wide debate.

Debates, demonstrations, motions, demands, etc. etc. have been going on for decades. Nothing has been accomplished.  We the People Foundation has just had their suit refused by the Supreme Court.  The suit was for a demand for a redress of grievances that is guaranteed by the First Amendment.  So now the administration is saying that they are no longer accountable to us; we are the slaves, they are the masters.  So if the First Amendment does not work, then we must go to the Second Amendment.  Elaine

That's a good question. Does Ed and Elaine have a shooting range or an area for target practice?

Shooting range in town.  We are able to shoot on our property. Elaine

Do they still have other ways to communicate(phone, computer) or just you?

We communicate in  every way except in person away from our home.  Elaine

I am currently a college student, and I am writing a paper on citizens awareness of governmental actions in the United States. I am focusing mostly on Ruby Ridge, but I have also voiced your current situation in my paper.
I was wondering if there is anything you would like me to tell my fellow peers about your current situation.
It would be great if you could help.

Our stand is for the return of our republic.  Hopefully in your school they are not teaching that we are a democracy.  Our country has gone so far down the road to fascism and slavery, because we have all been apathetic and have not paid attention.  All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good  men to do nothing.  And that is exactly what we have been doing for decades.  Now we are almost at the point of no return.  Before it is too late, we must all wake up and take the stand.  Refuse to obey their unconstitutional 'laws.'  This is what we are doing.  We refuse to acknowledge their verdict; we will not volunteer to go into their prisons.  As a young  person you must pay attention, and you must act.  Talking does no good.  In all the history of the world change has never happened without some degree of violence.  I am sorry to have to report that, but it is true.  Just study your history.  It is in the hands now of your generation.  Elaine

What's the status on the action the gov is (or is not) taking? Are there any deadlines? Last thing I remember reading was that the marshals/police don't want a confrontation. That has been good to hear, and I hope that more good news follows.

i would like to know how the visiting arrangements are with ed and elaine, i would like to meet them but would not like to just show up with out asking or knowing what is possible to do, i don't know if they know where i could camp or stay if i do come out there in support of the Browns. in any endeavor they may need my talents or assistance on i will do so in appreciation for the quality of people they are, and to be in the company of like minded people to do my spirit some good!

People visit us all the time.  Some stay for a few hours, some for a few days.  Just phone ahead and talk with us a bit first.  We must always be careful of who comes in.  Thank you for your thoughts and your support.  Elaine
