Coupled convicted of crime that DOESN’T EXIST
A New Hampshire Couple was convicted by an illegal federal court in Concord NH, of not paying a direct tax on their labor. Ed and Elaine Brown walked out of the illegitimate court after not being allowed to introduce evidence in their defense. The Couple was cut off by the court every time they tried to bring the truth to their fellow Americans on the jury, just as Irwin Schiff was his denied due process in his 2005 trial. Irwin is now rotting in prison for a non-crime. The tyrant has now forced the Brown’s hand to protect the truth, their property, and their liberty with their second amendment right. They are left no choice. If a person believes all trials are conducted in a fair and impartial manner in this country, they are sadly mistaken, and probably have never been through a court trial acting Pro Se.
The constitution says the federal government’s jurisdiction is “To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;” so they have jurisdiction over the district of columbia ,military bases, ports and any land ceded to it by the State’s legislature. The jurisdiction at the federal courthouse in Concord NH was never ceded to the federal government by the state of New Hampshire. The constitution says All Places (jurisdiction) must be ceded by consent of the people through their representatives, which was never done for the courthouse. Lets call this what it is, fraud, illegal, treasonous, sedition, a crime against the American People, take your pick.
The constitution also says “No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken” A tax on one’s labor is a direct tax so it has to follow the rule of apportionment, which the so called income tax, as applied, is illegal, for its violation of this clause. Everyone should know the IRS code does not define income, and the Supreme Court has said it is an excise tax on corporate profits, to keep it inline with the constitution. Everyone should know there is no law making Americans liable for an income tax. I pointed out three liability clauses of federal taxes in my recent blog entitled “today’s docket”, can someone point out the liability clause for an income tax (direct tax on ones labor). Let’s be frank here. There is no law, you know it and I know it, let’s face it. The Browns have broken no laws. If you pay the income tax because you believe it is legit, you are living a lie. You believe in a lie. You are denying the truth, you are denying your slavery. I can not think of a better definition of slavery then someone taking another’s labor for free, also known as working for nothing.
You people that cry the income tax is fine, just pay it. Apparently you do not mind working January, February, and March, for free, because thats what it takes to pay your so-called income tax, not to mention the social security taxes among others, you probably work half the year just to hold off the tax attack. Let’s call it what it is, slavery. The founding fathers didn’t pound the word freedom into our heads for nothing, they knew the opposite was slavery, and that mankind suffered way more slavery then having the fortune to be free. Do you think all those people who died in the 8 years of war, for independence, died for a slave tax to be put on their seed, you must be crazy.
The couple from the “live free or die state” is holding to the highest principals of honor and dignity. They are holding the torch of truth for all to see, exclaiming to their fellow countrymen. Wake up! Do something, get active, to help put the American People’s house back in order. We can not wait on the major press for passing on this information to awaken the American People. The major press could change this country back to a republic in a year, if they wanted to, but they are complicit in the attacks on the American People’s liberties. The press is used like a precision weapon by our enemy, debunking at every chance, spinning the truth at every angle, out right lying in many cases. These forked tongued journalists, who have sold out this country, know exactly what they are doing and it is just a shame.
It is just so sad our country has been sold down the river to the international bankers. In turn they have bought so many souls to do their dirty work, they are poised to take over the world. More people need to start standing up and doing the right thing. Take action on your own like the Browns have done. There isn’t any knight in shining armor going to come in and rescue us from the international bankers. We must unite, and do it ourselves, the sooner the better, remember we grow weaker as they pass each liberty robbing law. What bonds us together is our hunger for freedom. I believe time is on the enemy’s side, not ours. I do not know what else to say to wake my fellow countrymen up to the predicament at hand. We need to start forming up and to decide an alternative course of action because nothing seems to be stopping the march towards a one world system. If the enemy is allowed to have their NWO, I am afraid the future of mankind will be doomed.
