Supporter Casey Lee Cobb from OpenYourMindsEye.com puts out a new short film that asks these violent, murderous agents used as cannon-fodder by the new world order some serious questions. Will the cowards ever stop enforcing a non-existent law by committing acts of aggression and violence?

Ed is interviewed by a local news station shortly after federal agents and state and local troopers show up on his property. You can hear their helicopter in the background. Ed stresses that it doesn't matter what they do -- it only matters how he responds, as a lawful man.

Ed and Elaine support, Danny Riley from New Jersey, is attacked by federal and state agents in gilly suits. He is first fired upon and hears two shots whiz past his head. Then he is shocked with a taser and tackled onto the ground, kidnapped, drug through the woods, taken to various locations and interrogated, strip-searched, and finally release (indeed, walking a dog with a cup of coffee is not a crime). He's threatened into talking with many many lies.

U.S. Marshall Steve Monier tells more truth than lies this time, and admits multiple times that they grabbed Danny because he discovered them, possibly foiling their plot to attack and kill Ed & Elaine! Know your enemies: this guy is just a spokesperson for the higher-ups. He takes his orders and will probably take the fall if things go back. It is corrupt, cowardice pigs like this guy that give the new world order and other evil movements their strength. These guys are the "useful idiots" and the "cannon-fodder" for tyrants. When will they learn?
According to the mainstream media Ed and Elaine Have Been "arrested" without incident.
The Union Leader however reports that: U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier said that the two did not surrender. At this point and time the Feds are not releasing any details on the reported "arrests".
According to Fox News: Details on the reported "arrest" will be provided in a news conference at the federal courthouse in Concord NH on October 10th 2007.
It is currently not clear how the couple who did not surrender were kidnapped without incident.
Undisputable Fact: There is no law, that makes the average American liable for an income tax.
Despite the fact that there is no law, it appears that Ed and Elaine of the family Brown are being held captive by a criminal government. Who will refuse at all costs to provide the law, that Ed & Elaine have allegedly broken.

Uh, not only is it not indisputable, it is very hotly disputed on this very site. I have given proof of the law and the court cases backing it up time and again in the forum and in comments to articles. Putting your fingers in your ears and singing "la-la-la" doesn't change the fact that proof has been provided.
Title 26 USC is impeccably Constitutional BECAUSE, as written, it DOES NOT tax the income of the average American wage-earner. It only taxes "taxable income", which does not include "eliminated income", "exempt income", or "excluded income" (all terms from the Tax Code).
See: www.whatistaxed.com/ Be sure to view the two short videos---the link for them is on the right side of the page, at the picture of a ball & chain. Those videos are a demonstration (with results) of data-mining the Tax Code to determine the meaning of key sections.
The uninformed believers in the Individual Income Tax respond by saying something like, "Taxable income is gross income minus deductions" (and so the tax applies to all); but they leave out this CRUCIAL introduction--- "Except as otherwise provided...", found in the description of gross income.
The Tax Code is riddled with phrases like that. "Section XX.XX to the contrary notwithstanding...", or, "Except as provided for in Section XX.XX...", "In general...", "Notwithstanding Section 61...", "Other than those specified...", "Except for excluded income...", etc.---when deciphering the Tax Code, ALL such phrases must be researched further.
The average duped American never bothers to fully research anything beyond, "There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of every individual a tax...". No wonder they think the tax applies to everyone! You folks who oppose the Tax Honesty Movement really do need to read the ENTIRE THING---26 USC, Subtitle A, Chapter 1 (the Income Tax)...and when it says things like, "Notwithstanding Section 61...", you have to go to 61 and see what they're talking about if you expect to truly understand the Tax Code.
Some dupe/dope in one comment on another website said something like, "They [members of the Tax Honesty Movement] keep saying 'Show me the law!'---well, it's on the very first page!". Such people don't have a clue; they don't do proper due diligence.
For those new to this subject, here a few pertinent points:
1. the purpose of the 16th Amendment was to correct a glitch in the 1909 Corporate Excise Tax Statute;
2. several Supreme Court rulings (never reversed) between 1918 and 1923 concluded that the word "incomes" in the 16th Amendment meant "gain or profit from corporate activity", and that the Amendment conferred "no new taxing powers" upon the Fed Govt;
3. Fed Govt services are not paid for by individual income taxes (those revenues pay the interest on the national debt, according to the Grace Commission)---Govt services are paid for by corporate taxes, many excise taxes, SS taxes, Medicare taxes, duties, imposts, a few miscellaneous taxes, and more borrowed money.

This is taken from the page at http://docs.law.gwu.edu/facweb/jsiegel/Personal/taxes/JustNoLaw.htm
Since this is the law that you have been requesting for so long. This web site will disappear and you can return to a life with your family and friends. On the other hand, it seems like this 'movement' is only rooted in anarchy and just exists to cause trouble.
-----------------------
The most basic myth of tax protestors is that there is simply no law mandating the payment of income taxes. Frequently one can observe anti-tax types to say something like, “if only someone would show me the law that says that I have to file a tax return and pay taxes, I’d be happy to do it.” I have a strong suspicion that people who say that are not serious, but I’m going to take them at their word. Here are the laws that (a) impose an income tax on you, (b) require you to file an income tax return, and (c) require you to pay taxes:
§ 1
The federal tax laws are contained in the Internal Revenue Code, also known as Title 26 of the United States Code, which is the compilation of laws passed by the Congress (“Title” basically means “Volume” when applied to the U.S. Code as a whole, so Title 26 is what might more casually be called Volume 26).
The Internal Revenue Code is the law that requires people to pay taxes (and yes, the Internal Revenue Code is a law -- for more detail on this point click here).
The most important statutory provision with regard to income taxes is section one of the tax code, 26 U.S.C. § 1. This is the section that actually imposes the income tax. It’s very simply written. If you are unmarried, the relevant provision is § 1(c), which states:
26 U.S.C. § 1
There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of every individual . . . who is not a married individual a tax determined in accordance with the following table:
followed by a table specifying the tax rates on various income amounts. If you are married, you are covered by the similar provision at § 1(a). There are also a couple of other possible filing statuses covered elsewhere in § 1 (such as “head of household”), but the basic point is that section 1 imposes an income tax.
§ 61 and § 63
Section 1, it will be observed, imposes the tax on your “taxable income.” How do you know what that is? Section 63 of the Code, 26 U.S.C. § 63, defines “taxable income” to mean “gross income minus the deductions allowed” by chapter 1 of the Code, so now we need to know what “gross income” is. So we turn to section 61 of the Code, 26 U.S.C. § 61, which provides the critical definition:
26 U.S.C. § 61
[G]ross income means all income from whatever source derived, including (but not limited to) the following items:
(1) Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, fringe benefits, and similar items;
(2) Gross income derived from business;
(3) Gains derived from dealings in property;
(4) Interest;
(5) Rents;
(6) Royalties;
(7) Dividends;
. . .
There are 15 items in the full list (I’ve only quoted the first seven), but the key part of the definition is that gross income means “all income from whatever source derived.”
So, between sections 1, 61, and 63, we see that the tax code passed by Congress imposes a tax on your taxable income, which includes all your income, from whatever source derived, less the deductions allowed by the tax laws. So the tax laws do impose a tax on you.
Now, how do you know that you have to file a tax return and actually pay the tax?
§ 6012 and § 6151
Section 6151 of the code, 26 U.S.C. § 6151, says:
26 U.S.C. § 6151
[W]hen a return of tax is required under this title or regulations, the person required to make such return shall, without assessment or notice and demand from the Secretary, pay such tax to the internal revenue officer with whom t
